Andrew is hands down the best car salesperson I've had the pleasure to work with, before, during and after the transaction. He knows his product inside and out and did everything within his power to make our experience go smoothly. He returned calls when he said he would, and answered his phone whenever I called (which was often). He is professional, friendly, and good humored. When it came to turning in my old leased car, he took care of everything. When it came to processing the new lease under the COSTCO Auto Program, he handled all of that too. I did a lot of shopping around before I decided to lease this car, and went on several test drives. Andrew was by far the best equipped, most knowledgeable salesperson I came across.
Our finance guy was also very good. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say I don't recall his name - but he worked hard to make our experience dealing with all the paperwork as quick and painless as possible.

It is true that people tend to leave a review when they have a bad experience and not say word when they have a good one. I had a good experience with Volvo of Ocala and would like to set the record straight about them.
They are not perfect, just like no dealership is perfect, but they do care about the customer's experience and they do offer some great deals. Rob, the sales manager, went out of his way to try to make sure that my experience was a good one. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I live in Destin Florida and have been looking for a new 2018 Volvo XC90 T5 for a few months. We tried Mobil to no avail and Pensacola didn't seem to want to help at all. When we phoned O'Steen in Jacksonville they were all over the request and Sales Manager Sean Mickey said they would do there best to find the exact match that we wanted. Within a few days they found the perfect match and set up a delivery date. We arranged the meeting within a week and set out on our 300+ mile journey. We arrived before lunch and began the process with David King who was very helpful. The car was as advertised and paperwork was very quick. The salesman gave us a great instruction on the bells and whistles (there are a lot) and made sure we had all the phone numbers we needed for future questions. Financing went well with no pressure sales from Howard Wilson for extra's or extended warranties. Every one we came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming including one of the owners, Mark O'Steen, who wished us a merry Christmas. Within 2 hours we were driving away very happy in our new vehicle, easiest car purchase ever. Thank You O'Steen Volvo.

I traded in a 2018 S60 Inscription for 2019 S60 Momentum. I was first met by Christine Mullen who asked if she could be of assistance. I said I was not really looking to buy, but wanted to see the 2019 S60. We talked and looked at one in the showroom. She knew I could be interested since my first Volvo was a 1972 mustard yellow (Ugh) 5 door wagon. Upon asking about a possible purchase, Diane Karel who had sold me the 2018 popped up. The rest is history. These two ladies handled the proposal and counter proposal, resulting in the sale. It was done easily and professionally. Thank you ladies.

I had been looking for a XC90 for over a year. I made contact with David Wrynn at Centennial Imports in Pensacola and let him know the specifics on what i was looking for. He found what I wanted within days, and sent me photos and details. I own my own business and work long days. I live an hour away from the dealership and couldn't drive over just to look at the car. David was so incredibly helpful, talking me through everything over the phone and via text, but never being pushy or annoying. He even brought the car over to my home an hour away just to let me test drive the car. He was knowledgable and helpful. I bought the vehicle, doing the paperwork right there from my home. The test drive and paperwork took less than two hours! The whole process of buying a car can be long and consuming, but David made it incredibly convenient. Absolutely a positive experience. My Interaction started on the Internet with Dylan Byerly and he was prompt and thorough as I was looking for particular options. Being based in Orlando, I did not want to make a trip to see the vehicle if it was not exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment with Dylan after speaking with him for the upcoming Saturday morning.
The vehicle was exactly as described and in great shape. I decided to purchase the vehicle and asked Dylan to address a few small details that would make this used car "as new." The Service Team took care of everything and more of what I asked. They even filled the gas tank and provided a very nice silver Volvo keychain. Small touches that showcase their attention to detail.
My family also needed the car shipped out of state. The Sales Manager, Bob Preston, stepped in and seamlessly arranged for everything. He even addressed a small timing issue with the paperwork and their business office so that my expedited timeline could be met. Both Bob and Dylan delivered on their word.
The experience with Volvo Cars of Sarasota was anything but stressful, as Their Sales and Service Team worked for and earned my trust.

All was great for the service I had done to my car; 20,000 service. But was extremely upset that they no longer wash your car after they service it??? Is this a cost cutting expense because they renovated??? It shows good customer service to wash your vehicle after it’s serviced; they always did.

I took my new Volvo into this dealership, where at 1 week after purchase the a/c went out, while i am on a 3 week driving trip in southern Florida. I had already driven 5 hours without a/c. I made the appointment and took my car in at 7:00am on a Monday morning. I explained that I was there from out of town and that I would be leaving on Thu. No call on Monday. Tue they call to tell me they needed a part and that it would arrive on Wed. On Wed, I finally called and they told me 2 weeks to get the part. I asked them what they were going to do for me and they said nothing. They told me to come pick up the car on Thursday - still with No A/C! Florida temps in 95+ range....
When I went in to get the car, I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Ms. Perez. She said things to me that I will never forget.
1) "We are not Volvo, we are an independently owned dealership and that I could call Volvo for my warranty repair." So i guess Volvo is not a global brand and their dealer network (or i hope only this one) isn't worth the letters on the outside of the building.
2) "We only provide rental cars during warranty service for customers who buy from our dealership." - nice answer, knowing that I am driving for 2 more weeks before returning home with no A/C in Florida and 95+ temps
She could have called the Volvo regional rep and gotten them to pay for the rental car. Instead, she forced me to change my travel plans and add an additional 7 hours to my drive to go home, where my local dealer did the right thing and gave me a rental car. BTW, my local dealer also had the part the next day and repaired the car within 24 hours of my getting it there.
Ms Perez missed an opportunity to make me tell the story of how Volvo Dealers stand behind their brand. Now I will tell the story over and over again to all my friends, colleagues and clients in the Greater Miami area. Neither one of us will know how many sales my story may divert from Deels, but statistics say it will be 8-9 on average. At say $50,000 each one, Ms. Perez traded a couple of hundred in rental car into $250,000+ in sales. Wonder how much good will that also cost you?
FYI, I have also written to the North American Volvo representative, because I think Volvo should be aware of how their brand is being represented in Miami by this dealer.
