purchase of 2018 compass latitude - Ron&Debbie
Mike knew the product he was selling and took the time to explain all the features of the Compass Latitude. We felt like he was making sure the vehicle was going to work for us not just selling it to us. The 2018 Compass is a very good vehicle and we are confident it will last us for many years.

Service to vehicle was quick - Judd
They have very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed to be trained by someone in the hospitality business. The service and repairs were faster than expected.
The shuttle service to my home and back to the dealership was outstanding. Driver's were retired military and were very professional and friendly.
Their service rates were comparable to the chain tires stores and service centers, but they DID NOT try to up sale any unneeded service.
I rate them high on trustworthiness.
Good!! - Josh
Quick and easy. Best experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. I was quite pleased. It only took about 2 hours total and that is with me going to lunch in the middle of the purchase while they detailed the car.
Outstanding customer service - Barefoot
I arrived at the dealership looking to forge the footwork for my wife's new car. I do all the work, she just does the test drive and smiles, haha. Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a name, Tom Blankenship. Trust me, this alone is special. More and more these day’s people forget how old school values go a long way. As a quick side note, I had already visited 2 dealerships that day with any proper greetings, just a “what are you looking for” opening line as I approached the Main buildings.
I briefly educated Mr. Blankenship and what my wife was looking for and he quickly attended to my needs, including one test drive, and traversing the entire lot in search of potential vehicles. During our time together, not once did Mr. Blankenship press me about my income, job, or ability to pay, nor did he even mention if I wanted to pay cash or finance. He exhibited true professionalism in every way possible. Unfortunately, my wife choose to purchase another vehicle from another dealership, but it was the vehicle that sealed the deal for her, not the customer service. As the dealership we ultimately purchased from, made us feel like another typical number, walking through the door.
Even, as I was leaving the dealership and Mr. Blankenship, a Manager approached me and thanked me for my Military Service. Not one mention or ounce of pressure to stay and talk about more vehicles. Though we did not purchase from George Gee this day, I can tell you in the future they have already earned my business if I ever choose a vehicle they are in possession of. Common curtsey of your fellow man, goes a long way and I hope they never lose that.
I will end this with a simple pledge, if I can steer any business their way in the future, I will go out of my way to do so.

New car - aandr0
Everything was handled in a professional manner. The dealer staff took away all the hassles of purchasing a new car. Being able to have the Credit Union paperwork done there saved that extra trip to their office. Loved the whole process! Thank You, Titus will.
Great place - Timus89

Don't Buy from Gamblin - jc8280
Awful experience after deal was made, i.e. paperwork, etc. Andrew Gamblin is in over his head.
We bought a 2015 Equinox. The sales experiences was great. Zach was great. Patrick was great. As soon as we'd signed on the dotted line, we were cattle to them.
First Car - Alyssa Lyons
Everyone at Seaview have been absolutely amazing. A few weeks ago we had to return a truck my grandfather had bought due to his unfortunate passing and they took it back with no questions asked while giving us almost a full refund. Then yesterday my grandmother and I went to return an additional key to that truck that we found and ended up getting showed the car of my dreams by Patrick: a rose pink 2013 Chevy Spark. It’s such a gorgeous little car and I’m so happy to say it’s all mine! I unfortunately can’t pick it up until the 25th of January when I get my license but Patrick and the rest of his team were totally understanding and, after we made the initial deposit, were more than willing to hold it in the back of the dealership with a sold sign so everyone knew it was spoken for. This was my first car buying experience and honestly after this one I may never go to another dealer ever!
Dealer Back Out - rcadams
We were dealing with a local dealer and found a truck that was at Clyde Revord Motors. We talked may times to the sales person and had agreed on a price, we thought we had our truck. No, they called us after 2 1/2 days and said they weren’t going to sale us the truck, they wanted to try and sale it over the coming week for more money. When they didn’t get it sold they called us back and wanted us to buy it but, for more money. We went back and forth and they just were very difficult to deal with. We were raised that a deal is a deal, not change your mind and then turn around and try to have you buy and at a higher cost! I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the only place to buy a vehicle!!! You can’t trust anything this place says or does! NO, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
Great Experience - Tharv
After driving from 1hr away, greater my salesman as I parked my car. It was getting late and no one made me feel rushed on making my decision. Total time in dealership 3hr ( 1hr dealing with my insurance). I was very pleased in my vehicle. Best price around!!!!!! I do recommend to pre qualify for financing if you know what you want.
Thanks Josh! - Kaminism
Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!
My experience at Ruddell dealership - Deona hill
I had a very wonderful experience due to the fact that David millet was very friendly and open to finding and placing me in the right car that I could afford took the time to show me eight different vehicles at the end he nailed it I absolutely love my car and I have called him multiple times after the purchase to ask things that I do not ask during the initial purchase he's been very friendly with helping me to answer all my questions I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing a car to go to David millet
They stole $750 of my GM Rebate - EdK
This is my second new car buying experience with Kirkkand. My first was excellent. We bought a new 2015 Buick Regal from Julie Broadwell.
When we needed to replace that car because that car was totaled in a crash, we went back. Big mistake. The sales rep, Jay, didn't do a single thing he promised. I asked for critical info 5X (2 by phone and 3X by txt) and I never got any of it. Big FAIL!!
But even more outrageous, they only applied $579.36 of rebate, instead of the $1,329.36 that Mike @GMREBATES told me about (because of a special GM Rebate deal then in effect. My statement from GM even shows a rebate of $1329.36).
Then, Hans "neglected" to send me the final contract as Jay PROMISED REPEATEDLY so I could confirm the deal BEFORE my wife signed it. $750 rebate was never credited.
When I finally saw the contract ONLY AFTER SHE SIGNED IT and brought it home, I knew EXACTLY why they never sent it to me BEFOREHAND AS PROMISED
Check your wallet, keys, watch, jewelry after you deal with these guys.
It's like they thought if they hid it, I would never figure it out.
Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
