Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything.
In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed.
This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

The best salesman (Nick Wanta) and dealership that I... - Mr. Allen
By the best salesman (Nick Wanta) and dealership that I have worked with in a very long time. Nick was on it and did everything to help us get the vehicle we wanted. The dealership’s did an excellent job on getting the paperwork prepared for us to sign. I like this dealership because they don’t hassle you and try to run up the numbers. Outstanding customer service from a class A dealership.
The best customer service experience when buying a used car! - Michael Manoff
I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.
Thank you Horace and Chad!
Just Great - Cookie
We have been dealing with Valley GMC since the 70s, we have bought many many new vehicles, the service dept is great and the front office staff are very curtiouse and freidly, even the owner comes and greets you if your in the front office if he's not busy. Yes, very good dealership.

Great experience - Maria Matias Mendoza
Eddi did a great job, it's always a pleasure working with him! He made our vehicle purchase quick and easy. He allowed us to head out to lunch while he fixed all the paperwork and dealt with the red tapes.
Avoid this place like the plague! - Robert
Gabe is the most crooked sales manager I have ever met. He didnt follow through on any of the promises he made prior to purchasing my new vehicle. When I took it back it in I got the run around from the Service manager Randy. They just kept passing the blame back to one another and I never received the work promised prior to purchasing the vehicle.
New car with many problems - Kefrpm
Two weeks after purchasing a new 2018 intermittent problems began occurring. Two are very dangerous! The diagnostic machine used in the service dept couldn’t find the problem after two attempts. They did a global reset and more problems popped up. They will NOT do anything to rectify this situation.
Very professoonal - Eric
We both felt very well taken care of during choosing and purchasing a car. Jason was knowledgable, unflinchingly patient and a perfect explainer. Both Jason and Derek were professional and caring toward us.
Nice folks - Thomas
I went to Gamblin Motors because they are a local dealership and also one of the places ok’d through Costco pricing.. I was looking for a Silverado at Christmas time and to receive a Costco cash card with their promotions.
The truck I wanted wasn’t available so I ordered a 2019 and picked it up yesterday. Even though I had to wait and missed the Costco cash card it still worked out great. I did receive the Costco pricing along with a Chevy rebate and I’m really happy with the new truck.
Good job guys!
Full of BS - TBlixt
Salesman was just a kid and was trying, but sales manager didn't help out at all. Tires where bald after being told they can't sell a vehicle with 90% or better tread. Interior was scratched up from a dog, only 1 passenger side floor mat, garbage and gum wrappers in the console, finger prints all over the glass on the inside. Kevin the sales manager just to busy to call or help out. Registration date due the day we picked it up.
They lie about their vehicles online - JH
I purchased a '18 Tundra from this location about 2 weeks ago. I've waited a week to post this review to see if Carr would do anything to remedy the fact that they lied about the truck I bought online, and was supposed to get a call back last Friday. All their online marketing for the truck stated it was Platinum trim. We agreed upon a price and I purchased it, easy enough as I had been looking for 2 months and knew exactly what I wanted. On my drive home I realized it was not what they said it was. It was the Limited trim. There is a $7K MSRP difference between the trims new, I understand this is not a new truck, but I bring this up because the difference was downplayed multiple times while trying to get Carr to fix their deceptiveness.
So they lied about the level of the vehicle, and when I brought this up, the only option Cody gave me was to unwind the deal. Since there was no dialogue, no real solution, and no option given, I threw out oil changes as something to at least start up the communication to find a happy medium. On the phone I was told they couldn't refund any money since the deal was done, Cody then informs me they can give me 4 free oil changes, of course I would have to drive from Beaverton to Vancouver to get them. OR they could cut me a juicy check for $200. What a deal!! I told Cody I wanted to sleep on it.
I text him the following day telling him I would keep the truck and we'd go our separate ways, me obviously being unhappy and I'll let everyone I can know that this dealership lacks integrity and I'd never do business with a Carr dealership again, they bait and switched me. He wanted to talk. So we talked the next day, pointless conversation of course. I knew they wouldn't do what needed to be done to make me happy, which was $2,000 reimbursement. I would not pay over $40k for a platinum, and $38k for a Limited, these were my guidelines. I didn't even ask for it because I knew I was wasting my time and we were miles away from a win win solution. I accepted what happened and can't do anything about a business with trash customer service that lacks honesty and accountability. He continued making excuses about how the "accident" happened, darn VIN was at fault of course, apparently it was the 1 in 10,000 (or whatever number) vehicles that the computer screwed up and auto populated all the wrong info. Stupid computers am I right? Well I don't care who's fault it was, the company screwed up and bait and switched me, and then simply waits for me forget about it, not doing a xxxx thing.
Deb and Cody were nice enough to deal with, I have a problem with the company and their policies when it comes to them screwing up and lying to customers.
I could have unwound the deal, I should have looked at things in more detail, but I trusted the company to not mis represent their products and it wasn't even in my head to think they were lying. At the end of the day, instead of me feeling like I got a good deal, I feel like I walked in a paid sticker price at a dealership like an idiot would. Yes, they had the truck booked out as a Limited (per Cody), but xxx do I care about that. Also, the truck had been sitting for over a month and they took my offer immediately, wonder why?! Then Cody tries to tell me the dumbest and most common load of crap a salesman says, THEY BOUGHT THE TRUCK FOR $39,900, yet were selling it to me for $40K. Sure, I've heard that identical story from 4 different used car salesman the past 2 months. Weird how these poor car companies are always the ones getting the raw deal. Poor things.
I will never do business with Carr again, and will forever tell anyone I know about this experience to make sure to stop as many people as I can from doing business with them. I've been in my own business for close to 20yrs myself and have made many mistakes, my employees have made many mistakes, but you know what? I always rectify them and make them right, not sit there and point fingers and have an attitude of "oh well, crap happens move along". I'll be waiting to hear how I'm the bad guy from Carr.
Buick GNX - Max Ryan

Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
