The bill was much higher than the estimate I received for my oil change on Fiat 500x. I questioned bill with the service manager and and they immediately corrected it. Not thrilled with their Ai BOT for making service appointments. Took much longer than talking to a person to schedule.

I called and Whisper in the service department made the process as easy as possible, got me scheduled and walked me through the whole check in process so I wasn’t lost when I came in. And When my appointment time came I received exceptional service from the gentleman in service as well but I didn’t catch his name. Glad I found a place I can trust here in Michigan!
