I scheduled a service appointment at McRee Ford more - daniel12mejia
I scheduled a service appointment at McRee Ford more than a week in advance, originally for 8:45 AM. Without calling me, they changed my appointment to 11:45 AM and only sent an email notification. A simple phone call would have been the professional thing to do.
When I arrived with my 2026 F-150 that is still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, I was denied a loaner vehicle and told it wasn’t covered because I didn’t purchase the truck from their dealership. Having previously worked as a service manager at a dealership, I know that’s a poor excuse and not how good customer service is handled.
To make matters worse, William Baillie had me retrieve my own VIN information instead of assisting me. The entire interaction felt like he didn’t want to get out of his chair or help at all.
I also wasn’t greeted on the service drive, which is a basic customer service expectation at most dealerships. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning and would not recommend McRee Ford’s service department based on this experience.
