My family was on vacation from Wichita KS and was stranded 8 hour from home. We know nobody here. My car is an old 2011 Town and Country. They were able to obtain a replacement transmission and get it installed in just two days!!! I was so amazed. They put us back "On the ROAD AGAIN" and we played Willie Nelson singing that as we left the garage. GREAT PEOPLE!!! They do have loaner cars for you as well. Les Draper Valley Center KS

The car already had paint protection installed, and the pricing was competitive. They offered a solid value for our trade which, when you consider the tax savings from the trade in, saved us money versus selling our car outright. But the best part was the delivery process. Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!
