Leasing a car in the midst of a pandemic was never going to be an entirely stress-free affair, but Edduin did his best to make it as painless as possible. Although we couldn't meet in person to see the car, test drive, or negotiate, Edduin made himself available by phone call, text and email, staying responsive and working with us through the details. He also hand-delivered the car (in gloves and a mask) and patiently walked through all of the things we needed to know. I recently had some extensive work done on my 2006 Volvo S60R approximately two months ago, Service manager Wayne took excellent care of my issues and kept me informed throughout the repairs. He even suggested what repairs might be put off till a later date in order to help with the costs on the immediate problems that had to be addressed. This past Friday I had a problem with my car and had it towed to Smithtown, I received a call today from Dan (service consultant) informing me that my car was ready for pick-up. I can only say that the entire service department have been very professional, answered all my questions and also did an excellent job on all the repairs. Good job by all. Thanks!

Purchased a 2019 XC90 CPO. Dariusz Bak was our sales guy. Start to finish, you realize the car buying experience at Volvo Cars Hudson Valley is next level. I've purchased many cars, including BMW and Audi, and have never had such a positive interaction with a car salesman. Dariusz went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the dealership, the car and the relationship post purchase with the dealer/Volvo. If you schedule repair or maintenance online DO NOT trust prices shown. My timing belt was more than $400 more than price shown online. Staff tried to put all their energy onto excuses rather than address my concerns. When I raised my voice in frustration Dave took $150 off. i suggested he or colleagues review posted costs and he said “that would take five years”. Well what price for honesty? I shall not return.

Terrible service. I arrived at 7:50am for an 8:00 appointment to do my 20k Volvo XC90 maintenance. I was told the service would be done in 3 hours and I could reach out to the service person (Antonio) via his mobile phone and main contact phone by either text or call. I texted the mobile phone at 10a to get a status, no response. I tried again at 11am, no response. And I called multiple times on both his mobile phone and main contact phone, no response. I even left a message, no response. After waiting 5 hours with no response whatsoever, I came to the dealership to check on it myself. Antonio told me that they hadn't started on my car, and he was pointing fingers at the mechanics. And this was at 1pm. I had to specifically told him that this is covid19 time, I had no place to go while waiting for the service to be completed and can he do something so I can get out of here ( I dont live in Manhattan). By then, he told me that he would tell the mechanic to start working on my car right away. And the whole service took another 2.5 hours to finish. At 3:30pm, I finally got my car. This is 7.5 hours spent on getting my Volvo XC90 service. I was super frustrated by the fact that there was ZERO communication. No one picked up my calls/texts, I had to physically go to into the dealership to inquire about the status. And this is in the middle of covid19 when everything's close. I'd avoid this place at all cost.

I really wanted to test drive the XC40 before I decided if I was going to lease or finance the vehicle so I signed up for a test drive with the dealer to have them call me and schedule, when I spoke to one of the sales representatives they said they would call me Back on Friday the 8th to set up a date for the test drive. The 8th came and went and upon getting a customer service survey on the 10th, I informed them that the salesperson just literally never called me back. The Customer service rep then informed me the salesperson stated he called me the 3rd, 5th, and 7th...in which place I never ever spoke to anyone about a test drive so till the 4th so this guy can see the future which is impressive. All my recent calls for those days show no such call ever was received and I would not be going into a dealership that lies before I even get into the front doors.

Made an appointment for "first thing in the morning" for routine service. Started a cup of coffee and replied to some business emails and before the coffee was gone was told my car was ready. Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.
