SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SALE! - DeAllyn
I purchased a used 2011 Mustang GT. After I noticed an issue and they IMMEDIATELY got on it! This was something that wasn’t noticeable during daylight and when their service team couldn’t solve it Joel and Keith went the extra mile having an outside, high-end shop solve the issue. Most dealers on used once sale is done don’t do that.....
THANK YOU AGAIN JOEL & KEITH / TOTAL TRUST & CONFIDENCE IN JIM BUTLER KIA!

They've won a customer for life - BKnight
So if you're like me, you have near anxiety attacks at the thought of looking for and buying a car. Pushy salesmen, horrible deals, just ugh. For me, buying a car has been right down there with jumping out of a plane without a parachute. But my wife and I needed something more reliable, so off we went. Without a ton of details, let me say it was actually a pleasant experience, if not fun, from the moment we walked in the door. Our sale guy was Charlie Hunolt. We hadn't planned on buying anything, we wanted to test drive a car we were considering and there was no pressure at all. He listened and helped answer questions we had about the car without making us feel like we had to purchase anything that day or even that year. Let me tell you, your mind is so much more clear to evaluate a purchase when you're not playing defense against the sales guy the entire time. After the test, he very casually asked if we wanted them to run some numbers we could take home and look over. I was expecting the typical "Oh boy, this is an amazing deal we're giving you. How's $2,000,000/month
with a 112% interest rate sound?" and all the haggling that would ensue. Nope, they gave us 5 different scenarios with different interest rates, different down payment options, even option to roll the sales tax into the monthly payment. Oh my gosh, it was the best. And the best part? They were GOOD deals (we went somewhere else to see what numbers they'd pull and their first offer was 80% higher than Lou Fusz's highest pricing scenario). Look, I won't bore you anymore. If you're not a fan of car buying but are wanting a Kia, go to Lou Fusz Kia and talk to Charlie Hunolt. You won't regret it. If I my next car is another Kia, you can bet I'm heading straight there.
Just have fun with it - Jake
Joel was a great guy who at the end of day cared about me just as much as he cared about closing the deal with me.

Great Sales People and Associates - Soullover
This was our second trip to Suntrup Kia to buy a Kia Soul. In 2012 we bought a Kia Soul and had a wonderful, no pressure, buying experience. After driving it for six years with no problems, we decided it was time to purchase another one. Yesterday, we went to Suntrup Kia and made a deal for a 2018 Kia Soul. What an enjoyable, relaxed, experience. Our salesman Dan Mann was exceptional and very accommodating. Within a few hours we were happily driving a new Kia Soul down the road. I would highly recommend Suntrup Kia and our super salesman Dan Mann if you are in the Kia buying market. Thanks again Suntrup Kia and Dan Mann for the great car buying experience. Teddy and Noreen

Painless paperwork - Happy car owner
Jim was just great with us from the beginning, he was always responsive through text and email. He answered the my questions and the day we came in to tKe a look to the car he had all the information organized and handed to us as soon as we arrived, the car was clean and ready next to the building. The car condition (pre-owned) was really good and the price was great.
Once we decided we would take the deal it just took us about 30-40 minutes to go back home driving my new car.
I would really recommend this dealer and personally Jim Elsloo to any of my friends.
Sales Department Awesome/Service Department HORRIBLE - Tamra Smith
I bought my "certified" used car on February 20, 2018. I was sold on Kia because I had a 2008 Kia Spectra and it was a wonderful car, but had 200,000 miles on it and wanted something that I knew I could depend on, that was the reason for the purchase. The first thing I noticed when I got home with this car that I was assured was thoroughly inspected was skittles stuck to the door and in the door pocket and someones personal information in plain sight in the front door pocket. on it and wanted something that I knew I could depend on, that was the reason for the purchase. When I bought the car the low tire light was on, the dealership told me it was just because of the cold weather and would go off upon warming up. It never did go off. So woke up the next morning and my new "reliable" car wouldn't start, and the tire light was still on after being in a heated garage all night. So called the dealership they sent someone to jump start the car and then took it to the service department. They kept my car for 2 days and gave me a loaner. Picked up my car they said they had to patch a tire, and didn't know why it didn't start, but gave me the car back. When I go into the car the windshield had a crack in it. I picked it up late so called the dealership service department the next morning and they basically said that was my problem, I had to then go to the Sales Manager and he got it fixed. I always told him the tire light was back on. So AGAIN after still not evening owning the car 1 week I had it back in the dealership where they kept it for 4 days. So now Monday evening go to get my car, the service manager again tries to tell me that the tire light was because of the weather, again didn't believe him, but he said they solved the problem and the tire light was off. I got into my car and again the tire light was on so the service manager came out and looked at it and noticed that some patch they had done wasn't working and had to replace it, this is minutes after they just told me they thoroughly looked through the car. So ok, have the car for about a month and go to get in the car and the door handle comes off in my hand. So call service make an appt, miss work again, go to the dealership. Sit in the lobby waiting an hour for them to tell me that I would have to come back because they had to paint the replacement handle again acting like he was doing me a favor by even replacing that handle and would not give me a loaner, even though with bad knees I was having to get in through the passenger door. I went up and talked to the sales manager and he had no problem getting me a loaner car until my car was ready. I then took my keys back to service and miraculously he said he would put a temp handle on my car until the other was painted. I don't know why I had to go to the trouble of talking to the sales manager for the service manager to do what was right. Unfortunately for the sales department, because they have been decent, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. It has been a horrible experience and now I am sorry I ever bought this car. Not the exciting, fun experience it should be. So incredibly disappointed.
If you are REAL stupid and looking for a Kia, Go to Napleton - Unhappy
After being told twice that the "Trade in Valet" numbers would be honored (and receiving a phone call stating that upon further review they would likely offer us MORE money for our trade) , we traveled 3 hours to this dealer only be be given the ROYAL run-around.
Didn't even offer the low estimate of the "Trade in Valet" offer.
Didn't want to be upfront about the rebate or even match THEIR OWN price posted on THEIR website.
So if you WANT to get it stuck to you in both ends go to Napleton Mid Rivers Kia.

