I had such a great experience working with Joanna and - kaylahawk21

I had such a great experience working with Joanna and Oakes Kia! From start to finish, Joanna was incredibly helpful, communicative, and transparent. I never felt pressured at any point - she clearly walked me through my options, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the buying process. They even went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted, which required trading with another dealership. The entire process was seamless and so much easier than I expected. I’m incredibly grateful to Joanna and the Oakes Kia team for making such a big purchase feel easy and exciting. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-pressure car-buying experience!

Corey was our sales representative when my wife and I - chad

Corey was our sales representative when my wife and I were looking into purchasing a Kia. He was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable of the product. He was actually able to direct us in a different direction than what we thought we were looking for. We appreciate that he got to know us before trying to sell us a vehicle. Can’t say enough about this key representative who raises the bar at Springfield Kia. We highly recommend getting with CorEy. If you’re even thinking about looking.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. - hagan_heather1

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!!

Our car was broken into on this lot while it was their - sue_smith92

Our car was broken into on this lot while it was their care for service. They are not taking care of us, we are having to make a claim on our own insurance. No cameras in the lot for service. Beware.. when you take your car in there to service they have you sign a piece of paper, but don’t really go over the fact that it states that they will not cover any damages on their lot. I’m sorry if they wanted customer service they would’ve taken care of all the cars that were damaged that day . I have talked to two other car dealerships and they carry liability insurance to cover damages on their lot. My Kia was there for service on my air conditioner. I had the extended warranty but they was having a hard time getting it approve through the warranty so they was asking me to call the warranty company. That is their job! So very upset with this service department.. I won’t be back!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. - santanaorear

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. I was ensured by the company that they would put this car through the shop and go through everything. I picked the vehicle up and the tires and front bumper clip that was supposed to be fixed were not. They said they would have someone come look at it. They did not. I left with the vehicle since it is my only means of transportation, getting the vehicle home it starts making a loud terrible noise that I recorded and sent back to Roper Kia. They asked for me to bring it in. The fan was not bolted in and had to be replaced which they did replace without charging me. Should not have been an issue had they looked at the vehicle to begin with. A few months down the road the vehicle left me stranded. I had it towed to Roper Kia. They informed me that they could not figure out what is wrong the vehicle and that I should take it Nissan. After Nissan looked at it they found that the air filters were put in backwards which caused the mass air flow sensor to quit working. This mistake by Roper Kia is now costing my $600.00 to get fixed. Had Roper Kia actually put the vehicle in the shop and gone through it like they assured me they did then this error could have been caught if not on the first time there then at least on the second or third time that I had taken the vehicle back. The negligence of Roper Kia's service department has caused this purchase to be a nightmare and after spending close to $20,000 on a vehicle then needing to put it in the shop three times without resolution in less than a year and costing me an additional $600.00 is extremely frustrating. Roper Kia should have to reimburse me for the money I had to put out for their negligence.
