Exceptional service and stand behind their vehicles. I had a failure with the instrument cluster panel behind the steering wheel of my Q5 at 30,000 miles. I was told it was a very odd failure by Tony Cardinale my service advisor. I paid Audi Naples to replace the cluster in April. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer.

Very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Zach and Kyle during my purchase of a used vehicle. They went above and beyond. I was treated with respect and kindness during each encounter. The only encounter that was not top-notch was when I returned my vehicle to the service department for a service that was part of the sales agreement and because my used vehicle was not an Audi brand the service desk personnel dismissed me to the garage.. but fortunately someone overheard how I was being treated and stepped in with courtesy and respect. It was the best car buying experience in my 62 years of life thus far. Thank you!

Brian and Cindy make quite a team! Brought my 2015 Corvette in for a front bumper replacement and I can't say enough about the job that was done! They even delivered it to my home when I couldn't get there to pick it up! If I ever need any other body work done on my Vette, I'll be sure to bring it to Brian & Cindy at AutoNation Collision Center Airport!

I went in to fix a couple of things on my 2015 Honda Pilot and decided to look 👀 at the new cars. Big mistake! I liked the look of the sport package on the CR-V Hybrid, but when I drove it I knew this was the one. I had really been wanting a Hybrid lately and now I have mine. Also, Maria was a sweetheart. She wasn’t pushing the sell, but let me come to the decision on my own. I do not like being pushed so she was good for me.

Every time I go to get service on our car, the service advisor is extremely helpful and explains all that they'll be doing to our car as well as, when the car us ready, he sits with us and explains in details what was done and also suggests other things that would help the car continue in great shape.
