Steve Mills is always soft spoken, patient and kind. He makes me feel like I am the only customer at the dealership even though there are hundreds and I completely own the fact that I am high maintenance. Steve was always the service advisor I hoped to get when I purchased my first BMW in 2008. He has been the service manager for a few years and I am not surprised as he is truly the perfect example of customer service. I have traveled for work and visited a few other BMW dealerships/service centers. Columbus GA BMW offers a comfortable, welcoming environment. I can’t imagine not owning a BMW.

I left 2 other dealerships having felt that sales teams weren't entirely interested in helping me identify and purchase a car that I would love and feel good about buying. Thank God I did. United BMW took excellent care of me - a woman buying a car on her own - and were very patient with all of my many questions and concerns. Josh Sinsley was my sales rep, and he followed up on all of my multitude of questions over several days time, as well as during and after purchasing my new car. I believe I made a new trustworthy friend, and I will definitely come back and see Josh next time. There was a team of people beyond Josh who took great care of me, too - from a Genius associate who picked me up, to Josh's manager who checked in on me, to the finance guy who very courteously put up with me peppering him with paperwork questions. I bought my car six weeks ago from United BMW, and every time I get in my car to go somewhere, I think about how good it felt leaving their parking lot. A great purchase from good people. An experience like this is hard to find in the car buying world.

The service department is horrible. The service manager is a bold face liar. He looked me in my face and lied up and down about what he heard his service writer say to us. Then his service writer proved him to be a liar. I own 2 BMW vehicles right now and I can promise you BMW OF ALBANY will never see a penny of my money again. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or have your vehiclw service DO NOT TAKE IT TO BMW OF ALBANY, they are thieves and liars. BEWARE!!!!!

Great service but inspect your car - BMW2017
The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Please remember that our cars are an investment - in the same way we take care of our investment by having it serviced and repaired by you - we want you to take care of it while it is with you.

Wide selection of CPO BMW at several thousand $ below any dealer in TN. Well worth the dr8ve from Nashville after getting the details of a few cars onoine and over the phone from Tony Bass. Honored all rebates and did not kark up the financing from BMW financial. This is my 9th BMW in 11 years and probably the best experience with a BMW dealer so far.
