Weston Volvo has made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I stepped in their showroom. My Sales Rep, Vinnie, was incredibly patient explaining all the features of my Volvo X30. The finance team spent a good amount of time with me so that I could obtain the best deal possible. I love my car and the experience I had at Weston Volvo. I wish all Dealerships would take their protocol and make it their own. However, most sales reps believe a hard sell is the only way to do business. For me, it is a turn off and I would take my business elsewhere.

Hello - I'm from Navarre Florida, names Chris / Car is 2024 s580. Had an issue with the internet in the car and the navigation system and a few other things. Because Fort Walton Mercedes was closer to me I started there. I waited there 5 hours they could not fix the car. The staff was nice, bottom line the car needed to be fixed. They told me a claim had to be filed because they need help from Germany because they couldn't figure it out and that could take up to 3 weeks to hear back AND Here is the key to your car. ! I took the car over to Mercades in Pensacola the next day and dropped it off. I talked to John also from Navarre in the Service Dept, he was very much in the know a real pro at his job. Next day 2:00 pm got a call the car was done ready to be picked up. There I met the tech guy who made it all possible Brandon. Talked with him, this young guy positively has the Magic touch explained everything to the letter. I'm very car savvy I,m also a collector with many high end foreign cars, I understand the difference in professionalism and not. The moral of the story is there's no education in a second kick from a mule. Get it straight up right the first time. Pensacola is the place for repair.

I did most of the process remotely, and she was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the XC40 I was interested in, and just made everything straightforward. Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. Here’s the rub, I’m not made of money but love Volvos! I had a tire sensor go bad…clearly had to have it replaced as it affected the ABS system. Knew it was gonna cost me hundreds of dollars..and Volvo engineers terrific cars so I’m ok paying for quality products and services. I’m not Ok with being gouged for diagnostics.. car was worked on at 1:10 and done at 2:00. Was charged properly for the 50 minutes including time to diagnose.. But 423 bucks for the diagnosis…let me repeat…$423 dollars. Of course they should be paid a market fair fee to diagnose, but that is beyond my imagination. Plus they tack on a 50 buck “shop” charge? Ok so I learned my lesson…I was in a hurry to fix the problem…don’t be in a hurry. Get a printed diagnostic estimate…which I was not offered and when I asked if I could see the breakout the repair clerk hesitated as if that was an unusual question. I was there so I just said fix it…and make whoever services your car show you a breakdown …diagnostics, labor and shop fees? Net result no more Sarasota Volvo even for oil changes. I’ll do my homework and at least not be angry for an entire day. By the way…no reflection on the mechanics…this is a reflection on the dealership approach to helping Volvo owners without soaking them. It’s the world we live in. So, I’m not sure if this is a complaint or a personal intervention. I’m gonna recommend them anyway even though I feel like there has been a stick up!

There were dealership liars and despicable. People took over three months to get everything including plates. I spent several thousand dollars they lost my documents and they refused to speed it up. They took over three months to send the paperwork to DMv Then lied about it. It took him longer to get me the correct registration and so forth when I confront of them over and over again after having to come back for temporary plate after temporary plate, they were passive aggressive with me and wanted to throw me off the lot that’s what you get for spending Money on a certified preowned luxury car in the 50s. Mark Ogden, the general manager is running the ship and he is the worst passive aggressive narcissistic person you will ever meet

Skip buying a vehicle from Daytona Beach Gunther dealership as it will become your worst nightmare, once the deal is done, they could care less about you, and they are unprofessional and rude making it the most horrible experience you will ever have buying a vehicle and you will never want to return When purchasing a vehicle from Gunther Volvo, the finance manager sells you all types of Warranty products. One for a fact that I know is worthless is there Appearance Protection as it does not cover dents, dings and scratches, so you are told they will. Then to top it off, When you’re financing your vehicle, they can mess up the paperwork in which you have to go through the finance company to get the finances corrected. The reason is even after advise them directly and they claim they handled it, they don’t follow thru. Then when you call a second time to advise the finance manager who is unavailable and you leave a message they don’t return your call. The end result is you have to go to the finance company and have them correct the problem and they will contact the dealership and get the proper paperwork. Then they call you with a rude and arrogance and claim they can monitor and check all your phone calls to verify you were not there. You didn’t call and you did nothing and you gave them a bad review and they complain. If they would do their job and treat their customer with value and respect they would get a good review. My advice, do not purchase a vehicle from Daytona Beach Gunther Dealerships, you will be much happier person following that advice.

Everyone i had contact with in this store was unbelievably professional and trustworthy this is rare in car sales. This is the second Volvo I have purchased from Brian in a year. He is the best sales man I have encountered. Mike in the finance is very helpful and will give you helpful advice on you loan options.
