Helped me get a nearly brand new car for less than what others were offering at higher prices and older models and more miles. Would definitely go through them again

Ordered a 2021 S60 in spring of that year ---- the midst of the pandemic. A few weeks after placing our order, and through no fault of the dealership, Kevin informed us that Volvo had cancelled orders for some 20,000 S60's. Kevin offered to refund our down payment or honor our deal on a '22 model, which was what we did. Delighted with the car, the sales process and subsequent two years of annual service visits. Scheduling service on dates and times convenient to us never a problem. VERY pleased with the entire organization.

Tried calling to speak with service department…no one EVER answers the phone. And when I left a message, no one EVER called me back. Horrible customer service. Only reason they get one star is because the woman who answered the phone and transferred me to service dept was nice.

They were very helpful and very professional. It’s also great to have a great Volvo dealership so close to home. I’m sure there will be another Volvo in our future.

I took my car for recall to Champion Ford in Erie Pa on - Ntutic

I took my car for recall to Champion Ford in Erie Pa on 12/29/2023. Ford technicians called first time to replace rear brakes and pad that I agreed to it and they charged premium price compared to any other garage in the area. Second phone call was to replace struts and tires that were still under warranty and quoted $900 for struts and never asked for price on tires.They also charged diagnostic fee $143 for nonexistent issues. I refused struts and new tires and took to garage that replaced both not even year ago and both were in good working condition and not needed replacement . I felt like Champion Ford took advantage and still were trying to get even more money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take vehicles for any car issue as they showed intent to overprice services and misrepresented cars problems.

I would highly recommend VSC, as well as their other dealerships. While I ultimately did not purchase the XC90, Reid made the process very easy and straight forward. Everything was handled over the phone and by email, including the trade. While the price was spot on, unfortunately in the end we just couldn't come to grips with the very light interior. That of course was on us and not the VSC.