Next time( won't be us) be honest. - Tim-4 Kahre
I don't mean to rate them so low, but on an overall average, I believe this is a fair assessment. First, the salesman, Josh, challenged me to give him parameters to sell me a vehicle. I setfort lofty expectations... he met or exceeded them all. The only one I didn't budge on was a personal preference I had concerning the step bars for a lifted 2017 F-150. He assured me the dealership would satisfy my desires. I give him 5 STARS for his part. Long story short, we spent over $25 in just gas cost, 2 weekends, 10 hours of our time... all in the time frame of 2 months, to have the stock, chrome step bars ($535, yes I checked) replaced with inferior, painted ones that did NOT meet my request, which probably cost them $300, and the kicker was - they kept the chrome ones, refusing to return them. There's more to the ordeal, but on my departure of the dealership, I informed them I would NOT be returning to that dealership. You would think that someone who has purchased a NEW KIA, & a used pickup in the last 8 months, (totaling over $85,000.oo) might be better treated. I guess we'll never know, because I have instructed the dealership to refrain from contacting me, due to their attitude and words on my last (and final) visit. ................................................. I don't have to have the last word in a verbal sparring, but I feel like I need to correct some false statements and inaccuracies, being posited below, by the (supposed) owner, who responded below. 1st. No type or manufacturers, that I suggested on the step bars, were considered when I was asked for my input. KIA employees informed ME, that they ordered some, that I could try. On our first visit, they put only 1 side on, and after agreeing it was NOT in the parameters set forth, they pulled it off, and reinstalled the stock step... not to mention that the one which they had procured, was damaged. Also, not to mention, they had "double booked" the shop area AND technician, hence, the 3 hours for NOTHING. 2ND. On our second venture to have step bars, which again they ordered on their own, they put on 1 side, and asked for our approval. After viewing it, and being RUDELY castigated by shop worker(s), I told them to just put them on, and I would deal with it later, after being told that the stock steps would be loaded in the bed of my pickup. (LATER REFUSED). The "Complmentery Service " referenced, was to have the 35" tires rotated, after they were balanced, due to a slight vibration noticed during the short, slow test drive, before purchase, and confirmed by the drive home. I was assured that it was not a problem (I DO claim responsibility not getting that in writing). Let me explain the competency of the shop... they pulled the tire off of the pickup , rotated them per my instructions, and replaced them on the pickup. When I asked for the assurance that the tires were spin-balanced, I was told by a technician, "That's NOT my job". Another hour while they took the tires off (AGAIN), balanced them, and reattached them(AGAIN). Upon departure, knowing I was VERY displeased, a manager had the gall to tell my wife how much time and money, the dealership had spent, trying to make us HAPPY. Final outcome: We spent $450 of our time, $25 of our gas, 2 weekends - just so ROPER KIA could trade our stock step bars (which they "already had plans for"), in order to install cheaper (1/2 price) bars. Response from the owner 6 days ago Hey Tim, thank you for taking the time to review us. When you came in and purchased the F-150 and requested the change in steps, we asked you to select the steps that you would like installed, you did and we ordered them. After they were installed you were not happy with them. Again we asked you to select another that you would be happy with, you selected again and again we ordered the steps. You let us know that you were frustrated making the trips back to the dealership and
Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments.... - live4traumas
Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments. Justin made it very convenient for me to get service at a time that was easy for be to be there. He was kind and did not act like "a condescending man" like some dealers have in the service department even tho I was a woman. He listened then proceeding to diagnose the problem and the guys in service fixed the problem in one day. They took me to work and picked my back up when it was time to retrieve my car. Never andything except polite and helpful. AND to top it all off they washed my car including all the glass and vacuumed it too!!!
