Car was tuned up and software was all updated, and car was cleaned, inside and out. Victor was excellent service manager. The overall service manager was not there so I talk to the general manager she doesn’t have a clue about the parts of cars or anything about it she could not talk intelligent with me at all so I ended the conversation and left it about a warped rotor brakes that should’ve been replaced the only thing with replace was a warped rotor and brakes were left there which caused overheating in first place no I would not take my car back there no more

I traded in a 2018 S60 Inscription for 2019 S60 Momentum. I was first met by Christine Mullen who asked if she could be of assistance. I said I was not really looking to buy, but wanted to see the 2019 S60. We talked and looked at one in the showroom. She knew I could be interested since my first Volvo was a 1972 mustard yellow (Ugh) 5 door wagon. Upon asking about a possible purchase, Diane Karel who had sold me the 2018 popped up. The rest is history. These two ladies handled the proposal and counter proposal, resulting in the sale. It was done easily and professionally. Thank you ladies.

Such a great experience with Volvo of Melbourne! From start to finish the experience was seamless. My sales guy, Andy, was very informative on the make of car I purchased. The sales manager, Mark, was very personal and negotiated my deal before I ever stepped foot in the door. They gave me a great price on the car I purchased and for my trade-in. The finance manager was also wonderful and walked me through everything, taking the time to answer all my questions. This was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. We purchased our 2020 XC60 Inscription through the overseas program and Tina Taylor ( a title clerk ) from Wallace Volvo refused to process or vehicle claiming our vehicle was not part of their inventory. She claimed they had to go in person to the DMV to register the car. Never heard such a thing! She made us go through hoops, making lame excuses not to process our car. Until this day, I still don't have my car. I will never even do business again with Wallace Volvo or recommend any of my friends and family.

Received notice on car computer that first oil change was due...3,000 miles or 6 months. Car had approximately 2,200 miles on odometer. I scheduled and was given an appointment on-line. I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment. I then sat for 45 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone in the service area. I was finally checked in, and waited another 15 minutes to speak to a service representative. The service representative informed me I was early for the 6,000 mile checkup. I Informed him of the “service required” light was on in the car. I spent 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.
