Great experience - J. Vara
Everything done online. After a frustrating experience with our local Audi dealership we decided to reach out to Mohega Lake Audi. Anthony Augusta made this the easiest process ever and we’ve leased a lot of cars over the years. He got right back to us, gave us detailed information to help us make a decision and we got the deal we were looking for. When we came to pick up the car it was more great customer service but this time in person.

Walked in with a Jeep, walked out with a Q5 Audi - AT
The Audi Dealership and David were awesome to work with on our purchase of our Audi Q5. We never felt pressured and we got exactly what we wanted. Initially, we walked in wanting an older model and set up a time to test drive the following day. David called us in the morning informing us of a recall that would put a delay on our purchase. He didn’t want us to come in and waste our time since the one we were looking at wouldn’t be available. Normally dealers would have still had us come in and try to sell us something different. So that was a nice change! We ended up going in anyway to see what our other options were. David spent a lot of time with us and explained everything.
He was available to answer all the questions we had after we left the dealership. David was super low pressure and we had a great experience. He was super easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this dealership and David.

Knowledgeable and courteous, Henry was very helpful - Joelakeworth47
Henry went over all the potential service issues that could come up at this point in my car's life. After he checked it out, it turns out I didn't need much more than just regular servicing. Thank you, Henry, for your honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Audi Brooklyn and their team.
Second round of excellent experience - KdB
bought my second Audi at Southampton Audi, this time from Tom Channing ( who regrettably is now with Porsche only), as before all over an excellent experience. Love my experience with the Audi service team as well, which made me decide for a second Audi over a Volvo to begin with. Of course, love my new Q5!

Probably the single best automotive experience I’ve had - TheCanadianCamel
Recently, I was notified that my Audi had a recalled part that made driving unsafe. I have a summer road trip coming up with my fiancée and I was extremely nervous to drive my Audi without having performed this recall. I called a number of dealers in a 500-mile radius and found many of the people on the phone came off as disgruntled or rude. What’s worse is that the wait time for parts would be upwards of two months. I read about Maguire’s Audi of Ithaca and I thought to give them a try. The person who scheduled my appointment was friendly and assured me they would have the parts in within a week, and scheduled my appointment at a convenient time.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived in Ithaca (beautiful town) and Theo got me checked in quickly and courteously. He explained what was being done and how long it should take. As the repair was progressing, he checked in with me to let me know how much longer it would be, and to ask my input. Theo was professional, and extremely friendly. I stopped by the parts desk to inquire for a friend about some Toyota parts and the lady at the parts desk was also quite friendly and easy to talk to. I discovered that what I was quoted $150 for at my local dealer was being sold at Maguire’s parts desk for $25! How is this possible!
As I wandered the premises, I found everything to be clean and bright and well laid out. They even have a business centre next to the waiting area, with computers and free wifi.
When I wandered over to the Audi showroom, I was greeted by Jackie. She made me feel right at home and we talked about some of the awesome new Audi cars and their features, and she showcased their products while making me feel like I was important, but never once making me feel pressured. She made me feel like I was dealing with a kind, caring, and knowledgeable human being who has a great deal of good knowledge, but without the arrogance or disrespect that commonly accompanies that knowledge. She even checked with the service desk to give me an update on how much longer my Audi would take!
When the service was completed, Theo walked me through everything that had been done, and I came out to find my car washed and parked in front of the door!
I wish every dealership experience could be like this- friendly, professional, competent staff, quick and convenient scheduling, and great prices. I will certainly be happy to make the 250-mile drive again next time I need a dealer service.

