I have been going to Turner Toyota ever since 2003 when I bought my first Camry. Since then, I bought another Camry in 2009, Tacoma in 2011, and just recently a Camry in 2021. I have always worked with Wendy and she has been a joy, very professional and friendly. I was happy when I heard that she came back to work part time.

The service staff was extremely helpful in diagnosing a noise problem with the radiator fan motors. Although the part availability was beyond my schedule, they assured me my 2013 Ford Explorer was safe to return home for my local dealer to order the part and replace the fan motors. Which was done. Durango Motor Co’s help and provided documentation expedited the repair upon returning home. Thank you for being Such a top source of service and repair facility for Ford vehicles in Durango, CO.

Bighorn Toyota has a very friendly environment. The sales department is top notch with a lot of very helpful people. Not pushy and have amazing deals! Why go to Denver? When I have used Bighorn's service after my purchase (I have bought three cars), they have been very friendly and quick. I love it! They also wash my car.
Come to Bighorn Toyota, they are the best!

Very clean Business and easy to deal with. It took me 2 months to find a car so I encountered many different sales people. But at Stapp Erin was really a pleasure to work with her. She is classy and knowledgeable and fair and swear to God honest. She didn’t rush me to make a decision she didn’t pressure me to buy some thing I didn’t want and I actually felt relaxed I’m comfortable working with her. If you’re looking for a car I suggest you Ask for Erin to help. You will believe me then!
We told them what we were looking for and they found us a... - keitho9
We told them what we were looking for and they found us a car that seemed to fit the bill and gave us a good background for the car. Turned out it had a totally different background which, had we known, we would have never bought because it had been in an 'moderate' accident involving the left front end. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to get any record of repairs. After we had bought it, I found a big chunk missing out of the rim on the that side. Ten months later, despite Phil Long's mechanics having said they inspected it before we bought it and twice when we had the oil changed, they somehow overlooked a broken cv boot and that axle went to wobbling during a long trip. We limped it home then took it in. They found not only a missing boot on the passenger side, they also said the driver side axle was wobbling like it was bent. They not only refused to acknowledge this was caused by the previous owners accident, the mechanic flat out lied to me not needing to test drive it further after I drove it and he acknowledged he felt the vibration and the wobble. That car has a Snapshot that showed they drove it twice for a total over 10 miles setting off 1 hard acceleration and 3 hard brakes. Yet they drove it less than .03 miles to test it after they replaced the axles. Guess they'd rather break than find it by an actual inspection. I had called Mitch and he ASSURED me he'd pull out the Snapshot device after he set it off. Instead, it appears they just opted not to actually test drive it after they worked on it. Mitch even told me cv axles don't have splines as if I'm too stupid know anything about this kind of car because I've only worked on older, rear wheel drive vehicles. I have both old parts and all the ends have splines so I question his knowledge of what a spline is! They quoted us a price of $707 to replace both axles but refused to release it back to us unless we paid them $821 due to an added 'shop charge' and when pressed what that meant, Mitch would only say it was for the 'use of their equipment'. They charged us $320 for axles I could pick up at O'Reily's for $210, $24 to replace the 2 quarts of transmission fluid they lost replacing the axles and $375 for what they put down as 3 hours of labor. So unless your so rich it makes you feel good to pay extra for nothing but BS before the sale with attitude after the sale, then I'd highly recommend shopping somewhere else. If you do buy from them, pay the extra before you sign to have a private mechanic THOROUGHLY inspect the car and research it's history! CARFAX does not tell you enough! You might also want to limit them on the number of credit checks they can do on you. The first company they applied to get us a loan from sent us a letter (received after the sale) showing we had been approved yet we wound up getting almost a dozen more hard credit checks on our record while they 'shopped' for a 'better deal' but we have NO reason to believe it was a better deal for us since we only found out about all the credit checks by approval letters we wound up with weeks later. Absolutely NOTHING was ever said by Phil Long Toyota about any credit problem or any other reason for having done more than 1 credit check. Once you sign for the car, you will be stuck with any problems you didn't have them fix BEFORE you signed regardless of any 'promises' made to get you to buy it.

***OUT OF STATE BUYERS, BEWARE!!!***
Worst possible experience!
I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough and I specifically ask to be shown any imperfection.
She sends me the video and in the video states that there are no imperfection; "the car is in awesome condition!"
When my auto transporter gets there to pick up the vehicle, he takes pictures all around the car, and sends them to me. When I received these pictures I was shocked! There was clear and evident signs of a front collision!! The front grill was broken, the paint in the front was severely scratched, the bumper is loose, etc. All throughout the vehicle there are significant signs of off road use.
I have been trying to speak to the general manager to discuss this situation for 2 weeks and have had no luck reaching him. Apparently he shows up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. I've tried email, voicemail and calling daily and have had 0 luck!
If you are an out of state buyer, please please think twice before committing to this dealership.
Read more of these reviews!! Don't take your business to this dealership!
Side note.. my purchase agreement that me and the sales manager signed.. was for a car with 6,753 and when the driver picked it up the vehicle had 6,813 miles. That's 60 miles that the vehicle was driven after I signed the purchase agreement!!
There's a clear reason why their rating is where it is.
Please consider taking your business elsewhere!

I recently purchased a new 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Mountains States Toyota. Jim Gallegos was the Sales Associate I worked with. I am totally satisfied with this transaction. Jim was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and found the exact truck I wanted that was scheduled to be delivered in about 3 weeks. The truck arrived when he said it would and I completed my purchase without any problems. Thank you very much. I will not hesitate to recommend Jim and Mountain States to my friends.

Beware of this den of thieves........ My elderly mother just recently had the bad luck of dealing with the service side of this dealership. After over diagnosing the issues and need repairs on her vehicle to the tune of $5000. After speaking to a more reputable shop the actual cost for proper diagnosis and repair was 10% of what this deplorable organization tried to extort from her.
Service exceeded expectations! - JeepLady
I didn't expect a non-Jeep dealer to be able to help me so much, but they addressed all my concerns! It was a great experience.
