I live in central Kentucky and recently my daughter was driving through Missouri on her way back to college. The alternator on her Borrego died near Rolla late in the afternoon. So with hours left to drive after being on the road all afternoon she called me about what to do. We had her towed to Kingdom Kia and they treated her with kindness and respect. They couldn’t finish the work until the next day so she had a friend drive two hours to pick her up. When the work was done the people at Kingdom Kia actually delivered her car to Springfield. Amazing. Thanks Kingdom Kia for taking care of my girl and her car when I couldn’t be there for her. 10 stars out of 5

After 5 years of owning my Kia Optima and have all the service performed with their service department even though they have excessively high shop supplies, service cost is higher than others and scheduling is tough to be made within a week at most times. I have been told on multiple events that I need service which was incorrect (this time I was told that I need transmission serviced every 30,000 which wrong it’s every 120,000) then since I won’t pay $35 just to rotate my tires (since Dobbs offers free rotate and balancing along road hazard repair no charge and other dealerships are $19.99) they won’t honor my oil changes for life. After $1000s of service....I was even looking at new Kia Stinger while I was there. I asked to talk to service manager (not available and no call) and general manager never returned my call. At this point, I’m looking for a new dealership for my next Kia...

We went to see if we could purchase a vehicle and we got Desmond as our rep.He was nice but it took forever.we we're there for 4 hours and got no where. It was 8pm when they told us banks are closing and they would contact us in a few days. I called them the next day and they called me back asking for our d.o.b and SSN again. They haven't contacted me since. I will not go back.

These people are a complete joke! Our Daughter's 2012 Kia Sorento was in for a factory motor recall on 8/2/17, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL as to when the car was fixed, before we even could take possession or were notified that the car was done, it was stolen! Probably by one of the employees because they never took the keys in! SEEMS FISHY TO ME so BUYER BEWARE!!! The only person over there that seems to care about us and our situation is Ron the Service Manager! Bob the GM won't even say he's sorry that this happened, won't help us out with ANYTHING! We aren't asking for a brand new car or money (even though we have a xxxx strong case for suing them!) we just want them to make it right, but no we have to turn it in to our insurance, our daughter has no car and now OUR INSURANCE RATES WILL GO UP all because of these people! How is that right?!?? We are hard working people who now have to suffer because of GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!

Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments. Justin made it very convenient for me to get service at a time that was easy for be to be there. He was kind and did not act like "a condescending man" like some dealers have in the service department even tho I was a woman. He listened then proceeding to diagnose the problem and the guys in service fixed the problem in one day.They took me to work and picked my back up when it was time to retrieve my car. Never andything except polite and helpful. AND to top it all off they washed my car including all the glass and vacuumed it too!!!
