Jake was so knowledgeable at helping us learn the technology aspects of our new vehicle. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

What an amazing experience! Due to failures in my old car (BMW) I had to move quickly to purchase - I was on travel and only had a couple days. From the first email I sent to follow-up texts, the Honda Team was amazing. Thanks first to Thomas and Shane for getting the ball rolling - helping me narrow down my choice and doing so in an incredibly fast manner. Next, I received a text from Frankie (appreciate you) to ensure I had all the information I needed. Frankie was kind, helpful, and made me feel at home when I insisted to look at the car. He perhaps had about 30 minutes before I arrived and he had the vehicle out, clean and ready for my test drive. Not sure I've ever had a more friendly salesman in the auto industry - explains the numerous awards on his wall! Within just a couple hours, I went from 0 to driving away my new car.
