Salesman Gary Swanson is the best one I have ever dealt with at any Dealership PERIOD!!! I don't know the name of the individual that detailed my truck after the sale was completed. Made it ready for me to drive it home? BUT a huge shout out to this Employee, that Person made my truck look to be Show Truck Condition! The truck is a 2010 Ford F-250 CREW CAB. YES...My truck looked to be BRAND NEW when I drove it home, No EXAGGERATION !!!!!

The car already had paint protection installed, and the pricing was competitive. They offered a solid value for our trade which, when you consider the tax savings from the trade in, saved us money versus selling our car outright. But the best part was the delivery process. These guys detailed the car perfectly for delivery and the training on the new car features was really thorough. In the words of the late Buddy Rich, they were 110% professional! Anderson-Weber is a great place to buy a Toyota and worth the drive from out of town for the great service.

Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

Thumbs down for me did not get time to check over again before signing found several issues they pretty well said it was worth the money they ask even with issues. Sad 😔 companies stay in business this way.
