This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. Would not recommend to a friend. Bought a used car they sold with 1- leaky shocks and struts 2-needed brake rotor resurfacing and 3- came with disgusting air filters. Yet they claim to "recondition" cars.
Also lied about the 3k extended warranty being "obligatory" for the loan to go through. In my opinion they are a dishonest dealership.
I'd recommend a place like Autonation to a friend. Cause they offer a 30 day 1000 mile return policy unlike these guys.

My mom purchased a vehicle from Titus will, this is her 4th vehicle from this location. She received a recall notice in regards to electrical issues with the lights. They suddenly stopped working and she is unable to drive her vehicle in the morning because the lights are not bright enough to see the road. Titus will gave us an appointment in late October and when we asked to possibly move the appointment up or get a loaner car, we were told, "everyone has problems," and that all of their rentals were broken. This is absolution unacceptable. When asked to speak to a manager, we were stone walled. The service department evaded our questions. The GM and other management here should be fired.

I Bought a used 2017 GMC Sierrra Denali from UAC. Sales transaction was pretty seamless. Was told by salesman truck had been well taken care of, with no issues, local owner, and I was making a good choice in truck. The outside of the truck was clean, the inside was not detailed and not what you would expect for that type of truck, but I let it pass. I drove 4 hours to get the truck from Idaho, and when I got home is where the problems starting happening. Long story short, after taking the truck to my brother in laws auto mechanic shop in Kennewick WA, UAC sold me a truck with bad transmission, bad truck battery, bad cell phone charger, rotors were warped, both shocks and struts leaking oil, and trailer brake controller started showing up after I brought the truck home.. Contacted service manager in Ellensburg, and basically she told me truck sold as is no warranty. After some complaining, they offered to replace the transmission under a customer appreciation program, and told me out of pocket would be $500, but I would need to bring truck back to them, and they would look at the other items. So I drove the truck back to them and they replaced the transmission, but would not replace anything else that was bad that I mentioned before to them. They supposedly did a 120 point inspection on truck before selling, and I got the inspection report, you can see where these items were suppose to be repaired in UAC shop, but they crossed them off and didn't repair the items. I got this report after I started having all these issues. I inquired about why the repairs were not made, there response from the general manager, was that the work was not authorized. Once I got the truck back, they charged me $1500 for the warranty transmission work, where I was told from the lady service manager, it would be $500, and they charged me for the inspection and diagnosis of the items that they knew were bad already. Needless to say I had to make all the other repairs to this truck at my cost, and at this point, I am into a new truck cost. I was led to believe the truck was in sound working condition, which it was not, they sold a truck, they knew needed parts repaired and fixed, and they told me otherwise. They would not take any money off the sales price as it was an internet special and AD said call for special pricing. When I asked, they refused to take any money off the asking price. Whats the point of the internet special asking price? The whole experience form UAC was the worst dealer experience in the 5 trucks I have bought over my life time. When I picked up the truck from dealer, the sales rep nor the service manager nor any member from management could front me, and give the truck keys to m, or even express some sort of apology. They had another sales guy, whom I have never seen and met, give me the truck keys. None of the people I dealt with, had the xxxxx to meet me. Beware of this dealership and before buying a truck from them, take it to another mechanic to go over truck. Either there mechanics are incompetent in there repairs and diagnosis, or the management just plain sucks on pleasing the customer. I will say my salesman Riley, answered my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion, but I am sure his hands were tied from management. I wont go into the details of licensing, but it took several weeks to get paperwork from UAC to go to my local DMV, which initially they told me this would only take a few days. Overall, worst buying experience, customer service, service department, and not even a 1 star experience. UAC knows who i am, as i was always referred to them as that guy from IDAHO.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership trying to buy a car from them that they had online I had to chase down my salesman because he never would return my calls they also trying to get me a better rate by corner round to banks and credit unions in their area when they knew I was out of state and I already had preapproval from my credit union in my state which caused my credit to be danged once more but the worst thing was they keep you in the dark and didn’t tell you where you were at in the deal and you couldn’t get anyone to call you back just a bad experience I suggest you go elsewhere for they deal with you upfront and honestly stay away from this dealership

Learn from our mistake with their 2021 team. Their letter offering to purchase the car we purchased and serviced here locally brand new 6 years ago wasted a lot of our time. Their hand addressed letter arrived stating $5,691 would be offered for our '2014 Spark LT1 with 89k miles. We called to check out their details; we shared the car details from our craigslist ad with pics and car fax report, asking $6,500 (including set of top of the line snow tires, lightly used). We called again to be assured there were no tricks to their offer. We drove an hour after work to deliver the car, and then we were expected to take their price reduction of 12.5% to "detail" the car?! Nope!

I would not use this dealership again period. They took my deposit down on January 6th, 2022 for a new 2022 Silverado 1500. On April 21st I received a PO (so I could figure out financing as my truck was coming in soon) and on this PO in handwriting was "5k Dealer Markup". This was how they notified me (full disclosure as they say they did, not). Not a word was said before this and I had already waited four months for my truck. The sales manager "Rick" was no help at all and only threatened to keep my deposit multiple times. When I filled out the online survey for Chevrolet I started to get all sorts of feedback from this dealership (where were they before this) as I did not give them a good survey and they were immediately calling me to see what we can do about it. And don't get me started on their so called sales manager "Alex" who rudely hung up on me while I was explaining my situation to him over the phone. Nothing can be done when they are taking advantage of their own customers by getting every cent they can out of them in these hard times. As if inflation and the cost of every necessity wasn't bad enough and here they are raking in money hand over fist and charging up to $5,000.00 over msrp. Way to help your customers Specks! I will not be using this dealership again even though it is the only dealership I have ever bought a new vehicle from (both of them). Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that will be their for you a little more than this one, it shouldn't be hard to find one.

Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.

Not even worthy of one star! After 6 months of promises to get me the $1000 rebate I am due, they did nothing! GM (Andy Flynn), Sales Mgrs (Pedro Acosta and Brian Roberts) and office manager (Katie) never responded to me once. They screwed up when they submitted my car deal (per email from salesperson) and didn't fix it. I did everything per their instructions and got screwed out of $1000 in accessories! Years ago I worked for a dealer for ten years- this stuff is not rocket science but they were clueless! This behavior is what gives car dealers a bad name! I would never buy help any of their poorly run businesses again. My sales person (Austin Snyder) tried to help but wasn't able to get anything done. Lots of promises- zero kept. BUYER BEWARE!
