He listened attentively to my issue and helped me ascertain what my issue with my Key Fob was. I was up and running in no time. Left a great impression on me. May start to have the car serviced there.

Nick was really amazing- he even responded to an email with a call on a Sunday night ( and this was AFTER we took possession on the car! We appreciate the work of his team-especially the young man who was so patient explaining the tech and getting my phone to cooperate! Also Ms.Kelly was very clear and efficient on the paperwork side. She even shared some good information about the old lease that will be helpful in getting a refund- that’s going beyond since the old lease was out of state. We don’t recognize the names on the next question (Mikaela and TCP????)so we will leave that blank. It might be helpful to put name and title next time.

They give no service they did not want to honor my 50K mileage warranty my Volvo all they wanted to do is to try to lease me a new vehicle. They are trouble stay away from Volvo and Brooklyn. They charged me for it to diagnose my vehicle when I had the warranty I’m sure this is a consumer affair is issue
