Just had another fantastic service completed on my car at Motor Cars of Georgia. The basic service was completed on time and a few difficult, less common but noticeable interior and exterior cosmetic items were also taken care of with ease and little fanfare. It is a pleasure bringing the car in to the MOG team. Have enjoyed being and look forward to contiune being a long time client..

Very poor customer service. - BMW owner
The car was delivered with no gas (computer indicated 1 mile of fuel), smeared interior windows, dirty glove compartment, dirt on edges of carpet. The delivery driver was pleasant and obviously upset. Further, I had asked for delivery on 11/2,3,or4/17 due to my wife's scheduled surgery but both Kieth and Rob said the driver would leave on 10/29/17 and would deliver the car by noon on 10/30/17. The driver said that no one told him of the time frame and he was late causing us difficulty. The dealer refused to even pay for the gas, gas can, and fill up stating that they had not made enough profit. Additionally, the salesman stated that delivery would be included in the price and Karen, during the closing of the "deal", refused to honer the saleman's included delivery and charged me $375. Kieth also added a $500 doc fee saying it had been deducted in the "deal" (even though he did not know the selling price and also did not deduct the $1000 I put down on the car) and said he had to include it on the selling document "by law". Rob was very upset by the condition of the car on delivery and said he would send me a gift certificate (which never happened) but that management would not acknowledge any responsibility.

I can't say enough great things about Gianni and his manager, Vic! They were able to come through to get me a beautifully loaded 4 series gran coupe within my budget. I live in NJ and chose to do this deal all the way from Georgia because Gianni made it such a seamless process. I highly recommend this dealership, and my husband will definitely be getting his next car through Gianni, as well, once his M3 lease is up next year - thanks guys!!

poor service and try to scam customer - Jin
Dropped off my car for annual service and replace battery on Jan 16th. Got a call to pick my car up. On Jan 20, I went to get my car. Drove out less than 3 minutes, shows engine overheated and engine fans is on. Drove back immediately. One of their technician opened cap of the radiator, there is no fluid inside. Told me they will take care and let me go. Called their service consultant several time on Jan 22nd and told I am unlucky my water pump failed. They can charge me $1400 to fix it. I told her my car were running well when i drop it at shop. I saw there is no fluid in the radiator when I found out problem. Today, 1/23/2018 the consultant Annie called, they will give me a discount to only charge me $600 to fix it and do me favor. And keep on telling me it is her manager's decision.
By the way, this is not the first time bad experience. In 2017 I made an appointment a week ago. while I got there. they told me there is no appointment. I had to make another appointment.
Great service but inspect your car - BMW2017
The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Please remember that our cars are an investment - in the same way we take care of our investment by having it serviced and repaired by you - we want you to take care of it while it is with you.

My son paid cash for his car and it was on a wrecker within 6-8 hours of the purchase. No follow-up. From the bottom (sales) to the top (Sons Dealerships), completely don't give a xxxx! BMW is the only car my husband and son have ever owned. BMW of North America should be embarrassed and ashamed of the crap that has taken place with this purchase.

I purchased a 2011 BMW 135i Convertible from these folks as it was a good deal/having seen it on Autotrader.com. There were two major problems with it: (1) they completely missed an ENGINE OIL LEAK. Luckily it was still under warranty and my local dealership is replacing it. In addition, the two of the four tires were BELOW the 3mm standard. The other two were BARELY 3mm. I asked for a 50% concession but they refused and went as far as denying the insecption report. I filed a formal complaint with BMW USA.
