I had a great experience with many of the staff at National Auto Plaza. I'm from Florida and have purchased many cars, and as a female, I expect to be taken advantage of but that was certainly not the case. A few issues needed to be worked out, and JJ, Eric, Ryan, Dave, Alex, Kemo, Sean and Brandon all treated me respectfully. Among other things, without any hesitation, they stood by their word and agreed to pay for a damaged radio on an "as is" vehicle which may or may not have been their responsibility. I will be returning to my home state with a rather expensive "souvenir," but more than that, I will have a very positive impression of the people of Utah because of the way these fine men took care of me throughout this transaction. Well played, gentlemen, well played.

So you say your being transparent and once again I'll say while sitting down with the salesman I was told 61 payments I was not told anything about the residual amount at the end of the contract he pulled out his laptop said this is the docu sign for our agreement 61 payments as I said I took his word for granted not expecting to owe another 2700 bucks after paying over 13000 for the car and now ya say I could trade it in and start over? Why the xxxx would I do that? Get screwed again by your shady practice you said to reach out and ask for help the only help you could give is terminating the contract 15000 bucks for a 20 yr old car is way to much especially since your salesman hid the facts of the contract. But we know your not gonna do that cause it's free all be it basicly illegal money in your pocket. You want to help honor what your salesman told me not what he hid from me

car buying can be a stressful experience. we DID NOT have that at tim dahle in murray ut. . ramon the salesman and tyler the finance manager explained financing , warranties etc.,. different frontier models to my wife and i. we are in our 70's, and pretty challenged when it comes to technology. . they answered questions that we had. , and they offered info. to help us out. i wouldnt hesitate to deal with these . two people again, we were treated with dignity and respect when we asked questions , i will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact them. thanks for a wonderful experience. i will definetly buy from them again. p.s. we drove three hrs. from wyoming. to buy a vehicle. a huge shoutout to RAMON and TYLER

Davis County deserves better service. Manager refused to be helpful, sat at his desk and stood on a policy without investigating. What a waist of my time. Brutal.

I disagree with previous reviewers on service dept here. I own a 2009 CX9 and Kevin and his service dept. had good videos explaining my issues and repaired a power window with full parts needed and didnt piecemeal it. Plus they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was repaired. I was very pleased with their service on my vehicle. They maybe more expensive than standard repair shops but in some casees I want Mazda approved parts and I want the job done right. That's why my Mazda 2009 CX9 keeps running strong.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

I absolutely love this dealership. I run a digital marketing company for lawyers and have no time to search countless dealers for a good deal. After dealing with 4 other dealerships, I finally found this one. These guys are so kind and genuine. I worked with Moe and he was one of the best salesmen I have dealt with in years. I purchased an extremely nice 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo from them and it is absolutely flawless!!! As a young executive, Myself and my company have been featured in multiple magazines and newspapers & I will tell you first hand I don't play games when it comes to spending my money. This is the best used exotic car dealership in the US if you ask me. Excellent Pricing, and they even took my car to Porsche for free to have it inspected professionally before I spent a dollar. I would give this dealer a minus 10 stars if I could lying, deceitful is just a start I bought a salvage title truck from them which they said was repaired like new had electrical problems 5 miles after I left. They refused to take it back. They installed windsheild wrong, didn't repair broken brake cable, installed battery cable wrong,causing many components to fail, door bolts were loose. I could go on. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

I went to markosians to purchase a Lincoln aviator that was online for $10,300. We I got to the dealer they gave me $11,300 as the sale price. After showing them the online ad for $10,300 they agreed to honor the price. However, after inspecting the vehicle to find it needed some minor work and new tires to pass safety we negotiated down to $9,300 if I agreed to take the vehicle as is.I was happy with the deal and signed the papers provided. Unfortunately I was not sharp enough to check the price that was printed on the contract until after I had signed it because they put the full $10,300 on the contract and processed the loan at the higher price. Then I was stuck paying for repairs and new tires on top of the $10,300 price. Don't make the mistake I did. If you want to risk doing business with these scammers make sure you double check all your paper work before you sign anything.

They sent me the paperwork in advance so it only took 1 hour from landing at Salt Lake airport until I completed the inspection, paperwork and drove off with a great deal.
