While passing through town we had a tire pressure alarm on our car we stopped by BZ and knowing it was after service hours talked to Bailey and Matt they were Johnny on the spot and Bailey found the screw and went into action to help us get back on the road these two employees were exceptional by using their own tire repair kit and pulled the screw and plugged the hole we were on our way shortly after stopping, this exceptional action by both Matt and Bailey deserve a huge atta boy for being customer focused beyond our expectation Thanks Matt and Bailey you guys are the best!

schedule all services ahead of time still needed to wait over 25 min just to hear good to go. made sure they were drippping car off at house when done. address verified second time. only time I talk to a live person. Every other contact was via some form of either automated text which I could not respond to or emails to a person who never called me despite me asking several times. Calling to leave a message did not change anything. Four days later and only through email contact and re-verifying my address was my car delivered. This was approximately 10 days after dropping it off for what I was told a one day service. I would like to talk to the service manager I don’t know how to do that
