Awesome service - tlonginette
The service writer always are pleasant. Kevin is the best. You don't seem him forv6 months and he acts as if you are a neighbor next door. I'll give one of many examples. I had someone drop me off to pickup my car. Kevin saw me get out of the car and already had someone pulling my car around for me before I had paid for the service. Zack is highly recommended as well. The whole team is awesome.

The sales person Joel was great before and I believe he will be afterwards. We plan to continue business with LIA of Columbia MO. Joel did an awesome job working with finance to get a good price for us.
Very Satisfied - nanjo
I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that didn't shift correctly at times. I felt that it needed a new transmission and Ryan explained to me that he had to complete the recommended list of two possibilities before he could replace the transmission. First fix, reset the computer, didn't help. Second, new Valve body. When he realized the valve body didn't fix the issue he ordered a new transmission. He saved me a third 1.5 hour one way trip when he realized it didn't fix the issue. He also contacted the extended warranty co. regarding a heating issue (I didn't call, they did). It was somewhat difficult to connect by phone with him, either he had to leave a message or I did, so we played phone tag. Overall, I am very pleased. Ryan explained a lot of things to us that we had no idea what was/is taking place. Will continue to go to Youngblood for further service. THANK YOU
Great service - Johndzindolet
This was a great car buying experience. The staff was right there at the door to greet you and answer any questions you have. Very knowlegable, friendly, and helpful.
Dealership - Uncle Mutt
I visited Suntrip Kia today to speak to Shannon McGuire about another car for me. I've dealt with him previously and was impressed by his ethics, and that is saying something for a car salesman! He came through again with his helpfulness and worked to get me the deal I originally went in for. A five star experience. I also wanted to let you know about the brand new finance guy, Matt. Good guy without any pressure. He explained things fully and when he didn't know something, he seeked the answer. Top notch also.

Excellent Sales & Finance service! - Laurel
Darwin Cunningham (Sales) & Patrick Piper (Finance) were amazing to work with. Both of them were so helpful and friendly. Darwin did a great job on finding the best vehicle that works for my needs. No pressure sales. He really listened to what type of vehicle that may work best. He found several options and gave me plenty of time to decide on a vehicle. Patrick made the signing of the documents easy and quick.
Painless paperwork - Happy car owner
Jim was just great with us from the beginning, he was always responsive through text and email. He answered the my questions and the day we came in to tKe a look to the car he had all the information organized and handed to us as soon as we arrived, the car was clean and ready next to the building. The car condition (pre-owned) was really good and the price was great.
Once we decided we would take the deal it just took us about 30-40 minutes to go back home driving my new car.
I would really recommend this dealer and personally Jim Elsloo to any of my friends.
Great deal - Jcshaiff
In all my years of buying cars I would say this was one of the good experiences. I had done all my research and was prepared on what I wanted. The Jack Miller staff were pleasant and we met at a middle ground on the price. I got a great deal with the suv I wanted and would do business with them again. That’s saying something as I have purchased through 5 different car dealers thus far. The only bad thing was the length of wait on signing papers due to only having one particular printer and there was a couple ahead of us. But they did check on us often and gave us updates.
Horrible - Jdent1987
Horrible. Came in today after having an hour of sleep hoping they would be able to help me like they claimed they could. In middle of my experience I was interrupted and forced to stop, walked to waiting room and had to wait for over 20 minutes for some mandatory employee meeting. Then after was jerked around to not get the best deal possible. But as soon as I got up to walk out hey the manager wants to speak to you..starts offering me more money for my trade magically...which is ridiculous should have offered me the best deal possible from the get go. They could have easily got me the deal i sought but instead i walked out along with any future business they could get from me and my family.
Update ...no call back from GM even after calling twice and leaving a voicemail. But also a similar deal they could have made with a cadenza certified pre owned...I ended up getting a similar deal from a different dealership For a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Essence (450 a month payment, 18 k miles full warranty leather etc). Funny how a different place was able to help me out
It was easy - NeverAgainMungenast
They were all very nice and judgement free. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get an easy deal. Much better than the guys next door who wouldn't talk to me because I was in sweat pants and a tshirt.

