He filled me in on all the details of my Volvo S60 including maintenance records and addressed and concerns that I had about purchasing a car. We worked out a deal and I was driving my car the very next day fully detailed and ready to roll. This was a great buying experience and I will purchase my next Volvo from Ken Pollock.

I have no idea how to rate Scott Cadillac Chevrolet since we purchased our Volvo from Scott Volvo. That being said, I have nothing but good things to write about Ted, the Service Consultant, at Scott Volvo - he is an excellent representative of the dealership. Todd M was very helpful and professional in arranging for our leased XC40 to be purchased, and Scott in finance was also very helpful and efficient. The only complaint that I have is that we had our service appointment at 1:00 p.m. and didn't get out of there until almost 3:30 p.m. - this, to me, is not acceptable. We assumed that once we got the paperwork done to switch over from lease to purchase, that the inspection/1-year maintenance service would have been completed. Sadly, it was not. This also happened last year when we took the XC40 in for inspection/yearly maintenance - we waited for over 2 hours. We are from the Reading area and the reason we go to Scott Volvo is, really, because of Ted and his staff. But waiting as long as we did this time as well as last year, was not a great experience.

I have a Ford. I was calling around to price replacing my headlight bulb. Of all places this Ford dealership was going to charge me over 300 dollars to replace a bulb because they had to partially detach my bumper. The second place I called was Firestone and they will do it for $75. I’ll still call around. But those 2 prices already is a huge difference.

Worst service dept I've ever seen. Took van in on Monday for a one day repairs. No call Monday, called Tuesday morning, was told everything fixed but TPS they ordered was wrong one. Asked about the front end alignment and was told no they did not do that yet but van would be done Tuesday. No call Tuesday afternoon. Called Wed, told that now the blower motor that was fixed monday is now not fixed and they have to replace a switch. No call back Wed. Called thursday and they closed service due to weather again no call with status. Called Friday morning, Will van be done today? Yes they say, when can I pick it up? Their reply, I'll check and call you back, again no return call. Sitting here losing a weeks pay waiting for my work van. They will never see another van from my company.

Jon was the best! He showed me and explained every feature the car offered. I bought a 2014 RAV4 Limited, it had hail damage but the inside was immaculate, I seriously got a steal! I love my "new" car so much! The process was easy and painless. They gave me a super reasonable amount for my trade and didn't squabble or discourage me about the fact I still owed some on it. was approved by the first lender and Erica even got my interest rate down another 3% which is crazy for a young adult with little but good credit. Unneeded warranties and protection plans weren't pushed on me but Jon suggested the most useful and beneficial add on's for me and my vehicle. Mike, the manager, made sure his recon crew washed it up for me before I left and was genuinely excited I was leaving happy with the vehicle I wanted. I seriously can't thank everyone at Performance Volvo enough for making this experience so easy and exciting. Definitely a customer for years to come.

I unfortunately went went to this dealership. They have given me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I live in New Jersey my transmission went in Pittsburgh. They charged me $4500 for a USED transmission. Also charged me for a rental car the whole time. They “ordered the wrong part” and added an extra six days to my stay. I was stranded out in Pittsburgh for a total of three weeks. Oh and want to hear the best part? My transmission still ISNT fixed and now my car WONT EVEN TURN ON. STAY AWAY.

I would highly recommend VSC, as well as their other dealerships. While I ultimately did not purchase the XC90, Reid made the process very easy and straight forward. Everything was handled over the phone and by email, including the trade. While the price was spot on, unfortunately in the end we just couldn't come to grips with the very light interior. That of course was on us and not the VSC.
