My husband and I decided to trade in my 2018 Nissan Rogue on a new 2025 Nissan Rogue. Tom Espersen at Country Club Nissan was very helpful full and they made the whole process easy. As our salesman and he was very friendly, showed us all the new features and went over everything. He introduced us to all the other employees including the service center. Outstanding service from start to finish! They were kind enough to fit my husband’s truck into their schedule, and I wasn’t able to return before closing to pick it up. When I arrived later, I found the truck pulled up in a safe spot directly in front of the security camera. The person who drove me was so impressed that she said, “That’s the smartest thing I’ve seen—who’s the brains behind this operation?” That extra thought and attention gave me such peace of mind. I leased a vehicle from Empire Nissan and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before signing my lease, I specifically asked about the mileage allowance because mileage was important to me. I was told that I would have 15,000 miles per year. I later discovered that my signed lease only allows 5,000 miles per year, which is a huge difference over the term of the lease. When I contacted the dealership to address the issue, I was told that because I signed the contract showing 5,000 miles per year, that is what I am responsible for. The salesperson is now denying that I was ever told 15,000 miles per year. I understand that I signed the contract, but my complaint is about the information I was given before I signed it. Had I understood that this lease only included 5,000 miles per year, I would not have knowingly agreed to those mileage terms. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would strongly encourage anyone leasing a vehicle to carefully verify every number in the contract, regardless of what they are told during the sales process.

10 Days and Still No One Knew Where My Car Was I brought my car to the Nissan dealership at 3660 Boston Rd in the Bronx on Feb 17 because it was jerking to the right. I figured a dealership would be the most trustworthy place to get it checked. Instead, I got a $8,000 estimate and was told to contact my insurance. What followed was 10 days of Nissan saying GEICO never called them and GEICO saying they called Nissan multiple times. GEICO even offered a virtual estimate option to speed things up. According to GEICO, Nissan declined it and asked for an in-person adjuster. According to Nissan? “GEICO never called.” Eventually GEICO sent an adjuster. When he arrived, the dealership told him my car had been moved to another location. He drove there… and they said they didn’t know where it was. Meanwhile when I called the dealership, they told me the car was still at the original location. So the adjuster drove back… only to be told again the car wasn’t there. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle after 10 days of nothing happening, the staff suddenly acted like they didn’t know where my car was parked. Luckily I brought my spare key. I pressed the panic button and said “Let’s follow the sound.” And just like that… we found the car. After arguing with management and being yelled at by someone claiming to be the manager, they finally gave me my keys—but refused to give me the written estimate. So in summary: • Car sat there 10 days with no work done • Insurance adjuster sent on a Bronx scavenger hunt • Staff “couldn’t find” my car… parked outside • I had to locate my own vehicle using the panic button If you enjoy confusion, wasted time, and yelling managers, this is the place for you. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. This got me in touch with Gwen Zannie. We communicated online, and I made an appointment to see if she would match my offer. Gwen was very accommodating, friendly and supportive of my wants. We ended up selling it and walked out with a big fat check in hand. I would definitely go back to GWEN ZANNIE if we decide to sell again and go new. At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket cost. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale.

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.
