The level of service provided by the team made the entire process seamless and professional. I particularly want to recognize MJ and Jeff for their assistance Jeff, the manager, was attentive and frequently checked in to ensure all our requests were fulfilled. MJ did a grear job walking us through the vehicle certification check ups done, document signing while answering all our questions. I also want to commend Katherine for her exceptional support. She was incredibly patient while explaining the vehicle’s features, accompanied us on the road test, and even assisted with installing the car seat. Furthermore, I truly appreciated Katherine and his colleague(I forgot his name 💀)for delivering my vehicle to me. Thank you Fitzgerald Annapolis.

I purchased a Mazda from a dealership next door regrettably, because the service was incredibly perfect at Mazda in Catonsville. Dean, helped me out big time and kept in touch making sure that everything was going well. Also; the GM, made the magic happen. I appreciate you guys. The dealership is extremely well kept. There is a nice sitting area with snacks, tv and coffee. If I was thinking a little harder… this would have been the place I would purchase a car from. I had a great experience at Mazda, and I highly recommend working with Ozz. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. My wife and I recently retired to Delaware. On a windy bitter cold Saturday morning while visiting in Denton the front passenger window of my 2014 Mazda CX5 failed to raise. My wife was the passenger and we traveled with a small dog on board. Home was 59 miles away. Driving a long distance under those circumstances would be unbearably cold, noisy and unsafe. Fortunately my wife located Preston Mazda thru her cellphone. We showed up unannounced, cold and desperate. The service dept was booked, but the service manager(s) took us in, made us feel welcome and took care of our problem. We are so grateful and Preston Mazda won our future business. Tom & Trish K.

Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE buying vehicles! For many reasons.. The length of stay.. you get lied to.. I am a woman so I feel like I am being belittled half the time... With all of that said.. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price!

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening of 08/16/24. After sone negotiating we agreed to a price, and they showed us the paper work. All was good. We were there past their closing time and felt bad for keeping them late. The car was for my wife and the title and financing were in her name. She signed all the paper work and then the salesman, Nick asked if we would mind posing with him and the car for a picture for him to put on his Facebook page. Fast forward to Sunday 08/18/24. I took a closer look at the contract and they added a $1700.00 Cook Legacy policy that apparently covers tires, windshields, door dings and wheels. Basically just a xx policy that is nothing more than additional dealer mark-up. They never went over any of this with us, it wasn't on the work sheet for the deal, but they snuck it into the buyers order and contract, without us knowing. Ultimately shame on us for ever trusting this dealership. They used very deceiving tactics and took advantage of my wife. We would have never agree to buying this worthless add-on. We'll be going into the dealership tomorrow to have this charge removed from the contract, but I'm expecting he worse. Will update this review if they make right on this stunt they pulled. UPDATE 8/19/24: The general manager called us this morning and was very apologetic. They told us to come in and they would have a new contract with the $1700 charge removed. When we got there, they stood by their word and had the new contract ready as promised. They were very apologetic and my wife and I appreciated them making it right.
