We test drove a vehicle on a Saturday, The sales rep followed up with us the following Monday. We sent him information to work on a deal for on Wednesday. The sales rep didn't acknowledge getting the information so I followed up on Thurs. He said he would get right on it. A week later, I sent a msg to see if he had info for us and he apologized and said he'd do it now. It's been two more days and I haven't heard a peep from him. Terrible customer service. We will move on to another dealer who has better customer care and concern.
