WARNING: DO NOT USE CAPITAL LUXURY CARS OF 347 NEW KARNER ROAD ALBANY,NY! I actually read the bad reviews on this dealership,went against my better judgement and used them anyway. I bought a used 2017 Toyota Sienna off their Volvo lot. The car was immaculate inside and out and this was confirmed by a independent shop I brought it to before I purchased it. The day I picked up the van, it was dark outside and they had the van parked in a very odd spot tucked up close to the dealership building, ( at the time I didn't think much of the odd positioning of the van.) Got the van home that night. The next morning I go outside to look at the van and found hundreds of scratches all of the driver side. Apparently when they detailed the car, ( before I picked it up ),they scratched it up. This explains why the driver side of the van was parked so snug against the wall of the dealership, they were trying to hide the damage. Make a long story short, I took the van back the very next morning and they apologized for damage and said, it would all be fixed. They had my car for over a week and when I went back to pick it up, not only was the original damage not repaired correctly, but there was new scratches on the passenger side, as well as the passenger side. I had the service manager Eric Rosen come out to look at the scratches and he said, I will not repaint the car just too expensive but they would send the car back out to there shop called Best Body located in Latham/Cohoes area.( It was later confirmed this shop does not exist ) . I asked Mr. Rosen, "what is the address of this shop and who worked on my car?" Mr. Rosen stated; I do not have to give you that information. I asked him several more times and he would not tell me the address of where my car was repaired. At one point, Mr. Rosen tried to back track and say, " actually the car was not sent out it was repaired here at Volvo." LIAR!! Also, I dropped my car off at Volvo with 57466 miles and when I picked it up, it had 57486, so they put 20 miles on my car. So my question now is, if the car never left Volvo for repair, why is there 20 miles added onto my mileage? Mr. Rosen and the rest of the shady staff I dealt with at Capital Luxury Cars, could not answer that question either.
Shady dealer ship... do not buy a pencil from this place. Shame on Capital Luxury Cars of Albany, NY Going to make sure everyone knows about this horrible dealership, ( i.e channel 6 news, AG, BBB, and msny many more!!! Will not get away with ruining my car!!! Messed with the wrong customer!!!

If you schedule repair or maintenance online DO NOT trust prices shown. My timing belt was more than $400 more than price shown online. Staff tried to put all their energy onto excuses rather than address my concerns. When I raised my voice in frustration Dave took $150 off. i suggested he or colleagues review posted costs and he said “that would take five years”. Well what price for honesty? I shall not return.

Just got a brand new cx40. The trim I selected was only available in another Volvo dealer from the same group and they were kind enough to pick it up for me, saving me time to go to an unnecessarily trip to Brooklyn. They were always transparent about the discounts and fees, including registration fees, so I knew exactly how much I'd be paying in the car. During the delivery inspection, Eric spend a good amount of time with us explaining all the car details, sensors, auto pilot and other really nice technology this car offers.

Anyone that buys from this dealership would be a fool. I leased an 2021 S90 and have 1150 miles. I purchased a tire and rim insurance policy. This dealership has had my car since March 1 to replace the rim and tire. I offered to pay for the tire and rim in an effort to get the car back. Jason the service person in charge sent me a voicemail total contrary to his and my conversation. He hung up on me rather than act in a professional manner.
Purchasing from Volvo of Glen Cove will only give you anxiety unnessary when you purchase a new automobile.
Stay clear and buy and service elsewhere.

I really wanted to test drive the XC40 before I decided if I was going to lease or finance the vehicle so I signed up for a test drive with the dealer to have them call me and schedule, when I spoke to one of the sales representatives they said they would call me Back on Friday the 8th to set up a date for the test drive. The 8th came and went and upon getting a customer service survey on the 10th, I informed them that the salesperson just literally never called me back. The Customer service rep then informed me the salesperson stated he called me the 3rd, 5th, and 7th...in which place I never ever spoke to anyone about a test drive so till the 4th so this guy can see the future which is impressive. All my recent calls for those days show no such call ever was received and I would not be going into a dealership that lies before I even get into the front doors.

Made an appointment for "first thing in the morning" for routine service. Started a cup of coffee and replied to some business emails and before the coffee was gone was told my car was ready. Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.
