Tennessee Direct was perfect for me. I do not like going somewhere and feeling like someone is constantly keeping their eye on me, riding around with me, like they do not trust me with a vehicle I am looking at buying. Never dealt with that here. The guys let you look around, and then answer any questions you have. They also let me know beforehand there was an issue with the car, they also put that same information on the website, but it was nice to know that I didn't have to ask the "right question" to get the right answer. They were very forthcoming with information on the car. I have dealt with other dealerships that are not that way. After buying the car, there was a small issue with it. I took it back and they put me in a loaner. The loaner was nicer than the car I purchased, and they were less anxious about getting it back than I was to give it back. They wanted to make sure my car was fixed. Shaun was great, he is who we worked with to buy the car. Chad was great, he answered any question I had for him and gave extra info. Craig was great, while the car was being worked on he would call and update me.

Motorcars of Nashville is amazing! This was my first time buying a car from them and I’ll never go anywhere else. They make everything so easy. I knew what car I wanted before I went and I was able to give them my card info for a $500 deposit so they moved the car to the sold lot, took it offline, and gave me 7 days to get it. The $500 wasn’t charged it just would have been if I never went to get the car. When I got there they brought the car from the sold lot and I got to test drive it alone to make sure I was happy with it. Then it took no time to sign some paperwork and give them the check and be done. They even separated all the paperwork I would need for my tag so it would be easier. Everyone was so nice and it was so easy that it didn’t seem real! They are awesome

Our rep Austin was so down to earth, up front and honest, and was so easily relatable and we knew we could trust him and Kevin the in house finance person. Don't deal with Gateway on any vehicle the salesmen will lie about the car will misrepresent from start to finish. They know nothing about the cars there selling they always the owner said but never check the cars out to see if it's true purchased a car here was told motor was totaled rebuild drove the car 150 miles and the engine blew up they will not stand behind it. they just say it's your problem won't tell who owner is so i can talk with him they won't help at all. they always have an excuse why there not liable it's your problem. so anyone thinking about buying from these people don't do there are much better dealers to work with that will stand behind what they sell. Stay away from these people there just a middle man and they are crooks only worry about getting there commission.

I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Auto Sales about a year ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Since the purchase, I’ve had ongoing issues with the car—from motor problems, motors in the window, tires, rotors, and now even the transmission. I reached out multiple times hoping for support or a resolution, but I didn’t receive the help I expected. I trusted that I was buying a reliable, well-inspected vehicle, but instead, it’s been a year of frustration and unexpected expenses. I expected better customer care and accountability from a company like Enterprise. Yes they sold me a lemon.

I took my 2020 ram 3500 in with an oil leak around oil pan gasket. asked would be ok to have a few days. 2 weeks later called said parts should be in next day. should be ready around Jan 1. Called to check on the truck and said should be ready soon I said I was needing it to haul equipment service rep said tough luck won't be using it for a bit. called every couple of days checking on it. excuse that waiting on a bay to put it in. should be ready in a couple of days. then brush guard in way and aux switch wires in way. called several times with service guy not in or at lunch will call you back with never a call back. fast forward to week 7 after waiting on hold for 40 min they said truck in shop should be ready Thursday. friday called after talking to 2 different service dept guys should be done Friday. no call back about called Monday at lunch different service guy said still working on it. got a call Monday late afternoon said should be ready Tuesday morning by 10 Had to add oil and fluids still. No call so called at 11 said it's ready was getting ready to call. got there to pick it up on a warranty job and said I owe almost 600 because they had to take 4 bolts off brush guard. I raised a fit and final charge was 0. so it almost took 8 weeks to fix a warranty oil pan gasket then tried to charge almost 600 dollars not counting the truck I have been using not mine.

VERY SHADY - cheated

My family bought three cars. Very shady dealership. On our AWD Murano, they had to replace the rear drive. Told us they had to order the part. Miles later it happened again. Took it to a Nissan Dealership. Showed us that it had a junkyard rear drive. Guess they ordered it from a pick and pull place. We brought the Versa back because of an exhaust rattle. Instead of using a $6.99 exhaust hanger they used coat hangers. I guess it was cheaper to walk across the street to the dry cleaner. The Sentra had a squeaky blower. Once again they had to order the part. I replaced it and found out it was a junk yard part. One of the managers gave me the speech he was a Christian. He said everything would be done right in the repairs. Not sure where he goes to church. Must be the Fellowship of Auto Dealers and Cheaters.

Monte Johnson and Joey Young at Shelbyville Auto Sales are a couple of stand up guys and will do what's right for you. They actually sent my son and I to a different dealership to see what they had and never once pushed anything on us. We came back to them and bought a truck with an honest interest rate and was in and out in 30 minutes. I could've hung out with those two guys all day long unlike the folks across the street at Newton Ford South. Those are about the most dishonest people I've ever delt with and I wouldn't stop in there to go to the bathroom!!!!! My son and I drove 4 hour from Georgia to look at and buy a truck from Newton and after been lied to all week about the condition of the truck, I noticed Shelbyville Auto Sales across the street. It's just amazing how GOD works...... I will definitely do business with Monte and Joey again and send anyone I know to them......

Absolute rip off!!! Deserve zero stars!!!Not only do they continue to change the deal ( raising price from original cost after I said I would buy, because the boss said they could not sell so cheap), but they sell crap!!! My vehicle needed over $1500 worth of work within two weeks of purchase. This was transmission work, that they knew about, but did not disclose. They hide behind their "as is" sticker and try to make you sign a non arbitration form ( Don't sign!!). They are the reason used car dealers have bad reputations. Walk away from this dealership.
