I wanted to take a moment to recognize & thank Stasha Robinson. We live in Nashville (Lebanon) Tennessee. Our daughter has driven an X3 for 8 years, since she was 15 years old. She got her license in the car, drove it all through high school, off to college, and to her new job in Atlanta. It finally blew a head gasket last week while she was alone in a new city, with no alternate transportation, and 4 hours away from family. From Nashville, her mom (me) & dad got busy inquiring with numerous dealerships from Chattanooga, Bowling Green, Nashville & Atlanta. Stasha was the first to respond. Not only the first, but she worked tirelessly with us ALL WEEKEND as other dealerships said “sorry we’re closed”. When we looked at quotes that were too high, she said “don’t count us out”, “I will continue to work on this”. And she did. Our daughter drove away in her new BMW last night, and after closing hours. I’ve purchased over 50 vehicles nationwide — including Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, and even Kias — and I can honestly say that my experience with Athens BMW has been one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever had. During my search, I worked with four BMW dealers across two states. Every one of them offered between 4% and 10% off MSRP, and even BMW’s national promo only reflects an 8% discount — on a lower-spec i5, at that. Athens BMW stepped up with a 17 % discount on a fully loaded 2025 i5 M60, a car that stickers $12,000 higher than the national promo, and still gave me $2,000 more for my trade than anyone else. That level of transparency, pricing, and execution is almost impossible to find. I’m not a tire-kicker, but I’m not easy either. I had very specific must-haves: the deal had to be structured as a business lease under my LLC, with me only as the personal guarantor and no personal credit reporting. Steve in Finance made it happen — and even verified it directly with BMW Financial Services corporate. So, if you’re like me — a business owner who wants to lease through your company, keep your personal DTI low, and avoid adding new auto tradelines — Athens BMW and BMW Financial Services are the team to see. I’m not local to Athens; about 75 % of this deal was handled by text and email, and it was completely seamless. These guys can easily work with anyone nationwide — but if you’re within driving distance, do yourself a favor and visit the store. Dakota handled everything professionally from start to finish, Steve made the process smooth and transparent, Daryl (GSM) structured a deal no one else could touch, and Mr. Whitlow (GM) clearly runs the dealership with integrity and precision. Horrible experience. I purchased their most expensive CPO BMW in inventory at the time. It was said to be receiving 4 new tires when we negotiated a price. It was delivered to me with 4 tires within 30-50% of their useful life remaining, one of which had a nail in it. The rear view mirror cap was hanging off of the car. The alignment was off. How this passed as CPO BMW M5 is beyond me. They overcharged me for SC sales tax. They tried to mark up the BMW advertised interest rate while I have perfect credit - actually fought and won this battle. I will say that the Sales person was great to deal with, genuine car enthusiast. His management and ownership, not so much. They wouldn't even speak to me after multiple escalation requests. They prioritized the bottom line over doing the right thing and lost a long term repeat customer. They then had the audacity to ask me to lose $12k on the car a few weeks after purchasing it to buy a different car from them, which I obviously did not do. Would not recommend. Will be doing my business with Hilton Head BMW going forward.

Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.
