John was a pleasure to work with. - jerrybryant12

John was a pleasure to work with. You could not do any better than with him as a Service Manager. My concern with the service that was performed (drain and refilled the transmission with new fluid and an addictive and said that corrected the problem according to the mechanic. But, I still feel a slight shudder when the transmission is shifting from to 2nd or 3rd gear. Based on history from other individuals who have this same transmission, they experienced the hesitation coming back after the 1st drain and refill, etc.

Very happy with the entire experience. Salesman Kyle was great and very patient with us while we were being indecisive. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy as many salesmen can be. Best experience with a sales representative I've ever had. He's the kind of employee you don't want to lose. Very impressed.

The folks at Reichard were AWESOME! - Lee

The folks at Reichard were AWESOME! Wade Turner, our salesperson, made the deal with us over the phone, given we were five hours away! Once we arrived, he reviewed the deal and took so much time to answer every single question we had about our new Buick! Eric Heckendorn went over the paperwork with us and explained everything thoroughly. All this on a holiday weekend! We appreciate this dealership so very much…Reichard is the absolute BEST!!

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great - Mark M

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.