Next time( won't be us) be honest. - Tim-4 Kahre
I don't mean to rate them so low, but on an overall average, I believe this is a fair assessment. First, the salesman, Josh, challenged me to give him parameters to sell me a vehicle. I setfort lofty expectations... he met or exceeded them all. The only one I didn't budge on was a personal preference I had concerning the step bars for a lifted 2017 F-150. He assured me the dealership would satisfy my desires. I give him 5 STARS for his part. Long story short, we spent over $25 in just gas cost, 2 weekends, 10 hours of our time... all in the time frame of 2 months, to have the stock, chrome step bars ($535, yes I checked) replaced with inferior, painted ones that did NOT meet my request, which probably cost them $300, and the kicker was - they kept the chrome ones, refusing to return them. There's more to the ordeal, but on my departure of the dealership, I informed them I would NOT be returning to that dealership. You would think that someone who has purchased a NEW KIA, & a used pickup in the last 8 months, (totaling over $85,000.oo) might be better treated. I guess we'll never know, because I have instructed the dealership to refrain from contacting me, due to their attitude and words on my last (and final) visit. ................................................. I don't have to have the last word in a verbal sparring, but I feel like I need to correct some false statements and inaccuracies, being posited below, by the (supposed) owner, who responded below. 1st. No type or manufacturers, that I suggested on the step bars, were considered when I was asked for my input. KIA employees informed ME, that they ordered some, that I could try. On our first visit, they put only 1 side on, and after agreeing it was NOT in the parameters set forth, they pulled it off, and reinstalled the stock step... not to mention that the one which they had procured, was damaged. Also, not to mention, they had "double booked" the shop area AND technician, hence, the 3 hours for NOTHING. 2ND. On our second venture to have step bars, which again they ordered on their own, they put on 1 side, and asked for our approval. After viewing it, and being RUDELY castigated by shop worker(s), I told them to just put them on, and I would deal with it later, after being told that the stock steps would be loaded in the bed of my pickup. (LATER REFUSED). The "Complmentery Service " referenced, was to have the 35" tires rotated, after they were balanced, due to a slight vibration noticed during the short, slow test drive, before purchase, and confirmed by the drive home. I was assured that it was not a problem (I DO claim responsibility not getting that in writing). Let me explain the competency of the shop... they pulled the tire off of the pickup , rotated them per my instructions, and replaced them on the pickup. When I asked for the assurance that the tires were spin-balanced, I was told by a technician, "That's NOT my job". Another hour while they took the tires off (AGAIN), balanced them, and reattached them(AGAIN). Upon departure, knowing I was VERY displeased, a manager had the gall to tell my wife how much time and money, the dealership had spent, trying to make us HAPPY. Final outcome: We spent $450 of our time, $25 of our gas, 2 weekends - just so ROPER KIA could trade our stock step bars (which they "already had plans for"), in order to install cheaper (1/2 price) bars. Response from the owner 6 days ago Hey Tim, thank you for taking the time to review us. When you came in and purchased the F-150 and requested the change in steps, we asked you to select the steps that you would like installed, you did and we ordered them. After they were installed you were not happy with them. Again we asked you to select another that you would be happy with, you selected again and again we ordered the steps. You let us know that you were frustrated making the trips back to the dealership and
Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments.... - live4traumas
Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments. Justin made it very convenient for me to get service at a time that was easy for be to be there. He was kind and did not act like "a condescending man" like some dealers have in the service department even tho I was a woman. He listened then proceeding to diagnose the problem and the guys in service fixed the problem in one day. They took me to work and picked my back up when it was time to retrieve my car. Never andything except polite and helpful. AND to top it all off they washed my car including all the glass and vacuumed it too!!!
