Luis Haro was the sales rep I worked with at Mac Haik Southway Ford. He was personable and available. I told him which vehicle we were interested. I set an appointment and the vehicle was ready for inspection. I took a bit longer test drive than other dealers had allowed. I then set an appointment for the next day to have it looked at by a 3rd party garage. They highlighted a few concerns. We negotiated a price a settled the 3rd morning. I think I got a nice car for a fair price. The best part of the service was his availability. Weather sucked the morning I bought it. I was planning to have my wife help pick up the car later in the day, but Luis offered to drive the new car to our house 2 counties over. That saved us time and travel. All in all, I’m happy with the patience and service.

Terrible dealership. Be very careful of what you’re getting before signing paperwork. I was sold a car that had been wrecked but that wasn’t disclosed until after final funding and paperwork was signed and done. Repair work was done horribly and now to have it fixed right is gonna be all on my dime. They refuse to do anything about it after trying to sell me another car for 20 thousand more dollars! Never again will they be used for anything

The online pricing was not transparent, but they ended up honoring it after we nearly walked out. initial financing was terrible and not very transparent, however Blanca Esquivel saved the day. At the end of the day, we got the truck we wanted at the price we wanted, but it was not as smooth and stress free as I would have hoped. 5 stars overall because of Jada and Bianca.

I have 3 ford vehicles 1ka LINCLON. Ford is My go to vehicle. I have always trusted my deal ship because I have always had a good working relationship Mager Oscar Sanchez. He always under. Stood what I needed to. Get fixed. It's very hard to trust some one that is not some one you each day .He earned my trust.. Now he is no longer there ,that he had be transferred. I believe as a customer The owner or manager made a large mistake in doing so. I'm just a customer with 3 ford vehicle's that has spent thousands of dollars at Case Ford. I'm very sorry he no longer there.

I bought a preowned Ford Focus three years ago. Terry Cowart was my sales representative and the experiences was exceptional. Three years later I just bought a 2020 Ford Fusion and once again Terry was magnficent. A genuinely sincere individual, Terry made sure the car was ready for delivery and wouldn't release it until it met his exacting standards. In this instance it went back to detailing until it was done correctly. Never pushy and as accommodating as he can be, doing business with Terry is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This is going to be my third time going to this service department. I can’t say it’s the worst nor the best. This company can get better and I know they do read these post. When customer write a good or bad post. They do get rated and sometimes it’s hard to judge the advisor because they can’t control when you can get your car back. The only thing we can do is trust the service company. I had my fair share of the worst issues with this company the lies the verbal abuse the disrespect I can go on and on. The first person you see is the service advisor those are the ones you rely on when you car is in the shop. So far for me two out of the three really didn’t care about their customers. The second knew about my situation from earlier and communicated with me until the end. When you feel you’re getting nowhere with your advisor you can call customer relations or talk to the next person above them. Well I stated my facts for what Bret S. said to me who was my service advisor. I have the facts what he said and when I tried to talk to the assistant service manager Chris B he just ignored me. At the end of the day I got my vehicle back but it took almost three months. They did provide a rental for the time I didn’t have the vehicle and I didn’t have to pay for that nor pay for the service done for the my car. It took the service manage Dave E. to fix all the issues I had to deal with and he did apologize for the experience I had with there service department. If you’re asking yourself why go to a place where you’re disrespected. I purchased the ESP warranty when I got the vehicle and it save me a lot of money. Unfortunately when I bought this car I didn’t know the amount of known issues it had and the recalls. Dave I appreciate you honesty compassion for customer service especailly going above and beyond to help me and I do apologize that some of your staff members act like they don’t care and I’m sure after reading this some adjustments can be made or better educated on customer service.

I was provided information in relation to service on my vehicle only to find out the employee is new and gave me incorrect information. Even with my VIN #, he led me down the wrong path. I have been trying to get in for service for over 3 weeks now. Very disappointed and would not trust them to do a good job on the service of my vehicle at this point!

After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

Very disappointed. Melissa was good to work with but over promised and underdelivered. After spending about a Year deciding where to purchase I chose to purchase here due to the Customs department and the price. This dealership is over 8 hours away from me. When I got my truck it was not what I ordered. I was pushed to sign prior to seeing it because she needed to leave. After having it for 7 weeks post delivery the custom items were not completed. I was then sent over to have that done.. after getting home I noticed I was missing all the extra items. I have reached out several times to Melissa and the GM with not response over the last 4 months. So very disappointed this dealership and the team. I believe they are more focused n Videos than quality of the work. I specifically wanted things from the videos her promotes only to be told by the techs doing the work they don’t know how to do that stuff which I paid for and was not completed. Next step is Ford itself, then I guess an attorney, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Ohhh and to top it off, they sold my truck using the same plates and I’m being harassed and had a claim charged against my insurance for an accident I didn’t even have. Yes I have fought it but still the principal of the paperwork not being sent in correctly.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey
