On October 26, 2020 I brought my 2008 Dodge 2500 to your dealership for work (Invoice Number DOCS255785 - MO 108029). The job was to replace a steering stabilizer. I was told that it would take about an hour since a stabilizer had to be located. That was at 8:08AM. I arrived at 7:30 AM. Truck was ready at about 11:00AM. Almost 3½ hours to replace a part held by 2 bolts. I could almost understand the time but cannot forgive the quality of service. Is the stabilizer installed correctly? I hope so. After I saw the filthy mess left in my truck, I began to wonder what sort of professionalism and pride is put forth in the job itself. Driver's seat, floor, door handle, arm rests, and sill were full of grease and grime. The truck had just been detailed. When I brought this condition to the attention of the service representative, it was met with an offensive attitude. He did offer to send the truck to detail, but there was no concern. I hesitated then responded “no”. Again his comments were not appreciated.
I purchased this truck at a different dealer on 10/08/20 after a long search for a rust free vehicle at a price I could afford. I brought the truck to Brown -Daub for repair hoping to begin a relationship with a local dealer where I can have the truck serviced and possibly upgrade to a newer one in the future.
Sorry to say, I will never bring any work or any business their way in the future.

My apologies to all for this late review. While traveling from our home state of Wyoming by RV and towing our Jeep Wrangler through Ohio/Pennsylvania on 09/18/2019, we experienced a serious problem with our Jeep suspension. It was after hours and we took the Jeep to the nearest dealer, Scheidemantle Motors. Returning the next morning (09/19), Service Advisor Reese Summersgill was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our plight. She immediately had the Jeep evaluated and after we were briefed on and shown the problem, they ordered parts and had it repaired while we continued our journey with the plan of picking the Jeep up upon our return trip five days later. The Jeep was repaired to our complete satisfaction, and when we returned home to WY, our local Jeep dealer and Firestone business commented on the appropriateness and correct repairs. I can't say enough great things about Scheidemantle Motors! Excellent customer service, quality of repair work, fair pricing, and all staff were very honest and forthcoming. Our best to Reese!

As my husband said he wouldn’t take a lawn mower to their service dept. March 25 2020 our 2015 dodge caravan was towed to Dotta from Wind Gap Chevy to repair our transmission they never responded. The only way I knew what was going on I had to do the calling or go to the service dept to see what was happening. Yes I know there was a pandemic and places were not working we were told by two of guys in the department told us The end of April. That on may 6th Chrysler was sending out a new transmission. Well that never happened. They told me Chrslyer wanted pictures of the parts because not all parts were damaged again it was one excuse after another long story short they got parts in and then it was there was a part missing and they had order it then the part came in they put it in someone I know went up to see what was going on and they told him that it was done and they would let me know the van was done didn’t happen this was on a Friday July 3 so never heard from them I called Monday the 6th was told everything was put together BUT they took the van out and there was a problem that it wouldn’t go into overdrive so no van I told them in May I needed my van back because my husband was in the hospital for back surgery and he couldn’t get in and out of his pickup didn’t matter so weeks my husband couldn’t go anywhere then we found out that he had a to go physical therapy 2x a week I told them I need a rental car to take him. The agreed to get a car and paid for it we had a week then finally got our van back I had been talking to Chrysler corporate office and got help from Toni a case manager Al Scott Justin all lies to me Toni and the guys at enterprise it was oh we are working on the car as we speak wasn’t happening this crap went on for not quite 4 months. unbelievable if being sr. Citizens I told Toni they are lucky we didn’t have the money we would of got a lawyer and sued them I was so stressed out between my husband being in the hospital for 3 weeks but mostly Dotta caused so much stress

The entire staff was friendly,courteous, accommodating, hospitable, down to earth and generous with my father and I. It was a very smooth process that actually went very quick given the holiday. I am sincere when I say the staff really changed my outward thoughts on the dealership, I look forward with glee to be a success for them as they were there for me in my time of serious need.

I went to Sands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the first time last week to get my engine looked at and the whole experience made my day and actually made me want to give better customer service in my own job. Just going in there , I was taken aback at how personable the service advisor, Phillip, was and I also felt like everyone else I came in contact with that worked there was very helpful and had great energy as well.
Phillip was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with an issue concerning my warranty . He went the extra mile to try everything for me before giving up .
In addition to be so helpful Sands also did great work on my vehicle . I am very pleased overall and I highly recommend going to sands to get your vehicle worked on !
