Chaz and Amy made the experience very fulfilling. I had credit issues,and went in to jdbnow a few months ago. Chaz told me as much as he wanted to help he couldn't at the time. 3 months later he never gave up and invited me back in, we did a remote application so I didn't have to waste my time coming in. He called me after the process and said he could get me in a vehicle. I went in today August 29 2025 and drove a 2018 jeep Cherokee off the lot. If I know anyone in my situation I will definitely send them to jdb Amherst.

Monica is one of the kindest people you will ever come across. Her team at this location treats my self and others like we are the only ones in the building. I have worked with Monica for years and shes the main reason i will always come back. Jacob who I worked with yesterday was so kind, friendly and personable. i woke up this morning from a text from the both of them just checking in. You will not get this kind of service ANYWHERE. Christian worked very closely with us as well. He came over introduced him self and made me so welcomed. Great experience all around. i was in and out in less then 2 hours. And now my family and I get to enjoy a nice safe vehicle. Great work everyone involved.

I had gotten my first vehicle at the wooster JDBYRIDER Car lot a couple of weeks ago. And the engine light come on. I Had it scheduled to go in to have it checked, thinking it was only going to be an easy fix. It ended up being a big deal. The engine was shot. I was stressing out and thinking, "what I was going to do". And JDByrder team contacted me and assured me all would be alright. I went in and picked out another vehicle and I drove it for 4 days and I was heading to work and the transmission went out of my second new vehicle. I was able to make it home and I contacted them the next day and they again said they would help me and make all work out. Well, once again I was stressing out. And again The JDByrider team and (Barry) was there to help me once again. Berry was on the phone all night searching for a vehicle with my needs. And the next morning he contacted me and found me a vehicle that was perfect for me. I found that JDBYRIDER come trought for me every time. I can't thank JDBYrider team enough for their help. I live in Cleveland, but when I am searching for a new car I talk to dealers from Buffalo to Chicago. I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No xxxxxxxx, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.

Service Department Olivia is absolutely outstanding! Then there is Shiloh, not part of my auto deal at all, but probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life! They are all focused on one thing… making sure their customers are happy and that they feel welcome and valued.
