The team and Jocelyn was very helpful when they surprised me with an option that seemed to good to be true. I have been to several dealerships and the team at this dealership was really helpful in making the atmosphere relaxing. Best team by far and really thankful in my new car I was able to drive away with.

I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!

Persistence without the high-pressure sales tactics. That would perfectly describe my salesman Scotty and how he was able to help me negotiate one of the best deals I have ever gotten on a vehicle. And I've bought (too 😆) many vehicles over the years. I thought there was ZERO chance of getting what I needed for my trade-in towards the new Ford Maverick I was wanting in order to make a deal possible. And initially, I was right. Scotty's sales manager stepped up and made me a very fair offer for my car, but the numbers still weren't working for my budget. I was about to leave when the sales manager asked me to give him a little more time to see what he could do for me. He came back out and absolutey BLEW MY MIND 🤯 with a bigger offer for my trade which made getting the Maverick possible! Even Scotty looked shocked! 😅 Now I have no idea how he was able to do so, and I'm not promising he can do it for you as well. But if you are buried in negative equity on your car but wanting or needing something else, then go give Scotty and his manager(s) a chance to work something out for you.

Overall the car was as represented and service from the dealer team was excellent. We especially appreciated the assistance we received from Brandon and James. We were frustrated that the ad list price was different than what was represented on the final invoice. While we appreciate the services performed on the vehicle, we were irritated by the built in upselling from the dealership. we also understand that a low up front price will get people in the door, but would have preferred a more realistic price up front. Brandon did work with us and ultimately got to a price in line with our budget.

I have been a Toyota girl since 1986 and I wanted to look at something different and Jeff took the time to explain everything to me about the Lincoln Corsair. Jeff listened to everything I wanted and showed me about 10 cars. I finally chose one and I’m so thankful he took the time with me. Jeff Dawson is definitely an asset to the Lincoln team. Every employee that we were to see next came to introduce their self to us while we were waiting because they were very busy that day. I have had my car serviced by Village Volkswagen in Chattanooga on many occasions. Overall my experience there has been exceptional. Until now and a previous occassion with this same service advisor. My 2024 Atlas was experiencing an issue that require my car to be kept most of the day according to the service advisor (Dakota) in order to diagnose the problem. I dropped my car off the next morning. He took my keys and ask had I gotten a loaner car. I said no, you told me you would not know if the car would be finished today or have to remain until it was diagnose during the appointment. Dakota then informed me that the appointment only gets your car checked in, not that it would be looked at that day. I have had other appointments here and the car previously had been seen when scheduled. I wanted to speak to the Service Manager (Brandon) but he had not made it in. I left the vehicle and called back to speak with the Service Manager because I was disappointed in what I was told and couldn't believe this was happening. Brittany answered the phone, I asked to speak with Brandon and she wanted to know what I wanted to talk to him about so she could tell him prior to him talking to me. She then replied is this Mrs.W., and I said yes. Several minutes went by. After he was brief on the reason I was calling he answered. I recapped my conversation with Dakota. He now, asked had I reached out to get a loaner? I again replied why would I do that if I don't know if the car is going to be completed today or not. I then said, when I request a loaner they to want to know approximately how long do I think I will need the loaner. I heard other voices in the background. I could tell this was not going to go well. And suddenly he said you can tell them you will need it until next week. Without looking at my car this determination was made. It felt like retaliation had reared up. I complained and the powers at be were going to make me wait, even if the issue was simple and could have been completed today. I voiced my opinion and dissatisfaction in how an appointment became, not really an appointment. So the vehicle would now sit at the dealership for days as a power move. This could have been avoided had the service advisor taken a moment to explain what would go on when I made the appointment. You may think, just get a loaner. Well I drive a full size SUV, and have to take a child to college this weekend and need every bit of trunk capacity that my vehicle has with the back seats down. So a loaner, which in the past have been compact vehicles would not be feasible. I said I was coming to get my vehicle and I may have to take it to Atlanta to have it done. I and my husband went to the dealership to pick the car up. He went to the Service department and I went to the front desk and ask for the owner's number because I was beyond disappointed in the interactions. I knew the Bowers family owned the dealership. A gentleman that introduced himself as the GM (Shannon) said I could talk to him. I was reluctant at first because when people work closely together sometimes they become friends and they will not take corrective action when issues arise with customers and employees. After speaking with the GM for several moments he told me that he was in the room and heard the conversation. He explained the process and what slows down the process. I felt at ease and understood. At first he didn't understand the issue with leaving the car and getting a loaner. And then when I told him about getting a kid to school he understood, why I need the vehicle back. My husband walked up and stated that Dakota said we could not bring our vehicle back here for service. Shannon said, we could. What made Dakota think he could make that decision. PRIVILEGE, ENTITLEMENT, all because he was mad I complained. What reaction did he think those words were going to get. The only reaction; UNPROFESSIONAL,

I previously posted a negative review of Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN. In response, the General Manager, Randy Dismang reached out and asked me to contact him. At first, I did not want to, but my daughter was very interested in one of the cars they had listed. As a father, I will do anything for my children in an effort to keep them happy and safe. Mr. Dismang persuaded me and my daughter to come in and talk to him, stating that what I experienced is not typical relations at Nelson Mazda. Long story short (and that is not meant in disrespect) Mr. Dismang did everything within his power to rectify the situation. He went far above and beyond to mend the relationship, helped us find an even better and safer car for my daughter and made sure that every possible detail was covered beyond any and all expectations. In the long run, he secured a return customer for service and future purchase. I would never have predicted that I would be leaving a positive review when this began, but after meeting Mr. Dismang and subsequent random employees, I feel that Nelson Mazda customer service is far beyond my initial experience and now would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.
