Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Bought a 2010 GX460 and had nothing else but problems with the vehicle from day one. I was told the warranty I bought will cover everything which turns out to be completely the opposite. The vehicle has severe corrosion on the frame and was hidden by a cheap quality undercoating. Don’t try to cancel the warranty because the owner will give you the runaround.

• Beware, of the finance loan manger. Mike Reese at the Bob Johnson Ford in Avon N.Y. I purchased a van at this location and my salesman, Taylor Bennett was great, honest, informative, and very helpful. I would buy a vehicle off Taylor Bennett again anytime! The loan officer Mike Reese is a major problem at this location, he was told to get my loan from ESL credit union, because I do all my banking with them and knew I would be approved. I paid for most of the vehicle in cash and only wanted to get a small loan to keep my good credit score active. The loan was for only $8000.00. Mike Reese went ahead and requested a loan with FOUR different loan companies. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER, CANANDAIGUA NATIONAL, ESL FEDERAL CREDIT and ALLY FINANCIAL. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER did not approve the loan on the grounds that they do not give loans on the type of vehicle that I was purchasing! Obviously, Mike Reese does not know how to do his job, and doesn’t care what effect his actions have on potential buyers! When I asked why did he run four loan requests. I was told only one would be a hard inquiry and the other three would be soft and not have any effect on my credit score. This was a lie and his actions resulted in four hard inquiries and lowered my score a lot. And then to make matters even worst he placed my loan with ALLY FINANCIAL, which had the highest interest rate of all the other loan companies. That was a total misuse of my trust and shows NO appreciation for customer purchases. So, it is obvious that he is NOT an honest person and does not care about a buyer’s finances. If you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership you will want to obtain your own loan and NOT trust that Mike Reese would be a help to you or your family’s needs. Other than that, sales and service dept were great!
