This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.... - LaDonna Coriell
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jerry Maynard was the salesperson I worked with. He was very professional and personable which is a great combination. I also worked with John Lee and Robert Parsons. Both were accommodating and easy to talk to. I got a great vehicle and worked with wonderful people to get it. I highly recommend this dealership. You won’t find better people to deal with.

I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are -
1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax)
2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges)
3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later)
4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails)
5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer)
6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered)
7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered)
8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him)
9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out)
He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

I feel "ripped off", lied to, cheated and taken for.
I took my vehicle in for some minor repair/replacement items, this morning. One of which was a passenger sun visor. I had purchased one and wanted them to replace the old with the new. They claimed that they couldn't b/c it was the wrong sun visor, that it was one for the driver side and NOT that of the passenger's. I was confused. I knew that I had purchased the correct one for my truck. I left after paying my bill of the other two items that were repaired.
I looked up my purchase history to where I bought the visor. The visor that was returned to me and placed in the box of purchase was clearly the wrong visor. I am certain and without doubt that they took my NEW sun visor and placed it in their stock and replaced it with a badly USED one.
Besides that mess... there was grease smudges and smears all inside my 2007 GMC immaculate truck.

This is first time buying a vehicle from Don Franklin and they have the worst service department. You have one advisor that is condescending and I had to deal with service manager today and he made light of my situation. I have been having trouble with my air compressor. The service manager admitted when I first got there that is sounded rough and was kicking on really hard. When he called me to his office he said I have good news and bad news and he guessed he was going to be the emergency room doctor today. I’m not sure what he meant by that but anyway the verdict was it supposed to make that noise. This was not the first time I have had issues with them. I do not recommend them.

I wish I had felt better about the deal I got a AdAms. I truly felt pressured ( I kept telling Paul is was needing to go mow, yes, . mow ) He said he could get it done in a few minutes... well he did. My mistake was getting caught in all of his fast talking and him telling me what another dealership was going to give me for my truck was just a “ shell game “. I wish I had gone back to the other dealership where me trade was
Worth 4’thousand more dollars. Now I am upside down on a vehicle I should not have bought.. just do your work before you go. Don’t get caught up in the conversation, you could be paying more then you want or should
Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best.... - betty1chb
Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!

We delt with Jackie and Megan back and forth over the phone for the few days leading up to when we arrived at the dealership, they were wonderful and had no problem answering any questions that we had. Vick was our sales guy when we got to the dealership, he was very down to earth and understood life happens. Other dealerships told us that there was no way the we could get what we wanted in a vehicle. Vick and the finance people at the dealership went above and beyond to get us what we wanted ( I didnt get the exact vehicle that i wanted but it was just because monthly payment was too much for our budget, THIS WAS NO FAULT OF ANYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP JUST DIDNT FIT INTO OUR BUDGET) we still got 3rsd row seats and low miles. We just needed more room. My husband will be needing a new truck in a few years, we will definitely be back to see Vick.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
Jim Jones - Mmwh228
From day one this dealer was very helpful and made the purchase process awesome. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend shopping at the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Louisville, KY. Jim Jones was an excellent sales representative and full of information with a great attitude! Thank you so much!
Good experience - Gina1983
I went in for a recall on our GMC truck and the salesman talked to me about possibly trading our truck in for a Tahoe. After test driving it and getting a good deal we purchased it.Everything went smoothly.

Friendly PSA: DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!
They will sell you a $25,000 vehicle with transmission issues and will not disclose or fix said issues. They will claim to fix the issue even if it is an entire transmission and then not. They will ignore your phone calls and emails, and will say “let me get with ___ and call you back”,.. but will not call you back.
Seriously TRASHY customer service.
Unethical sales practices - Marc L
Dealership is a total scam. I worked with Darren Mullins as the sales rep and JR Banks in the business office for a remote purchase. We put a deal together on 2019 Corvette Z06. My credit was run twice and approved, and I was promised the paperwork would be overnighted on three occasions--never received. Both Darren and JR avoided my calls, and I was sent around the horn to other staff members until finally told the vehicle was sold to someone else. They are giving GM a bad name. Avoid this place.
