I have not had a lot of car buying experiences nor do I ever write reviews. I had a less than "10" experience at a competitor dealership this past year and initially was concerned and had my guard up. It turned out, it was unnecessary, as my Client Advisor, Andy Correa, provided exemplary customer service from the initial meeting to delivery of the vehicle. In addition to his knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude, he made the whole process seamless, painless/ no pressure, and stress-free—something I deeply appreciate.
Michael Carvajal was the Financial Manager responsible for handling the finance portion of the sale. He was extremely detail-oriented and patient, responding to every single question I had and provided expert advice.
The day after purchasing the vehicle, there was a technological hiccup, resulting in the car being in the service department for several days. Andy stayed in touch and was extremely apologetic over the ordeal. He went above and beyond for a customer. If afforded the opportunity to work with him again, I would not hesitate and definitely would recommend his services to others.

The fuel pump on my 2010 535i failed on a trip from Atlanta to the Panhandle. Columbus BMW was the nearest dealership. Called directly and they helped me secure a tow and a rental, so I was able to continue on my trip. Repaired the vehicle timely and picked it up on the return trip. First class service.

Just had another fantastic service completed on my car at Motor Cars of Georgia. The basic service was completed on time and a few difficult, less common but noticeable interior and exterior cosmetic items were also taken care of with ease and little fanfare. It is a pleasure bringing the car in to the MOG team. Have enjoyed being and look forward to contiune being a long time client..

Great service but inspect your car - BMW2017
The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Please remember that our cars are an investment - in the same way we take care of our investment by having it serviced and repaired by you - we want you to take care of it while it is with you.

Our BMW PRODUCT CHAMPION was ALEX TANJGA on the purchase of our CPO 2016 X3. If we based our experience on our first phone call with another rep who immediately pressured, then talked over me loudly and rudely, we may have never stopped by the dealership. But Alex saved the deal, never pressured, got us a fair price, enthusiastically answered every question, knows his BMWs, but best of all is his WINNING POSITIVE ATTITUDE! We've bought a few used cars in our time and it is refreshing to have someone like Alex who we felt we could TRUST!.....................Management was very fair concerning a deep scratch and unsightly touch up blob that they agreed to repaint and looks so much better, this we appreciated. Alex helped facilitate that and kept us informed every step of the way. There was additional, unforeseen drama, concerning pressuring sales managers and other reps wanting our car, but Alex shielded us and communicated with other staff immediately to ensure our satisfaction...............We would definitely buy from Alex again in the future!!
Also a shout out to Jeffery Hoskins in contracts who was very warm and personable, experienced and knowledgeable. He made the transaction uncomplicated. We feel we received a fair deal in pricing as well and appreciate his help.

Be sure to read this review - I run a high end repair shop in Peachtree City. There is always a chance that we need the OEM to step in and resolve a problem and it leaves us very helpless as you can imagine. We do business with this dealer on a daily basis and we are treated like family. You would be hard pressed to find anyone to stand up to the challenge of resolving a problem and caring for a customer as well as these guys do. Bryce oversees all the service needs and personally handles our problems when needed with service 2nd to none! You can count on everyone from the GM to the porters to take care of your needs. Few people take time out of their busy day to say "thank you" these days but I rely on you guys often to take care of my customers and I appreciate all you do. Thank you gentlemen! - Jason
CPO Has Problems - William H. Gaggos
I purchased a 2011 BMW 135i Convertible from these folks as it was a good deal/having seen it on Autotrader.com. There were two major problems with it: (1) they completely missed an ENGINE OIL LEAK. Luckily it was still under warranty and my local dealership is replacing it. In addition, the two of the four tires were BELOW the 3mm standard. The other two were BARELY 3mm. I asked for a 50% concession but they refused and went as far as denying the insecption report. I filed a formal complaint with BMW USA.
