He guided me through the negotiations process with a complete and accurate explanation of all the financing options.. Finally, he completed the sale by providing the best explanation and demonstration of all the Tundra's key features and technology that I have ever received from any other dealership. Brent Farmer made sure the "We Owes" were completed on time and correctly installed.
Additionally the Finance Manager assigned to my sale , Ryan Halvorsen, went out of his way to give me the best deal on the extended warranty.

The certified used 2016 Toyota Highlander had the features and color that we were wanting without the high pressure sales. I was happy when I got approved to own my own car. The sales team at The Phil Long Toyota dealership helped me but, in the long run they actually screwed me. I gave them $1,500..00 as a down payment. Which I lost. They sold me the car with thes numbers:
Price for the 2018 Toyota Corolla $20,104.00
With Taxes $23,192.95
But, the total sale price in the end was $43,991.75. My monthly payment $545.00. Wow. It’s not like I bought a truck or SUV. I know people who pay that price for a Lexus, BMW and Audi.
They offered me múltiple warranties that I declined. It took a different honest Toyota dealership In Denver, Colorado to review my final contract to tell me that they still signed me up for all the unwanted warranties I declined and never wanted. Thank you Dan & Paula. I only had the car for 2 months and had to be forced to surrender the car. I poured my heart out to you and you screwed me. And this has affected multiple career opportunities for me. Let alone impacted my life and my credit.
I highly do not recommend Phil Long Toyota in Trinidad, Colorado! Beware to all future buyers. Don’t let what happen to me happen to you. I do not tolerate dishonesty. They even ran my social security incorrectly.

Well I bought a 4-Runner 2015 and then went back for a Toyota Tundra 2017; both new. I went through USAA car buying service both times. Great experience. By far the lowest prices. One dealership was willing to go lower on Tundra by $400; however, the platinum model didn't include side steps, whereas AutoNation did. Recently I'm been in market for sports car and it's been a nightmare with these other dealerships. I miss dealing with AutoNation.

I was contacted by Groove Toyota to see if I might be interested in trading the 2017 Highlander I bought there in March, 2017, for a new 2019. Although I wasn't considering a trade at the time, I decided to go talk to Johnny Salazar, my salesperson from before. After he worked up some great numbers on my trade-in, I ended up driving a new 2019 Highlander XLE home! What a great deal, super people, wonderful treatment I received at Groove Toyota. I recommend them without hesitation.

Stapp Toyota offered a $500 college rebate to recent college grads toward the purchase of a new vehicle. My daughter graduated from Aims Community College Fire Academy in May. Stapp sales department said that would qualify to receive the rebate. She purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD..
After the purchase she was notificed that her graduation from the Aims Community College Fire Accademy as a Fire Fighter and First Responder did not qualify under Toyota Financial guide lines, and she would not receive the $500.00 rebate. CAVEAT EMPTOR - Beware that Stapp promises one thing in order to make the sale, then reneges on their verbal promise. The integrity of the sales department is questionable, so be sure to get any rebate promises in writing. Don't let another First Responder fall victim to this unscrupulous sales tactic.
