I went in very nervous today, didn't think I would get much for my car but I did. John Richards and Raymond Kellar were awesome to work with, it didn't take too long and I absolutely adore my little Spark. Champion Chevrolet is a great place to buy a vehicle.
Excellent experience - Bea1776
Excellent experience. Saw car on cars.com. Called ahead. Brad had car ready for test derive when we arrived. Brad was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I would not recommend the dealership based on the... - buyingacarcrack
I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are -
1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax)
2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges)
3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later)
4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails)
5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer)
6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered)
7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered)
8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him)
9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out)
He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

Completely Poor customer service. I would not considering going to their dealership: this was even before I visited the dealership. Their is absolutely no communication at the dealership.

I bought the last 3 vehicles from here , sales person STEVE ANDRUS went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I wanted and worked to get the lowest price. He made the experience feel great ,no pressure, and the 2021 GMC Denali was the one . He took extra time to show each feature and explain what they did . He also took the time to call me the next day to see if everything was good with it. He is the complete package for what I would call the best sales person. On all 3 occasions the sales service was great, they make you feel like family in addition to being the lowest price around.
Unethical sales practices - Marc L
Dealership is a total scam. I worked with Darren Mullins as the sales rep and JR Banks in the business office for a remote purchase. We put a deal together on 2019 Corvette Z06. My credit was run twice and approved, and I was promised the paperwork would be overnighted on three occasions--never received. Both Darren and JR avoided my calls, and I was sent around the horn to other staff members until finally told the vehicle was sold to someone else. They are giving GM a bad name. Avoid this place.
Please do not do business with this dishonest dealership.... - rmmaczura
Please do not do business with this dishonest dealership. I do not make this statement lightly and honestly have never reviewed a place of business ever but feel it falls on me to inform you of my horrible experience. I started the purchase process with Conner Smith and the Sales Manager Branden Anderson 3 days ago. After doing a nationwide search for a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 I found Neil Huffman GMC. I sent a web request online to inquire about the vehicle. A polite woman named Michela ( not sure if spelled correctly) gave me a call the next morning. I called back and was handed off to Conner. I confirmed that the vehicle was at the dealership and was told that it was in LPO just off of the truck. I asked if it was available and was told yes. I told them I would take it sight unseen as I live out of state. I offered to put a deposit down and had already secured financing. They were having phone issues that day so I figured that was the reason that they were not getting back to me quickly as who does not want to sell a 85k truck. I followed up that afternoon to confirm that the vehicle was being held for me. I was told that Braden was working up the Sales Order paperwork and they would call me back to take a deposit. I received the email with my sales order information and then proceeded to call the dealership repeatedly to put a deposit on the vehicle. Even though it was before closing no one answered the phone. I proceeded to send Branden an email to request to put a deposit on the vehicle. Branden responded via email to talk to my salesman. I called again multiple times until I received the closed message. I then email my salesman who responded this morning that he left early on Wednesday and could take my deposit today. I called immediately and put a deposit on the truck, sent photos of my license and insurance. I was told they were working up the paperwork and would overnight it to me today. In the meantime I made arrangements for a rental vehicle to drive the 5 hours to get the vehicle. I received an email from Conner stating that the owners of the dealership will not sell me the vehicle if I did not finance it through them. If I wanted outside financing I could pay off their financing after 6 months with my own. I called Conner to discuss this and told him that I had already secured financing and that the money could be wired to them or a Cashiers Check or Money Order could be provided. He argued that it was not possible unless I used their financing. I told him fine I would just pay cash. He then stated that I would have to have a MO or CC and I agreed. No further discussion was had until 1643 CST when Conner called me. I thought he was calling to provide me with a tracking number for my paperwork but instead proceeded to tell me that they had another offer on the truck and were selling it to the local customer. I clarified with Conner and Branden the sales manager who both told me that I would not be getting this truck and that they were going to sell it locally even though I had put a deposit and had a verbal agreement on the purchase. Branden proceeded to tell me we had no agreement and then became surprised that I was becoming upset. I will admit I raised my voice and dropped some expletive's but they were and are warranted. I all of my years of buying vehicles or any goods I have never been met with such dishonesty, unprofessionalism and possibly illegal behavior. Let this be your warning as a consumer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
On a side note the GM at the Nissan dealership was nothing short of a great representative of this group. He answered my call, listened intently and took notes. This was not his responsibility. He went above and beyond considering he had no stake in this and did not have to get involved. Please give the Nissan group a chance but understand the Chevy Buick GMC side will sell you out if they think there is a better deal to be had regardless of any prior arrangement. Hopefully this helps you avoid the frustration that I am dealing with.

Good experience - Gina1983
I went in for a recall on our GMC truck and the salesman talked to me about possibly trading our truck in for a Tahoe. After test driving it and getting a good deal we purchased it.Everything went smoothly.
Regret bad deal... don’t trust them. - Lradav1
Would never buy here again. After further research feel like they gave us a terrible deal on both our purchase and trade in. But of course they act like they are doing all they can. Felt rushed into it and really regret it. I wouldn’t trust them AT ALL.
Great Car Buying Experience - bcgall0
I worked with Catarina Kirby (sales) and Lindsay Thompson (finance) and they did everything right. Catarina answered all of my questions and helped me test drive the specific vehicles I was interested in. Once I've made a decision I like to close the deal promptly and that's exactly what Cat and Lindsay made happen. I came into Don Franklin without an appointment on a Thursday and I was driving my new GMC Terrain Denali on Friday. I would recommend them both to anyone interested in a new vehicle and recommend Don Franklin as a dealership that cares about the buyer's experience. This was the first vehicle purchase I've come away from with a positive feeling about how I was treated. Keep it up!

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Sold me a car a few months ago with a bad engine. Do not recommend anyone goes there and never will step foot back in there again. Now that I spent all the money buying this car and paying cash for it now I don't have a vehicle to drive. They can't tell me they didn't know something was wrong with it.

Very poor customer service!! - rjackson01
Gets one star because you can't give none. Wasted 2 days on this dealership on what should have taken a couple of hours. Come lunch time the lights go out and they go to lunch, doesn't matter if there's a customer waiting, even just for the paperwork and to pay them. Our truck bumper was damaged while having mechanical work done and they will not take liability. Very poor customer service and they change their story each time you talk to them. DO NOT take you're vehicle here!!! I should have paid attention to other website reviews, very poor. We were from out of town and needed it fixed. Expensive lesson learned.

Jim Jones - Mmwh228
From day one this dealer was very helpful and made the purchase process awesome. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend shopping at the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Louisville, KY. Jim Jones was an excellent sales representative and full of information with a great attitude! Thank you so much!
I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership... - earlgun600
I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I don't even live in Kentucky. A family member (who does own a Buick) was visiting in the London area and had an accident on a Saturday. She did not know anyone in the town and due to the wreck, was w/o a car. The folks at Tincher Williams dealership helped her with all of her problems and made it possible for her to return home safely (several hours away). If they are this kind and helpful, to accommodate a total stranger to the extent that they did, wow, the service they provide to one of their own customers, must be awesome!
