Just had another fantastic service completed on my car at Motor Cars of Georgia. The basic service was completed on time and a few difficult, less common but noticeable interior and exterior cosmetic items were also taken care of with ease and little fanfare. Brake Service - My2010650i
I brought my 2010 BMW 650i in for replacement of the front brake pads. The service (customer & maintenance) was excellent but the price was a bit excessive. Regardless of the cost, OEM parts are way better than after market and their is no price on safety. I appreciate the help my service provider, Wesley Shackleford, provided and I will continue using BMW of Columbus to service my 650i.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of cars was amazing as I test drove several that I had picked out beforehand via the website. I ended up purchasing a CPO as that fit my needs best . Anel was very helpful in the process as were Victor and Dan. A very efficient process. The car is amazing too.

I’ve made an mistake by giving Global another chance. After years of trying other dealerships. I decided to try Global again. I was thinking by now, things had to get better... WRONG!!!! Things got worst..... it took over 45 minutes to drop my car off ( I had an appointment) with only 15k miles. It took over an hour to get my car, they lost the keys to my car. When i asked who was in charge, the manager (Chris Bundrick)came out and told me they were looking for them. Never did he apologize. He didn’t have to,.... i rather drive across Atlanta to get better service than to travel 2 miles and be treated like xxxx. This may be the last BMW I ever buy.
Great service but inspect your car - BMW2017
The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Please remember that our cars are an investment - in the same way we take care of our investment by having it serviced and repaired by you - we want you to take care of it while it is with you.
worst service experience ever - bmw service
I made an appointment in early 2019 for routine service. It was scheduled for 1/11/2019 at 10:40am. I live in Young Harris and it takes 2 hours to get there. I arrived at 10:27am and was greeted and escorted into the service waiting room. The lady at the cashiers counter said my service writer was busy with another customer and would be with me asap. At 10:50, I asked what was the delay and she told me Rudy had a mandatory meeting and was behind in his customer service . I said to her, "meetings are more important than customers" and she had no reply. At 11:10am ,I once again asked what was happening and she said I will get another service writer to handle you asap. At 11:25am another service writer took my keys and I guess the service on my car started. At 12:45 the car was finished and I left the dealership. During my waiting period I observed many obvious personal conversations with staff and wondered if they had any idea what perception they had on waiting customers. I love my BMW, but now I have serious doubts about another purchase and will probably consider another brand that has a dealership closer to my home. Bill Borowski

The service department is straight up HORRIBLE! I took my BMW in for several recalls and when I picked it up I had issues that wasn’t there prior to dropping it off!
Prior to taking it to them I had no issues. My car was fine there was no noise no complaints. Now when I’m driving I hear a loud clicking sound coming from under the hood. I proceeded to take it back to them and all they could say is it doesn’t have anything to do with what they did to my car. Wasn’t accommodating at all! Acted as if it was my fault! There is no way I am going to allow them to get away with this I will be contacting the VP, CEO, General Manager somebody will FIX my car! I WILL NOT STOP until it is fixed!
