I could NOT be more disappointed in my experience here. Aside from the complete disorganization from the dealership (running around frantic, unable to find the keys to the car I'm wanting to test drive, and then after I purchase it, nobody can find the xxxx car so I can take it home), I just cried in my car for a good 20 minutes because of how they've treated me.
My car got totaled about 2 months ago. I had to take every single dime I had in savings to pay that car off in order to purchase another vehicle. So when I went into this dealership a few weeks ago, I was very VERY clear about my situation. I told them I did not have a spare dime. I said "I do not have money for a down payment and I DO NOT have the extra pocket cash to go into the DMV and pay the taxes upfront for my tags." I told them this MORE THAN ONCE. Well, it's been a month and I still haven't received my tags. So I give them a call today and I'm told that they DID NOT include the taxes into the monthly financing of my new car, so it was up to me to pay the taxes at the DMV to get license plates. So they transferred me to the General Sales Manager and he literally said "there's nothing I can do, sorry." So I asked, "What you're saying is, I'm screwed and xxxx out of luck?" And he responded, "yeah, pretty much". So I hung up on him. My temporary tags that were given to me expire tomorrow and I don't have a single dollar to pay the taxes and get permanent tags. So I'm screwed, thanks to you guys. You better hope I don't get pulled over for expired temp tags.

Daughter purchased a used vehicle with a 90 days assurance. Within one week the car was overheating and shutting down. They worked on the car and gave it back to her. In the mean time it has now been in their shop twice and the ford dealer once. No one can fix the car correctly so now they want her to pay $6300 for a new motor. If she had drive pastthe 90 days and this started is one thing but to repair it twice within the time frame and and 3 more times for the same thing you have said repeatedly you fixed or had fixed.

I'm just saying this now. Dont EVER buy a car from Cable Dahmer Kia in Lee's Summit! I had my certified vehicle for less than a week before having problems with it. They have now had my car for almost a month with one phone call back from the guy who is supposed to be taking care of it only because I called him 4 times prior the same day. I have been told 3 times now that they dont have time to fix my car. And how is this? When I purchased almost $3000 worth of warranties besides the 2 the thing already had just in case we had problems. I am working on car payment #2 with NO CAR! I was told at 2:30pm today that I would be recieving a phone call from the GM only to have the service manager call me at 5:30 and promise to have the Gm call me at 7:30pm this evening. It is now 8:55pm and still no phone call. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO LAWYER UP 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Side note: this is only part of what I have had to deal with when it comes to their "customer service".
Sticker Price - Zig
Online sticker price was $1,500 less than actual sticker price. There was a $2,500 addendum fee tacked that is not shown anywhere and was not told about it until the end when we wanted to discuss numbers. Dealership said it was the fault of a 3rd party that does their internet pricing. Won’t go back. Too many hiddens.
