Great dealership. Ive been coming for a few years now and I just had my car serviced on monday. Dan went over what was wrong my with car in detail and we deciede what was a priority a d what I can hold off on, considering at this day in age you have to wat h how much money you spend woth everything so high these days. Anyway we went over ot amd I got a loaner and was out the door with in 10 minutes. Dan and Joe fron the serviced e department are great to work with. Laid back and are definitely out to help all customers. I highly recommend these guys. I refuse to take my car to any other dealership or local garage. I trust this dealership and you should, too.

After a year and a half I figured I would write a review. This dealership made good with me in ways most would not, as I purchased a used car, problems come with the territory as you know, esp when you purchase and Alfa Romeo from a Mazda dealership lol. David, a young salesman with very little experience who no longer works here helped me. After making the purchase, aside of brakes and a sunroof issue they fixed no questions we went back an forth over a battery, Alfa is a tricky car, smallest drain and things don't work. Tested it several times an insisted it was fine. Bought a new battery from the Alpha dealer and proved it was in fact the battery and Central reimbursed me for it!! I just paid the car off this week and will be heading back to see what's next!

I called and explained and they got me a service appt for the very next day! So were soo professional and helpful and to my surprise fixed without any hassles or stress. A special thanks to the service rep, Nick Ceccarini, simply wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

We are 30+ year customers of Hyundai vehicles. We've never had a bad experience when Larry Plunkett was the Service Manager. Once he left, it was nothing but arrogant pushback from that department. However, moving ahead to a current visit to Hyundai for an issue on a new 2024 Venue that was purchased only 2 weeks ago, Aldo from the Service Department gets a 10 star review! He intervened when I was dealing with a couple of service guys at the front desk who wouldn't help me with a serious issue that I had with my newly purchased Venue. To elaborate on the two very unhelpful service men would be counterproductive, so I'm sincerely hoping that Hyundai Management acknowledges Aldo's for his exceptionally stellar customer service skills and his valuable work ethic and perhaps mention to the rest of his Service Staff that all customers deserve to be treated the way that Aldo treated us. Way to go Aldo! Your kindness restored my faith in a department within your company that has been a constant disappointment.

Mike is an exceptional service consultant!!! His professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness had made our unbearable experience, truly a bearable one. We had purchased a used 2013 Audi A4 for our daughter (this was her dream car). A little over two months later, the engine blew. We weren't sure how all this would work out as we purchased the car from another dealer. Mike was very courteous and honest and worked diligently with the warranty company to get our car fixed. Never once was he frustrated or impatient with us. He would provide us with daily updates as to the status of our car. Thanks to Mike and the exceptional service he provided us, we will be taking our car to Audi of Wallingford for service!

Mark in the service dept. retrofitted my carrier so it would be secure and safe rather than just slapping it on. The manufacturer's brackets were not fitting correctly and he took all the time he needed to do the job right. I'm sure another service center would have allotted him a certain amount of time, but Joe insisted he take his time and do it correctly, rather than rush him onto another job. Mind you, this was at no charge to me. And I got a fantastic price on the entire carrier system. This is a small auto sales and service center that does things the right way. They are good people and I highly recommend them if you need a car (see Pat, I bought my Subaru from him) or you need some mechanical work done. They exemplify old school values and quality.

I thought that was great, that the owner quickly addressed the misunderstanding. He was extremely anxious to address the problem. He showed me he runs a company that cares about his loyal customers
