This was the 3rd new automobile that i have purchased and - artymartin

This was the 3rd new automobile that i have purchased and the 6th that family members or I have purchased since 2003. I have always enjoyed the salespeople at this business. The latest transaction was made very comfortable by the salesperson that we worked with. Mr. Hugo Diaz was very, very friendly while remaining professional. I will recommend to friends and family to ask for Hugo if they are in the market for a car.

Purchased a new 100k 2026 corvette from Gilchrist chevy - Chrslathe

Purchased a new 100k 2026 corvette from Gilchrist chevy in July drove 6+ hours to pickup the car from Oregon. They "handled" everything involving DMV/OREGON TAX'S. Turns out they didn't handle it. Lots of phone calls lots of we took care of it we will call you when its resolved bull. Today 3+ months later and I was informed by the dealership that is up to me to pay the DMV fees and the tax of some kind. They can't "guess" what the fees would be but the charged me dmv fees during the purchase......really I have never had to deal with this kind of garbage. I told them to keep me as a customer happy to just pay the $400 fees i will now have to pay. I was told NO its my problem now. I buy new cars ever two years but it wont be from Gilchrist Chevrolet or their other dealership.

Excellent Service - bmwyler

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

Service work was fine. - Tieton Steve

Service work was fine. Truck is running fine. Expensive as expected. Service writers are not as friendly as the parts or office staff.

Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!

My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
