Jon was the best! He showed me and explained every feature the car offered. I bought a 2014 RAV4 Limited, it had hail damage but the inside was immaculate, I seriously got a steal! I love my "new" car so much! The process was easy and painless. They gave me a super reasonable amount for my trade and didn't squabble or discourage me about the fact I still owed some on it. was approved by the first lender and Erica even got my interest rate down another 3% which is crazy for a young adult with little but good credit. Unneeded warranties and protection plans weren't pushed on me but Jon suggested the most useful and beneficial add on's for me and my vehicle. Mike, the manager, made sure his recon crew washed it up for me before I left and was genuinely excited I was leaving happy with the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend VSC, as well as their other dealerships. While I ultimately did not purchase the XC90, Reid made the process very easy and straight forward. Everything was handled over the phone and by email, including the trade. While the price was spot on, unfortunately in the end we just couldn't come to grips with the very light interior. That of course was on us and not the VSC.

I had a tough first service appointment for my 2018 Volvo XC90, but my interaction with Gregg McDougall was good. The reason I brought my XC90 in for service involved the need to repair a fuel vapor leak, which surprised me since the vehicle is less than a year old. I requested a loaner as the service required more than a day. The loaner only had a quarter tank of gas (no big deal I thought at the time). Then, I received a call from Gregg, who let me know right away my Volvo XC90 had been scraped by another vehicle when sitting in the dealership parking lot. My initial impression is that more care is not taken in serving customers and their vehicles (loaner with little gas in the tank and then XC90 is damaged). I had to pick up my XC90 for a business trip, so I need to schedule another appointment for a body shop to repair the right rear passenger door and quarter panel. I hope my first experience is not indicative of future service appointments and am eager to see my recommendation for the service center change from "no" to "yes."
Gregg McDougall in your Service Department is personable, thoughtful, and seems reliable and knowledgeable. Gregg kept me informed about the service progress with my XC90 and took ownership for the accident that occurred with my XC90. I look forward to my future interactions with Gregg.

So far, my purchasing and ownership experience has been without par, save for one. They're friendly, they give you your space, and are there when you need them, but never when you don't. They truly give you one of the only "no pressure" shopping experiences in cars I've ever had.
The only rubs I've had so far -- and they're slight -- is the fact that I seem to know more about their cars than their salesmen do, and they're a very stingy dealership when it comes to the pricing. Lehman Volvo of York DOES NOT like to negotiate on the price, and unless you come armed with a Kelley Blue Book price justifying your offer, they don't like to move much.
I bought a 2015 Volvo S60 T5 Premier from them, and while ultimately I was satisfied with what I paid, I had to go three rounds with them to get the price I wanted. Wayne Staib is a very friendly personable guy, and they do an excellent job with making you feel welcome on their lot and that your business is valued. They really do roll out the red carpets for you without being overbearing.
Service is also excellent. Jason is by far the most friendly and competent mechanical staff head I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He and Katie do an excellent job of keeping you informed of your vehicle's issues and reminding you of your appointments. Car washes are free here too (though I've noticed some swirls in my paint that weren't there when I bought the car... hmm.).
Overall, I can't recommend this dealership enough, if for nothing more than the incomparable shopping experience. It's rare to find a dealership that not only sells you a vehicle, but sells you an experience to go along with it. You pay a bit more for it up front, but I think the cost was worth it.

This is the second car I've purchased at Keystone Volvo Doylestown and am very satisfied with the experience. We are repeat customers because we received good service through the years. Worked with Paul Heiser for the sale, and afterward, Mike Wallace for the tutorial on the many features of my new XC40. Buying a new car is a big, and sometimes confusing decision, so it's important to enter into it with all the information you need. My husband and I enjoyed both the personal and friendly manner in which both gentlemen treat and communicat with us, returning phone calls promptly and answering questions.

This dealership is horrible. Staffs have horrible attitude, and would treat you badly. I was ripped off for more than 10,000 dollars on the CPO Volvo I bought from them. When I tried to replace the tire that had a bulge, they try to sell me new wheels that I have no need for.

Needed a wiring schematic for an older truck would not give information. Got a very bad attitude from a lady service writer or representative. Have older trucks didn't want to give up anything that's not what fomoco said. Very poor attitude will not recommend anyone to use their service nasty people

I highly recommend seeking out Zach at Ray Price Volvo for your next vehicle purchase. We originally stopped up to their new location to take a look at a truck that was listed on their site. We ultimately decided to hold off on the truck but, given how well Zach had treated us throughout the process, we opted to move ahead with a purchase of an awesome (used) MKX. Zach was honest, quick to respond, highly available and genuinely seemed more concerned that we find the right vehicle for us, then making a quick sale.

Exceptional Service for an Exceptional Car - Volvo Lover
I pull into the brand new service facility at 7am, greeted by Josh or a member of his team immediately. Quickly sign in and go over the service appt. Driver comes inside to greet me and drives me to work.
I receive a phone call by mid-morning from Josh. He goes over any service/repair needed now or in the future that we didn't talk about at drop off.
I receive a phone call service is done, followed up with a phone call from driver who will pick me up and deliver me to my car.
I've never had any other service on my 2001 S60 other than Scott Volvo. At 200,000 miles and running really well. I always follow through with routine service maintenance. Thank you to the mechanics who give me peace of mind even at 200,000 miles.
The brand new service waiting area is something to see, it's beautiful and makes me feel Scott really does care about their customers' overall experiences.

I unfortunately went went to this dealership. They have given me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I live in New Jersey my transmission went in Pittsburgh. They charged me $4500 for a USED transmission. Also charged me for a rental car the whole time. They “ordered the wrong part” and added an extra six days to my stay. I was stranded out in Pittsburgh for a total of three weeks. Oh and want to hear the best part? My transmission still ISNT fixed and now my car WONT EVEN TURN ON. STAY AWAY.
Rude and Crude - Never again buyer here
RUDE AND CRUDE.I just leased a Equinox from another dealer. It was a one payment lease. I called Blaise, and told them what I wanted. The guy Rick or DIck or something told me I had to come in. I said no, I have leased a dozen chevys at least , and I know the game. I had already spent 2 1/2 hours at the other dealer, and wasn't going to do that again. Finally he agreed. It took a few days, but he finally worked me up a price, and it was a thousand dollars less, but it msrp'ed for about 200.00 more. I asked him how that could be. he didn't know. I asked him to send me a picture of the window sticker so I could compare. I got the sticker, and I looked and looked. Then right at the top, there it was. It was not AWD. I talked to him again, and he gave me a price on one that was AWD. That was about 5 days ago. He didn't call again till Monday, this morning, and he asked if I had thought about his deal. I told him he "should have sharpened his pencil" because I already bought the other one. Without another word, he hung up on me. I've been in business for 39 years and I can tell you that is no way one of my employees would handle a customer. That is RUDE! Run, stay away from them. He was like a spoiled kid that lost the game, took his toys , and went home.
