Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

I just wanted to say that Cathy has been my sales consultant for the past three years. She has been every transactions, smooth and virtually painless. I am not one to go to a dealership and try to hassle over pricing! I like to do my research from home and once I have made my choice, I go for it. Cathy truly listens. I emailed her what I saw, what I wanted and the monthly I can afford. She made sure that she answered all my questions and once we finalized on a price, I made the appointment just to sign the papers. It's so refreshing to get there and have the car pulled up from with the keys waiting for us. In and out within 90 minutes (and that was only because they had to detail the car!
