Adam walked us through the process like a pro. He made the car shopping process much less stressful than any other place we have been. It was more like shopping for a car with an old friend that just happened to be very knowledgeable in Cadillacs. He was relaxed and not pushy at all. He is a true class act, and a perfect example of the type of individual who should be representing a luxury automobile . We will not be going any other place to find vehicles as long as we live in this area. Jim treated us like family in the signing process, and made us feel comfortable. He was a valuable asset to the process. Jonathan stayed late just to make sure I felt comfortable driving in our new XT5. He even set up out on star, and helped me get my seat in that 'sweet spot' that can be so difficult to find in the first couple of days. Leachman should do everything they can to keep these amazing gentlemen on their payroll. They will be the reason we come back, and them alone.

I've had them perform diagnostic & repair work on two different vehicles on two different occasions. They diagnosed & fixed the problems each time and for a fair price. We had taken both vehicles to two other repair shops previously, repair work was done and the repair bills were paid but the issues came right back, I spoke with Tim Midgett & explained the problems & work that had already been done, he assured me they had a service tech that could find & fix the problem and they did, Great Work!!!
Also had a similar experience with my GMC 3500 dually, they diagnosed & fixed the problem & Mary was in constant communication with me throughout the process, again, Great Work!!! I'll continue to use them in the future & will also recommend them to others.

The dealership sucks but the service dept is great. The sales team will and cheat you. The last vehicle I purchaed I was lied too and when I complained the general manager took the side of the sales staff. But thr Service Dept is wonderful. Great cusyomrr service. But like said do not trust sales at all.

Gets one star because you can't give none. Wasted 2 days on this dealership on what should have taken a couple of hours. Come lunch time the lights go out and they go to lunch, doesn't matter if there's a customer waiting, even just for the paperwork and to pay them. Our truck bumper was damaged while having mechanical work done and they will not take liability. Very poor customer service and they change their story each time you talk to them. DO NOT take you're vehicle here!!! I should have paid attention to other website reviews, very poor. We were from out of town and needed it fixed. Expensive lesson learned.

Repair work was totally unsatisfactory, Dealership did nothing to correct the flawed poor quality work was told to "just live with it". Worst bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with.

I saw a truck I wanted online, emailed them and they promptly responded and made it really easy to work out the details. Picked up the truck the next day and was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Everyone was really friendly too and have been back several times for my oil changes.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I don't even live in Kentucky. A family member (who does own a Buick) was visiting in the London area and had an accident on a Saturday. She did not know anyone in the town and due to the wreck, was w/o a car. The folks at Tincher Williams dealership helped her with all of her problems and made it possible for her to return home safely (several hours away). If they are this kind and helpful, to accommodate a total stranger to the extent that they did, wow, the service they provide to one of their own customers, must be awesome!
