I started my process to purchase my X3 a little over a week ago. Originally I was purchasing a vehicle that had not yet arrived at the dealership. While working with Jason, he kept me informed the entire time and was able to give me updates when appropriate as I was awaiting my car to arrive at the dealership. He was very forthright with his communication and was not afraid to say he didn't know something and was willing to find out. I would highly recommend him!
I decided to go with a different vehicle and Jason put me with Marian as my sales associate. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and if she did not know an answer she found out for me. She held my hand through the entire process. I would definitely ask for her upon your arrival.
The overall process of buying a car is laborious at a minimum. There were times when I almost wanted to walk out. Car buying could definitely benefit from some process improvement. Camilo, the Sales Manager recognized my frustration and made it right. He listened to me gripe about the overall process (not related to people, just process) and offered a mutually agreed upon compromise.

FYI - BMW held our car at port of entry for a week, Our car was part of a stop sell recall before we were able to pick it up (held until parts were available and vehicle was fixed). By the time the car was released we were in another state - Joe had the car delivered to us by flat bed in the other state.
We want to take a moment and thank you for your efforts above and beyond while we searched for our “Florida car”. You were a great asset as we encountered several stumbling blocks on the road to success. Your attention to detail and persistent search for the correct answers was truly remarkable. I only gave 1 star because it is the worst it will allow. These guys do not even deserve that. I took my brand new 2019 terrain in for an oil change and these guys changed my in cabin air filter and air filter without confirming the work with me and then charged me $104 for something I did not need or want. I had told them to remove the parts, but after being there for 2 hrs with an appointment, I was late for another appointment. Being told it would be 45 minutes to remove the part, I asked for a manager. He was conveniently "on vacation", but would be back monday. Called monday. Called Tuesday. Called Wednesday. No call back. Go figure.... I have since had to dispute the charges. I will never return to any of their dealerships and I would strongly advise anybody else to avoid them as well

Great service but inspect your car - BMW2017
The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Please remember that our cars are an investment - in the same way we take care of our investment by having it serviced and repaired by you - we want you to take care of it while it is with you.
