After my purchase Sean made an appointment at Audi to have my second car key reprogrammed. I was able to get a rental in the mean time. In 2020 this Location decided to CALL THE POLICE ON 2 BLACK MEN (MY COUSIN AND I ) BECAUSE WE REQUESTED A REFUND REGARDING A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION they engaged. MY BROTHER WENT THERE TO BUY A CAR 2 WEEKS AGO. THE DEALERSHIP TRICKed HIM AND SOLD HIM A DAMAGED CAR FOR ALMOST 26000$ WITHOUT DISCLOSING ANYTHING TO HIM. WHEN HE GOT APPROVED FOR THE LOAN, THEY ADDED SO MANY FEES IN HIS CONTRACT WITHOUT EXPLAINING ANYTHING. MY BROTHER NEVER LEFT WITH THAT CAR INSTEAD, HE RECEIVED A BORROWED CAR WITH THE REASON THAT THEY NEEDED TO CLEAN THE CAR. OR THE REAL REASON WAS TO FIX THE CAR SO THE CAR CAN HOLD FOR A MINUTE AND BREAKS ON MY COUSIN IN A FUTURE. AFTER A WEEK MY COUSIN CALLED THEM TO GET AN UPDATE. WHEN HE CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR , He DROVE FOR ONLY 10 MIN ENGINE LIGHT ON , PROBLEM WITH TIRES, ACCELERATOR DIDNT WORK. HE GOT LUCKY BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT EXPECTING THE CAR TO BREAK THAT FAST. This is a pretty sorry parts department. i needed parts for a vw. i contacted this dealer, provided the VIN, and went personally to the parts department to order the parts. The employee pulled my parts list based on the VIN and sold me parts based on the VIN of my VW. When the parts arrived, i picked up my supposed needed parts the next day. It appears VW has a poor system of managing which parts are installed on their vehicles because the parts sold were incorrect. I contacted the parts department and informed the employee of the error, and i has told i would be refunded. Upon my arrival, i was informed of not receiving a refund because i did not have the little plastic bag that my parts came in. so basically, i was sold incorrect parts based on poor information from VW itself and not refunded based on a plastic bag. How is this fair??

Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.

Sales Manager was very rude. She ripped the sales paper out my hand when I asked to see it one last time. (We couldnt agree price so we were leaving.) She also told us since we couldnt afford the vehicle we were looking at then we should get a cheaper car. Little did she know we were just trying to negotiate, we would have eventually paid more than we said. However we took our business to another dealership after she was so rude.

Beware if you purchase a red beetle vin# 3vwjltat6dm616976. I purchased this car for my soon to be 16 year old daughter on 7/15/18, for the next 3 months the car stayed in shop more than at my house. From day one I complained of a gas smell. Initially I was told it was because they had just filled it up, then on 2 occasions I was told they found the issue and it had been fixed. Other issues: a welded rim, badly plug tire, broken sunroof screen (that they kept at shop over a month to fix), unexplained loud noise that comes and goes... I was initially told I had a 2 year warranty after I purchased I was told by the. GM that it was for 3 months. I truly believe they held my car several times to eat up the warranty. Initially the GM was very apologetic about the issues I was having, he even offered to buy new rims for the car. The car has 20” rims. I opted for a backup camera and blind spot assist, since this is for my daughter who had just started to drive. Fast forward to November 4, 2018 2 weeks after I had once again complained about the smell and was told they found the issue and it had been fixed, my daughter nearly lost her life from carbon monoxide poisoning. She was admitted into the hospital. The next day I called the GM and left a vm about what happened. I didn’t hear back. I called the salesperson he set me up with a rental. I left several messages for the GM. Over a month and 1/2 past and the GM finally called only to ask me to return the rental because it had been sold. He went on to say they fixed the beetle. I explained to him once again how my daughter almost died and that I no longer wanted the car. He still didn’t apologize. He said he would called me back that evening but didn’t. A few days later he called and asked me to bring in the car but I was out of town. He let me know that he would give my money back for the car, probably because they had already sold it. Because I couldn’t drop everything and jump when he said (mind you I had been waiting to hear from him for over a month) he stopped communicating with me. He had a salesperson call and a sales manager. In the short conversation I had with him, he said a couple unbelievable things, 1. He said the gas issue came from adding the blind spot assist, really? That issue was there from day one and what does blind spot has to do with gas and 2. He said he had to have the car at the lot for 48 hours before he could give me my money. I had to remind him that the car had been at his lot for over a month so it’s well beyond 48 hours.. Maybe he thought I was gullible or just dumb. Worst experience ever. Never met so many people in one business that lack integrity. I was told the check would be ready when I got there (I stay over an hour & 30 minutes away), surprise it was not. He had no intentions on giving me the check that day. The night around 9:30 the sales manager brought it out to my house after I explained everything that had happened. He seemed like a very nice person. I hope this place does not corrupt him.
