Been looking for me a Toyota Tacoma for a couple of years, afraid my 1996 was going out. It's not. But I needed a newer vehicle to travel. I d bought a couple of vehicles here before, always pleased with them. I want to thank Jerry Garland for helping me. He done a great job and I drove home with a new to me 2018 Toyota Tacoma after looking probably for over a year with exactly the vehicle I'd been looking for. I had searched online, marketplace, other dealerships where they didn't even come to see if I had any questions. Jerry was right there to let me start looking, driving them and then he pointed 1 out. That was it, after all this time looking and worrying, all I had to do was drive to Murray, KY. I had bought 2 previous vehicles from there and my dad Welton Lindsey always bought there. Never disappointed. Thank you Jerry Garland for all your kindness and help. You changed my opinion on car dealerships. I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Thank you

first of all I would like to say I like my truck and Chris Henson was great. I would give him 5 stars. I bought my truck on 3/23/24 and while talking with Chris who ordered my tonneau cover said they would call as soon as it came in to get it installed and I paid to have the outside and inside Simonic and was told they should be calling in the next few days to set that up. I called today to check on the cover and it is in and I also asked about the other and was told it could be 2 weeks or longer and that is when they were also going to install the cover. If I knew that when purchasing the truck that would have been a deal breaker right there. You pay big bucks for a new vehicle and they should have that done with a day or two of the purchase. The Simonic is supposed to protect the outside from stuff messing with the paint, what happens if something gets on it before they have it brought in in a couple of weeks. Tell you your out of luck even though you paid to get it done. I did get them to agree to install the cover tomorrow 3/27 we will see what kind of job they do on this. I am disappointed that the things can't be done in a more timely manner than 2 or 3 weeks. A person should have all the things done first and then buy the vechile and it would get done very quick so they can get paid.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

We contacted them on a Chevrolet Traverse. Talked to a salesman Wes Duffy. He told us to come drive it and my husband said we would if they would get right with the money. So then we talked to a manager Sam and they talked back and too on the discounts. So we were satisfied with the final price and went and test drove it. So we decided to buy it. Jeremy McFadden was the financial manager that took care of the paper work and he was very professional with it in explaining everything. So we went back to Wes Duffy and he took his time showing me all the bells and whistles on the car, he even set up my start the car system on my phone for me. He really helped me with everything I didn’t understand or couldn’t figure out. We really appreciated all their courteous and friendly staff that helped make our buying experience easier, quick and pleasant. Thank you Henderson Chevrolet GMC for your business and kindness. Josh was so patient walking Aaron through the finance process. He also welcomed any future questions or concerns that might arise. Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!
