Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. I was there to have my current vehicle serviced while I waited for it to be done I went out and checked out what vehicles were out for sale. My experience was good. I didn’t buy the vehicle and decided to wait for a while and shop around. I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from Lambert but have purchased over 20 vehicles from Ron Marhoffer. I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was told that my vehicle was 80 miles over my extended warantee and needed to pay for the tire pressure sensors. Marhoffer would have taken care of that knowing that I would buy more vehicles from them down the road. Poor customer service. I’ve now paid for 3 tire sensors that have gone bad. Not sure what I will do when I decide to buy next time.

Terrible experience. Wanted to buy a truck and was waiting for inspection. FOllowed up everyday when finally I just offerred a price. Next day they countered me and I went to clear with my wife to accept--within in one hour. I called to buy and they sold it to someone else. Just a terrible experience and terrible way to do business. Was so angry since I had been talking to them for days about buying this truck and was waiting on them, We are in negotiations and they sell to someone else! xx. You could be trying to buy something from these people and if you go to the bathroom, they will sell your vehicle to someone else. Excuses that I didnt text back right away and accept. Just tell me that is what I need to do and I would have done it. Terrible---will never work with them

I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.
