Corry was outstanding and so helpful with our new vehicle purchase. We got great numbers on our trades and walked out with two brand new Nissan vehicles. While the day was long, Corry made sure we were in the best model for me and my partner. Never once made us feel rushed and also made sure we were the most comfortable. The dealership is clean, and they even had a food truck and lemonade stand on site that was available for purchase which was nice to not have to leave.

I couldn’t be happier with my end result buying experience at this dealership. With a bit of turmoil from a 3hr commute to get a sir we’re not going to be able to make this deal work thanks for visiting us comment after I was told the deal would be very possible and then told me I was mistaken on my conversation earlier on the phone before my lengthy travel from emotionless Brandon. No sorry we couldn’t do the deal, or sorry for your long commute back, no remorse or anything from Brandon. So I grabbed my keys and headed back home another hour and half. Salesman Harley called me apologized for my experience and came in with understanding and respect, She realized I wasn’t happy and said on the phone I will do whatever I can to have your business and make your experience better. Later in the day Tyler my internet specialist at dealership called and said I talked with Harley. I will make your deal happen. Few minutes later I get the call come pick up your new truck. Obviously i’m excited now I am. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the commute again for a couple days, he says it’s on hold for you I’ll also I’ll fill up your truck and detail. E Ricki in finance was aware of my budget and was very efficient with my time and made a 2024 Ford Maverick part of my family. Definitely recommend these hardworking people to aid you in your future car purchase. Well minus a Brandon.

Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. There was no hassle going back and forth about price. We worked together and found a price point that we could both benefit from. We would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

My experience with Mr. Drayton Washington and Robert Douglas, elite sales professional, at Nissan of Orangeburg was outstanding. After having two bad experiences at the dealerships located in my area, I gave a Nissan dealership(Orangeburg) another chance and they made up for previous experiences with other dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying from them and I plan to make all Nissan purchases at Nissan of Orangeburg, even with the hour drive each way. I can't say enough about the experiences. It went perfectly--without feeling a pascal of pressure and without experiencing any hassles.

Took truck in for a short in wiring. Had truck 5 days. Jiggled the wire enough to eliminate the short, but did not fix the short. Already had the bill over $400 and wanted to remove the dash board (more money). Got truck back, cigarette lighter/phone changing port no longer works. Also charged $36 for "shop supplies." Since they didn't fix anything or use any actual supplies, they have agreed to refund that portion of the bill. Said "shop supplies" are automatically added to a bill and should have been removed if no supplies were used. How about only adding the supplies when they are used? No itemization because there are no actual supplies being used. Every vehicle coming into their service center will be charged this fee unless you question it. Then was offered only $3,000 as a trade-in, which is less than 50% of the value of the truck. Con-artists and criminals.

I purchased my 2023 Rogue at this dealership. I have had ALL my service appoints here. Today in the mail, I received a recall notice stating my car needs immediate service for possible engine damage or potential failure! Grand Strand Nissan told me that I would I have to wait over 5 weeks to get an appointment! I SAID THAT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. The Dealership refused any other option!!! What a horrible way to treat a loyal customer! I currently have two Rogues that I purchased and have serviced there. Mine and one for my granddaugher. I then called North Strand Nissan and was quickly given an appointment for this Wednesday! What a difference in customer service!!!

They lied about doing a safety inspection and tricked me into signing for a horrible loan rate via e signing documents which I believe they clicked and not me. Stay away there Crooks and will rip you off
