I dropped off my 2011 GMC Yukon (that I purchased new from Carr Cadillac Buick GMC) in for service. I was met by the Sales Manager James Quitugua, James took upon himself to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle I again ran into James, in the coarse of our short conversation James picked up on the fact I had a question. I was introduced to the technician that worked on my vehicle, Steve Knight. Steve cleared up my question and gave me complete confidence. Just did a out of state sale for a new Cadillac from these guys, All i have to say was my Salesman Nelson Cruz was AMAZING, super low pressure and he listened to everything I had to say and I would give him a higher star rating if at all possible !!! The finance department also did a perfect spot on job once I told them I was using my own Credit union. John and Mike had me done and all paperwork finished in less than a half hour!! Record time for that, lol. All in all a great buying experience and will buy from than again. All in all a perfect experience !!

Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!

I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.

I bought a used car from Pascal. He was great and I love my new to me car. I originally went in on a different car but it didn't have heated seats and a few other features that were a must have. Pascal said he would keep me updated if they got anything else in that might work. I didn't hold my breathe as I heard that from several dealers and never heard back from them. But Pascal called me less than a week later and let me know the perfect car for me was just being traded in. I got to see it before it had even made it on the lot, and he was right, it was perfect. Most liked was they make me didn't spend hours of countless negotiation to get the price I was happy with. Oh and their finance guy, Diego was able to get me a better rate than my bank BECU. I don't know if I'll ever buy a new Buick or GMC but if I do I'll definitely be getting it from here and from Pascal.
Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
Outstanding customer service - Barefoot
I arrived at the dealership looking to forge the footwork for my wife's new car. I do all the work, she just does the test drive and smiles, haha. Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a name, Tom Blankenship. Trust me, this alone is special. More and more these day’s people forget how old school values go a long way. As a quick side note, I had already visited 2 dealerships that day with any proper greetings, just a “what are you looking for” opening line as I approached the Main buildings.
I briefly educated Mr. Blankenship and what my wife was looking for and he quickly attended to my needs, including one test drive, and traversing the entire lot in search of potential vehicles. During our time together, not once did Mr. Blankenship press me about my income, job, or ability to pay, nor did he even mention if I wanted to pay cash or finance. He exhibited true professionalism in every way possible. Unfortunately, my wife choose to purchase another vehicle from another dealership, but it was the vehicle that sealed the deal for her, not the customer service. As the dealership we ultimately purchased from, made us feel like another typical number, walking through the door.
Even, as I was leaving the dealership and Mr. Blankenship, a Manager approached me and thanked me for my Military Service. Not one mention or ounce of pressure to stay and talk about more vehicles. Though we did not purchase from George Gee this day, I can tell you in the future they have already earned my business if I ever choose a vehicle they are in possession of. Common curtsey of your fellow man, goes a long way and I hope they never lose that.
I will end this with a simple pledge, if I can steer any business their way in the future, I will go out of my way to do so.
