They sold my a incomplete brand new 2025 chevy Colorado. The backup sensors did not work and they refuse to fix them. They keep telling me that I damaged them and can't recolobrate them. Update Kevin is working with me on getting my problems fixed. When they say they will work it out they mean it. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

The service was good, the wash was poor. - tmasaros

The service was good, the wash was poor. I had just previously washed and detailed my Equinox but figured another “hand wash” couldn’t hurt. They left it dripping in water leaving water spots on the windows. They could have at least towel dried it so it wouldn’t leave the water spots.

We would purchase from this dealer again. - Amanda

We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on - Ted R

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

I never got a response from my inquiry of car I was considering. Very rude business practice

Stefan the sales manager is very unprofessional his - mneuber83

Stefan the sales manager is very unprofessional his attitude towards a customer buying a vehicle is not manager material.

This was just an okay experience. - MisleadCustomer

This was just an okay experience. Note that there is no 3 day exchange policy on new cars, only on certified pre-owned. If I knew that upfront, I likely would not have bought from Zimbrick. It says something about their sales tactics. Ben was great and low pressure; however, I told him I wanted all the safety features and he didn't share that there were more safety features on another, larger class of SUV. I would have driven that SUV and likely spent the $6,000 to $7,000 more. Zimbrick's checkout process is extremely high pressure. They transferred my license plate before I even got there and the finance manager pulled me into her office so I didn't get to talk to Ben. I never drove the car I actually purchased (it was closing time by the time I decided what trim I wanted). I ended up not liking my crossover and reached out to the new car sales manager. He didn't bother to respond and instead had Ben call me to see if I had questions. I emailed the manager again and got a vague, possibly AI response from him saying they hope I'm happy with them in the future. Overall, it's extremely upsetting that they don't stand behind their sales and have a 3 day exchange policy for new Chevys, even though they do for certified pre-owned (only because Chevy corporate makes them), the sales staff aren't informed enough to share details about additional safety features on other SUVs, and the new car sales manager wasn't interested in improving my car buying experience or letting me spend another $6-7K. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Zimbrick and if you do, do extensive homework in advance because they won't help you by providing information about other cars outside the one you ask to drive.

"Best Chevrolet dealership around!!" - Jennifer G.

This is the fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership in a little over 3 years. We worked with Ryan every time and he is a knowledgeable and professional salesman. Ryan is very helpful and made sure we were highly satisfied with our purchases and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He genuinely seemed excited for us to drive off in our new vehicle! Jay made the paperwork process painless! He explained everything in a quick and efficient manner! Toby is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in the auto accessories field. He is very knowledgeable and gives the best available options out there to meet your accessory needs. He is full of great advice! (He told me that the "Redline" accents on my new Traverse were really "cool" when I talked to him about removing them and he was right, they are!) He was willing to help me in any way if I wanted to change anything. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I was that the owner, AJ Stark, took the time and answered the phone when my husband called inquiring about a new vehicle. He was very efficient and involved in our purchase. I feel we couldn't have gotten the deal we received anywhere in the area! I Love our new 2018 Chev Traverse Redline! I feel like a "cool" mom now!!

We went to Bergstrom not expecting to drive home in a newer car, however, John Seymore and a few others made it possible. John stayed very late to help with everything including switching the license plates... a long day but worth it!

By far the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! - sean.r.nix

By far the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Wade went as far as to even make sure I was taken care of during his off hours. He made the buying process painless, and at no time did I ever feel pressured into anything. I got a good deal on my trade-in and a GREAT deal on my new truck. Troy was also awesome to work with. He made sure I completely understood the terms of the contract, and also made the experience fun at the same time. After all was said and done, Wade took me out and helped me set up all the onboard technology before I ever left the dealership. I will definitely do business with Les Mack GM in the future.

Everything started out very well. - momswanyx7@gmail.com

Everything started out very well..... we were traveling 200 miles on a Saturday to test drive and purchase car on same day, and that did happen. Upon leaving we were handed the 2nd key fob. Later that evening finding that it did not open the car. And on opening the 'emergency key there were No groves cut in the key therefore the car would not open, as this makes sense. We contacted our sales representative, Angel who was very helpful and we had he would have a new 'entry Key' cut and mailed. In the meantime we purchase a new battery to see if this would help the fob, and no it didn't. A week later the key cut key arrived. We contacted Amery Chev. again regarding the fob and they said we could drive our car back to them, 200 miles one way, or go to our nearest Chev.dealer. Our hometown dealer said if the key had to be originally programmed to the car it would be an out of pocket cost to us. I discussed this with Amery and they said yes this is correct. I asked them if they would pay the local dealer and they would not, it would be an out of pocket cost to us. That the manager would not 'bend on this one', drive car back or pay out of pocket. We are very disappointed that we were given a defaulted key Fob and they would not go good on the product at their cost to accommodate their fault. Again, Angel the salesman did everything he could to help us on the day of the purchase and now. I would recommend him at anytime ! He gets a 5 Star rating. The dealer, well not so......... Swansons in Ashland WI

They do not stand behind the product, estimate for - Charcgriffin

They do not stand behind the product, estimate for service was almost double on what they told me over the phone and misleading info at time of sale of coverage. I have put many calls to the owner Tim Witt and no call back. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service!

We were shopping for a used truck to pull our boat and... - HAMFIST

We were shopping for a used truck to pull our boat and also serve as a daily driver, and initially looked at Chevy Trailblazers at a "Walmart"-style national chain. They made a trade offer for my Mazda3 and showed us a 2006 Trailblazer that we actually rally liked. Fortunately, they sold it before we could commit, and we contacted Hall. Initially on visiting the Web site, I logged onto a chat feature that I thought would connect me immediately with someone I could talk to. I found out later that chat function was run by a third party service and that leads were only passed to Hall after a certain period of time. But then my wife sent me a link to information on a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that was on sale for about what the mega-dealer wanted for the 2006 -- similarly equipped and comparable miles. We ran over to look at this vehicle that day, and my wife and I each test drove it. The folks there were very laid back and helpful. Turns out they were not only more than competitive on price with the Wal-Mart style dealer, but offered me a lot more in trade for my Mazda. AND because this was a GMC certified used vehicle, it comes with the bumper-to-bumper warranty. We came pre-approved with financing, but Hall's finance department set us up with an even better deal through a local credit union. I actually bought my Mazda from Hall's Mazda dealer, and they were very well-priced on that transaction as well. Moral of the story ... don't assume that big national chains have the best price on used cars. Your local Chevy dealer may have a better/newer certified vehicle at a better price. And it is always good to deal directly with a service department that knows the vehicle inside and out.

Really impressed! Purchased a heavy duty Chev truck with dump box after months of trying to locate one. Jon Solie was FANTASTIC to work with. Had the new truck price and the trade in value worked out in 1 day. Gave a very fair price for the truck we traded in and was so easy to work with. Picked the vehicle up on a Saturday - Jon was there, as was Nels and Scott enjoyed talking with both. Couldn't be happier with Jon or the dealership. Will definitely recommend to friends.
