Being stuck in Ames, Iowa when from El Paso, Texas is not what a traveler desires. On November 2 (Saturday evening) after filling my 2010 F-350 with fuel, it would not start. It was towed to Ames Ford Lincoln for repairs. On Monday morning, with little hope of getting real "timely" service, we approached Seth and Brandon in the Service Department and explained our dilemma. Theye responded that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. By 4 o'clock the truck had a .new fuel pump, 2 new filters, 2 new batteries and had been road tested and we could continue on our journey. Anka, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Seth, Brandon Cornelius and two courtesy drivers: Steve and John, we were on our way. We arrived at our home (a distance of 1,168 miles) without any more vehiclular problems due to the excellent service your crew provided us.. I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive. I was given a loaner car so that I could run my errands while they serviced my car. Unfortunately, we didn't give Anderson-Weber much time from when we were leaving, but they were more than accommodating and fit us in. I was greeting while waiting in the lounge by numerous employees and in the face of this pandemic, it seems Anderson-Weber has a great handle on things. Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

Automotive service is exceptional with Devon Miller. I have a new 2018 Ford Escape and my son a new 2019 Ford Edge and Devon was understanding when we had to reschedule our service time due to the weather. The automotive service center is brand new and awesome. Never seen one better. Was so impressed that I just bought a 2015 SE Ford Fusion for my other son from there.
