BMW vs Audi - Skylogan
My husband and I went into the dealership and met with Kal. We currently lease a 5 series BMW and our lease is ending next month. We were interested in an A6. Kal asked what our current payment was. Wanted to know if we were comfortable with a $500 payment. Told him yes. He pulls an A6 around for me to test drive. It had wood grain plastic accents and looked very cheap. Told him I didn’t like the interior. He gave me a lease price for 36 months, 10k miles. The payment was over $800 per month with 5k down! Told him my 2016 BMW was nicer and $200 less per month with $3500 down and 15k miles per year. He said that was the best he could do. As we were leaving, the GM Rik came out to see if he could assist us. Told him that their price was way over what we expected for the same purchase price as our BMW from 3 years ago. It wasn’t adding up. Rik tells us, you can’t compare an Audi to a BMW. We asked why. His response was “well, that’s what they tell us”. Wow. They? We just leased another BMW from Keeler (Joe). There was no running to/from the finance guy and giving us answers that made no sense. My new 5 series payment is even less than what it was 3 years ago for a 2019!! Needless to say...My Dealer is Keeler!!!

I viewed a used Audi A6 on Friday, told Matt the salesman I really liked the car and would be bringing my used Mercedes in for a trade estimate the next day, Sat, and then we would make a deal. Unfortunately, when I came by with my car, and after they appraised my Mercedes (as I sat for twenty minutes) the salesman Matt came over to tell me the bad news, that they had already sold the car I wanted earlier that day, but the good news was they had just taken in a trade and could offer me a slightly newer A6 for what I thought was an attractive price. Loving the model and the price and hoping to purchase something for my wife before Christmas I parked my anger at not even been given a call before I wasted a Saturday afternoon on a car that was already sold, so said I would see the second car and that I would have to bring my wife over because the seats were brown rather than grey and I wasn't sure she would go for that. So I dragged my wife over to the dealership Monday evening after a long night and day of work, (she is a physician), took a test ride, listened to the same sales pitch, now to my wife, and then we sit down to talk over price and he tells us..... its going to be a thousand more than he told me just hours earlier on the phone! Can you believe it a bait and switch, after already pulling the other car out from under me without even a call. I told my brother in law, a CEO who loves audi's this story and his response was,...'Was this an Audi dealership!? Sounds more like a corner used car huckster." I couldn't agree more! So thats how this place does business, high end business. I have informed my wife to spread the word to her colleagues at the hospital to steer clear of this place and I have asked my son and daughter, who are also physicians, just getting started, to tell there young up and coming colleagues to not to waste their time here either. And I am telling all you out there, who have the means for an expensive auto and want to be treated with the respect that deserves. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP..

Look elsewhere....read all of the negative reviews. There is a consistent theme of poor communication and general incompetence. Called about a used car that was just listed. Spoke with a salesman who put me on hold three times to make sure that the car was available. I was told that it was and was there within a half hour of calling. Was shown the car and agreed on a price. Had to get back to my office but the salesman said he would call later in the afternoon with a full price including tax and that he would price warranties. He repeatedly said that he was happy to have a new customer and looked forward to a repeat relationship. We have had many Audi's and currently own a Q7.
I should have known better. No call back that day. Sent an email the next day only to get a response that the car had already been sold but the salesman had not marked it as such. Only solution was to look at a different car that they had for $10k more [!]. Of course, there are two problems here. First, it appears that despite purportedly checking several times, no one knows which cars are sold and which aren't. This seems true despite the car being only just listed for sale on their own website. Second, the salesman, having lost the sale, had no intention of even calling me back to tell me. How does one stay in business with all of these bad reviews?

I purchased my Lincoln MKX from Drivers village Lincoln in 2011 and since then had my car service at that location. Just recently spending over $1000.00 on service.
I’ve recommended drivers village to co-workers some who had purchased New Lincoln’s from this dealership.
I’m going to retire soon and notice a used van on their web site so I made a inquiry and appointment to check the van out for myself.
When I arrived the salesman and myself drove around the lot looking for the van and could not find it.
I was told by both sales manager and the salesman that they would get back with me.
I never heard from either of them again.
I’m very disappointed that after 8 years I was treated this way.
I of course will no longer do business with this company.

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
No help at all - Tunatomj
Salesman was smug and rude, having sought help for minor issue with vehicle recently purchased from another dealer. Storm motors was in the area at the time. When I asked dealer if he had any ideas what I could do, reply was, "should have bought the truck here." That was it. No help at all. Left with a window that wouldn't close and chance of rain. Sounded like sour grapes to me