Great service dept - Kevin k
I took my Wifes Jetta in for a recall. As I do most of my own service work they do not know me or the car but were just as eager to please me as if I was a regular customer in the Service Dept. The service advisor, Cathleen took the car in and asked if I would be staying with them while they performed the recall, I was not going to stay so she said she would call when the car was ready.
When she called a few hours later she said the Tech had checked the car over and found a few issues that should be looked into. I was aware of most of the things the Tech had found and said I would take care of them. At no time was I pressured to have the items repaired at the dealership, as someone who likes to do most of my own work I really appreciate that.
When I picked the car up they had also preformed an additional recall repair that I had forgotten about, I was out in less than 5 minutes and I think they even gave the car a quick wash!!
I have used the Parts Dept before and have to rate them top notch also, now I can put the Service Dept at the same level Thanks Kevin Kennedy
"Old-Fashioned" Service - Great Job! - Bob S.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the service recently provided at Schmitt's. This is my first leased car, and they have been very helpful and courteous every step of the way and have answered any and all of my questions. All of the staff have been very friendly, going out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. From the time I phoned to make an appointment, speaking to a very friendly clerk, to the short time I spent in their comfortable customer lounge area, and complimentary car wash, I felt very welcomed and part of the "Schmitt's VW family". The staff was actually happy to see me and thanked me for my patronage! That made me feel very good about my lease and my relationship with them, and it reminded me of the kind of 'throw-back' service that you used to get - when businesses cared about you and the customer came first...! THANK YOU for treating me like you really cared!
Unbelievably unprofessional - jt
I took my car into service in Feb 2018 under my service warranty. I scheduled for a loaner car months in advance and received one. After two weeks of servicing the car, I picked it up and paid for a wheel alignment they had to perform on my car which was not covered under the service warranty. A few weeks later I noticed an additional charge on my credit card. When I spoke to the service department they explained that it could have to do with tolls. I explained to them that I actually transferred my EZ Pass to the loaner car, but since the loaner is not linked to my EZ Pass, I was charged on my EZ Pass while they received a charge themselves. I emailed them my EZ Pass statement as proof of payment. Up to this point it took about 10 interactions since I never received a call-back. If I don't call them, they forget to return my calls - almost as if this is policy on their end. After they reviewed my documents, they agreed that they have to get it reversed from my card.
Fast forward 2.5 months (June 15th) and 50 calls later, the charge has yet to be reversed. Interestingly enough I found another charge on my credit card from the service department a month later for $53.50....this is without anyone contacting me from Audi of Lynbrook to let me know that a charge has been put through for whatever reason - to this day I don't know what that additional charge was for. Anyway, the moral of the story is to not use your credit card with Audi of Lynbrook. I have never had any vendor apply additional charges to my card without contacting me ahead of doing it. This is very unprofessional - reasons I don't use my credit card in third world countries. Addressing it has become my part time job. They take no ownership/responsibility of the issue, and bounce me around the team at Audi. This is very disappointing and will certainly be the last Audi I would buy in a while due to this unpleasant experience. I usually never leave reviews, and here I am typing this out after having to ring them about 7 times today just now to get transferred to a few voicemails....so frustrating. After 20 minutes of trying, the admin left a message to the two managers of the dealership Mike and Saheed. I am not holding my breathe and most likely will have to try again next week - very disappointing. For the record, I purchased a premium RS model, but clearly that doesn't really play a role...they have one type of "NO" service approach for all concerned.
2017 Certified, with bad brakes? Price increase overnight? - KJS2014
Both the Sales and Service experience at Palisades Audi was surprisingly DISAPPOINTING at best. From the lax, "maybe we'll sell you this Q5" Sales attitude to the unfulfilled promise by the Sales Mgr to call me "first thing in the morning to finalize a deal", to the end result of driving a virtually new, Certified Q5 that has horrible braking power, has made me question my decision to move to Audi and moreover choosing Palisades Audi.
Despite finding the car on the Tri-State Audi CPO vehicle listing, the listed price changed overnight from when I visited the dealership to the next morning by >$700. I am very glad I asked for a written quote of the previous day's price and my discussion with the Sale Rep! I basically ignored the increased Audi website price and pressed on with the lower price as shown earlier, but really wondered if the dealership advertises the lower price to get shoes in the door and then increases pricing when an interested party exists.
I regret not asking for a test drive, but I was also not offered one. My advice to potential buyers is to be sure to take the vehicle for a test drive as I'm certain I would've noticed the unresponsive brakes. I don't know how a CPO vehicle can be sold with bad brakes, but I know I am not confident in the car's braking ability. As a result, I am now driving with brakes that I don't trust and have to adjust to driving in traffic accordingly.
Ultimately, I purchased the Q5 with 16,300 miles and just 3-weeks after purchase I received a notice that it's due for a 20,000 service. In hindsight I should've verified that the 20k service wouldn't be needed, but I didn't and now will have to pay for it.
Service Update: I brought it in to their Service department and despite setting up a loaner vehicle a week before the appointment, when I arrived they had no loaners and were going to have to rent a car for me to use while they had my car. Luckily a loaner finally was returned... However, the result of the service visit was that "...the brakes are functioning as they should. The brake response delay could be from rust being on them from sitting in their lot and it should go away." Well it hasn't and I will have to have it addressed at another dealer I guess.
Bottom Line: "Buyer beware." Test drive and thoroughly review the vehicle you may be interested in. I will be more careful with future vehicle purchases as I am truly not happy with the entire experience at Palisades Audi.
John Kwon! - Abhojani1
Fantastic experience in purchasing a new Q5, John Kwon is the guy to go to, its very hard to find sales rep that actually talks to you like a human, and rather than worrying about their commission, John values your time and gets you in and out, we spoke to him on the phone, email, text and finally saw him in person, (in that order) and the experience with him got better and better each time. Our purchase was relatively easy, but then got REALLY hectic, and honestly i was surprised at how patient John was, I wouldn't even blame him if he got slightly upset since we cancelled on him many times lol, but he remained very professional and pleasant the ENTIRE time.
Thanks again John, we hope you get many new customers!
Don't hesitate and ask for John and tell him Akbar sent you!
Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi
Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
Very poor service department response - Molly4330
Very disappointed in the service department at Roger Burdick Audi. My 2016 Audi has paint peeling on the front bumper. It's been a month since the service department inspected the problem and still no response on the solution. Apparently they are waiting for the Audi rep to look at it? Meanwhile the paint defect is getting worse.
No help at all - Tunatomj
Salesman was smug and rude, having sought help for minor issue with vehicle recently purchased from another dealer. Storm motors was in the area at the time. When I asked dealer if he had any ideas what I could do, reply was, "should have bought the truck here." That was it. No help at all. Left with a window that wouldn't close and chance of rain. Sounded like sour grapes to me
