The service department is wonderful... especially Jessica Baldwin, Assistant Service Manager. She helped me when I was driving half way home from work... my low coolant light came on. She arranged to have someone meet me and fill my car with coolant so I could drive my car to the dealership. She then had a loaner car ready to go as soon as I arrived. She called me the next day and explained that she had to order the parts, which may take a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready the very next day... beautifully cleaned as well. She was amazing, as always!

My experience at Lynbrook Audi was awesome. I dealt with Carlton and it was one of the best choices of vehicles experience in my 30 years of purchasing cars. We worked out the numbers, in my favor and completed an application. Before midday the next day they called me and asked"what time can you pick up your 2018 Audi. Mr. Del Balzo was excellent. My only complaint had nothing to do with him. I lost the key to. My loaner. The day after I had to purchase a new key, I found the original. When I alerted Beiner, they informed me once the order for the new key had been made, Audi policy prevented them from canceling the order. This effectively left me with a $400 Audi paperweight in the shape of a key. This should not be the case. I was disappointed with this Audi policy, but my disappointment had nothing to do with the excellent service I received from Mr. Del Balzo.

I have had many cars over the last 10 years of having my license as cars are truly an obsession of mine. I had looked around for a couple months on and off at a few dealerships and while bringing my moms Q3 in for service, I decided to check out the Jetta GLI. My sales consultant, Alan Cantor, approached me and pulled no wild high pressure tactics. I spent a lot of time with Alan over the last week discussing pricing and options that fit my budget as well as just having normal human conversation. Alan was helpful, responsive and professional and not once did I feel that "I'm being taken advantage by a pushy car salesman" feeling, I felt mutual respect. I truely was able to get the full feel of my GLI before purchasing it as I was taken on a 45 minute informative test drive. Alan also leased my sister her 2012 Jetta 5 years ago which she loved so much she bought it off the lease (I love it too that's why I considered one for myself) This is my families 5th vehicle from legend (3 Audis and 2 VWs) and each time we were treated very well. No pressure no rushing no abuse like many other dealerships. For the last 8 years of being associated with Legend, the service department is always quick and the advisor Dawn always provides extremely enthusiastic friendly service. As a whole, everyone I encountered from the dealership over the last week and a half have been very helpful. Thanks for another car and nice experience Legend Porsche Audi VW!! -Tom M.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service recently provided at Schmitt's. This is my first leased car, and they have been very helpful and courteous every step of the way and have answered any and all of my questions. All of the staff have been very friendly, going out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. From the time I phoned to make an appointment, speaking to a very friendly clerk, to the short time I spent in their comfortable customer lounge area, and complimentary car wash, I felt very welcomed and part of the "Schmitt's VW family". Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi
Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

We were considering a BMW after 2 A7 leases. Went to the dealership on 57th Street. waoked around for 40 minutes without a hello. Thinking that they did not want our business, we went back to Manhattan Audi. Met with Levani (leased last car with him). Always treated like a friend there.
Showed us the 2017 A7 (with the performance package). It's simply another amazing Audi product. Took A7 #2 into the shop. Levani transferred everything over to A7 #3. He then spent an hour going over the new features of the vehicle. It was an easy and pleasant experience.
Would highly recommend both Levani and Manhattan Audi.

Very disappointed in the service department at Roger Burdick Audi. My 2016 Audi has paint peeling on the front bumper. It's been a month since the service department inspected the problem and still no response on the solution. Apparently they are waiting for the Audi rep to look at it? Meanwhile the paint defect is getting worse.
Above and Beyond Expectations - Q5 Lover
We recently purchased an Audi Q5 and found our experience at Maguire Audi to be a pleasurable experience from the time we were greeted in the showroom to the time we drove away with the Q5, Our sales consultant, Colby Newlen, was an exceptional person to deal with. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative of Maguire Family Of Dealerships. We can easily say we enjoyed meeting him and working with him in order to purchase the new Q5. Can't forget to mention he was super sweet too. He was quick to realize we knew what we wanted and found it for us. We also want to mention Rick Russo who was also a super person to deal with. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. They both need to be commended for a job well done. Maguire Audi is lucky to have these two employees.
I called the dealership two days later and asked for Rick and told him I hated the Q5 and wanted to bring it back. Without hesitation he replied OK. I laughed and said I'm just kidding I love it. Maguire's has a 3 day/300 mile money back guarantee, whichever comes first and Rick and no problem honoring that guarantee, Colby and Rick have such a good sense of humor that I had to try something.
I would highly recommend you visit Maguire and ask for Colby. I guarantee you won't regret it. He gives a 110% and a few laughs too.

Salesman was smug and rude, having sought help for minor issue with vehicle recently purchased from another dealer. Storm motors was in the area at the time. When I asked dealer if he had any ideas what I could do, reply was, "should have bought the truck here." That was it. No help at all. Left with a window that wouldn't close and chance of rain. Sounded like sour grapes to me
