I took my Santa Fe in because it needed new headlights and was told they had to be done at the dealership. I also needed an inspection after the headlights were replaced, so I told them to go ahead with that. I was sent a list of a myriad of things wrong with my vehicle or that needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. One was an oil change… funny I had it done 4 days prior somewhere else. They said I needed tires and brakes but I felt as if both were fine as the tires were replaced in the last several years. Lo and behold, I didn’t want to pay $3300 to have their suggestions done so they failed my inspection. I picked the car up, took it to another inspection station and my car passed easily. Shocker. I won’t be doing any further business with this dealership and if I buy another Hyundai in the future, I’ll drive to a different dealership that maybe isn’t as shady with their business practices.

After a very disappointing experience with Hanna Imports. We were serious buyers — completed a credit application, had financing lined up, and were prepared to travel 9 hours to purchase the vehicle. Communication throughout the process was extremely inconsistent. We worked with multiple salespeople, had to repeatedly follow up for basic deal details, and never received a clear, properly structured breakdown in time to confidently move forward. After expressing concerns, we were told a manager would reach out directly to resolve everything. That never happened. Instead, we continued to receive generic responses, additional outreach from different salespeople who had no context, and no real progress. Despite being ready to move forward, the lack of coordination, urgency, and transparency made it impossible to proceed. To make matters worse, the vehicle was ultimately sold without ever providing the promised follow-up or giving us a real opportunity to finalize the deal. For anyone considering buying from out of state — do not make travel plans without having the full deal structure, communication, and management involvement clearly handled in advance. This experience was poorly managed from start to finish.

I'll say that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took a lot longer than I expected - however, Mr. Fox recognized this issue without me bringing it up and made it worth my time when it came to paying my bill. This is why I will definitely be back for all my service needs or new car needs. This service department is now my go to for Chevy service. Purchased a 2024 gmc canyon 9-5-25 and was told it would be ready next day (Saturday) I went Monday it was not ready and they did not attempt to inform me. 30 minutes drive one way wasted. Vehicle was finally delivered 10-20-25!!!! Warranty for vehicle was finally put in place Late December. All through this all communication was initiated by me. This is by far the worse dealership I have worked with in the past 50 years! Beware, they promise but do not deliver, they do not know their business from manager to sales person to finance person.

January 19, 2026 My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with captain’s chairs. I found two listed online at Monroe Nissan—one with captain’s chairs and one without—so we decided to stop by in person. We arrived around 6:15 PM and walked into the showroom. There were several vehicles on the floor, but no Pathfinders. After standing in the showroom for 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, we went outside to try to locate the Pathfinders ourselves. We spent another 15 minutes outside with no assistance, and we still could not access or see the vehicles we came to look at. We eventually walked back to our car and left. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. While I can’t say for certain, there appeared to be a salesperson at the desk on his phone the entire time we were there, despite customers walking around unassisted. We came ready to look seriously at a Pathfinder Platinum, but the complete lack of customer service ensured we took our business elsewhere. We will be continuing our search with a dealership that values customers and is willing to help.

Purchases a 2013 BMW from Seasell and less than 500 miles had to take to a shop and the repair bill was $2,400.Black replied to my first review and said contact Seasell .I contacted the owner and he said that he could not help with the repair bill! Disgusting after only having less than a week!I traded a 2007 BMW 525 and Blake said he would ha e to wholesale it due to high miliage,well that's not true either! Seasell has it on their lot for $4,280.Big jump from a $ 800.00 dollar trade! Best I can advise anyone is Buyer Beware of Seasell auto dealership.

I had a disappointing service experience with Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest for my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. I was not clearly informed about diagnostic charges before work was done, and this has happened on more than one visit. I also had my brake pads replaced, and they wore out again in less than a year, which raised concerns for me about the quality of the service. I’m not sure if new parts were used or if something was done incorrectly, but it made me question the reliability and transparency of the work performed. Overall communication and handling of service issues has been poor, and it has affected my trust in this dealership.

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

Horrible experience! Made a noon appointment to drive from Mountain City TN to their Salisbury location, 120 miles, to test drive a Ram 1500 they had on their website. When I got there they told me the vehicle was being reconditioned at a facility 100 miles away! I drove 120 miles!!! They first said they could have it there by mid afternoon. So I decided to wait. By mid afternoon they decided they wouldn’t be able to get it there! Mind-boggling! I did wind up buying the truck. They kept if for a couple of days for detailing. But when they finally delivered it to my house NO detailing had been performed! They delivered it with NO dealer tag! They gave me a thumb drive that was supposed to have all my documentation on it, but it was empty! They DIRECTED me to illegally drive the truck with the plate registered to my other vehicle! Still trying to work through their mess!!

Kenny Ballard and Easton Kukuck went above and beyond answering all our questions and getting us what we considered a very fair deal. Kudos as well to Bob Board in service.
