I was searching for a preowned Chevy Colorado Z71 and - timmer37

I was searching for a preowned Chevy Colorado Z71 and visited the Bud Weiser web site. Jesica responded to my inquiry and we scheduled an appointment. The vehicle was in perfect condition for a 2023 with low mileage and the color that I had been looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took the truck for a test drive and fell in love with it. We were able to work out a deal with the price and our trade-in. We then completed the paperwork with another very helpful and knowledgeable employee. The whole process only took 3 hours from arrival to departure. Two days later Jessica called to ask how the truck was preforming and see if we had any issues. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends.

What I appreciated most was how transparent and responsive he was. There was no pressure, just straightforward communication and great customer service. I just wanted to post this and give xxxxxxto Matt Myzska - tvolkomer

I just wanted to post this and give xxxxxxto Matt Myzska the Service Manager and Brian Crandall, for giving my son (a first-time buyer here) He bought a used car from them and 2 days later noticed 2 engine lights on and an oil leak. They had him bring it in and fixed everything right away, no questions asked. Any other dealership would have said that's on you, nothing we can do now. Matt and Brian took customer service to a whole different level making sure, and we will keep buying cars from them and referring others as well.

Service Advisor, Vicki Studzinsk was wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful as I checked in for my service appointment. Vicki shared with me future service opportunities. I appreciate Don Larson’s for the care and support I receive for my vehicle. This is the only place I take my vehicle for service. I also enjoy the comfortable customer waiting area! They have coffee, soda and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.
