When my car was lost in Hurricane Ida, I called Carmelo the next day and he was able to get back to me quickly with an available car. He was great at keeping me updated by text and email throughout the process. When the car arrived, he had it ready to go. Not a fingerprint to be found! Everyone at Audi Nyack followed through for me; they did what they promised, in full and on time. Also they listened to me, gave good advice, and consistently treated me like a human being. In the car sales business, that is truly the best you can ask for, and far better than most.

Eh. They are mediocre. I find this troubling because they are very expensive. If you are going to pay high prices for service the customer service should be top notch. This was my experience. I called the internet phone number listed on their website and got the recorded message that it was the sales office with no option for service. Looked again at the website and went to service and tried that number. I got someone who said they do not take walk ins? (I was hoping to get service that day) and that they could not take me. I was calling at 3pm on a Thursday. Maybe that was a little late but I stressed all I wanted was and oil change. I went to website scheduled service for 20,000 mile standard service for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50 and was told my standard service would be approx $580 by John Whalen the service advisor (nice person btw) This was for an oil change and filter the rest was inspections. Lol! I tried calling service card number for John to find out how much longer till car was done and got the same answering service trying to make appointment. She put me on hold for 6 minutes and then I got an answering machine. I called again and got John on the phone. I asked him if her had an extension so that it would be easier getting service and he gave me a four digit ext. 2 hours later my car was ready and they had washed the outside of it along with the standard service. Riding home I noticed that the mileage on my car was different than the paperwork so I called John to get it corrected. Tried the extension he gave me and it said it was no such extension. So I called and got a different service advisor and she said to send a pic of the mileage and email John. I asked her what his extension was and she gave me the same ext that John did that didn’t work. I told her this and she said you have to dial a 72 before the extension. (Like I shout just know this) I emailed John the mileage info and he emailed back saying he would correct. They are OK. Expensive. Not grade A customer service. Not because of the reps there but jumping through hoops trying to get ahold of anyone and on top of that paying top notch prices. For what you pay they should clean the interior of the car too imo.
BTW I opted out of text messaging because I have received unwanted texts early in the morning waking me up.

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

I have a difficult time being negative but Burdick Audi is by far the WORST dealer I have EVER had the misfortune to encounter in my life!
It all started 5 weeks ago when I saw a 2 door coupe I wanted $128,000.00 Now one would have to say for Syracuse that’s a hefty summer car but, I have the cash so I tried to contact sales. 3 weeks later, 5 trips to the dealer and NO contact, nobody returned my calls.
Then I finally get through and some sassy office gal reads me the riot act when Im ready to write a check for a toy!
Week 4 - I get an appt. to see the car up close they called it. All I wanted to do was write a check and go home.
it rained that day a message I should have seen. I called back today and the message said for a great sales experience press 2.
I did then a male answers the phone and I asked for Nate. The male on the phone asked with a attitude, what is this call in reference too? I had a friend in the care who owns the most expensive Audi in NYS. He looked at me in absolute disbelief. I said to the male are you serious? He said yes

I have been trying to buy this car for 5 weeks just write a check and go home. The message said press 2 for sales and I did and then I asked for Nate and you demand to know what I want?
He then said oh ok
Now if I can’t write a check for a $128,000.00 Audi then what happens when it needs service do I have to send it to Germany?
Then to make matters crazy I die on hold.
The worst auto dealer ever in my life! I own 2 helicopters 1.7 million each and when they need service they are at my home in 4 hours. I don’t ask for any special treatment just treatment!

Salesman was smug and rude, having sought help for minor issue with vehicle recently purchased from another dealer. Storm motors was in the area at the time. When I asked dealer if he had any ideas what I could do, reply was, "should have bought the truck here." That was it. No help at all. Left with a window that wouldn't close and chance of rain.
