From shopping there November 2025. Sales staff (Jordan and Eric) were great. I went in to look at one car they had in particular, but wasn't planning on buying from this dealer. Between the 2 sales staff, they gave me a price on a car that had everything my wife and I wanted, and that matched the price on a different one that I'd looked at that was 2 years older at another dealer. BUT!!! The finance manager (Alec?) was rude/obnoxious and insolent, wouldn't take "No" for an answer (6 times) when I tried to refuse the overpriced extended warranty (the car itself still has factory warranty on it). Even after I said I was going to cancel the sale if he didn't respect my "No", he still tried one more time. I didn't get the extended warranty because I know the dealers add a generous amount to the actual cost of them. I've only met one other finance manager this bad, and I will never do business with that dealer again. Not sure if I'd buy from Janesville Subaru or not, definitely not if Alec was the one to process the deal.

Seven hours that’s how long it took for Kocourek service - sellier757

Seven hours that’s how long it took for Kocourek service dept took to not fix the issue. A complete disservice to me as a customer. Service writer Lizz completely screwed up. A total lack of communication skills on her part. I will never ever return. I’m 67 years old and have taken my vehicles to dealers for years to get the best service and repairs. Never have I ever had a more incompetent service department drop the ball. It was not until entering the eighth hour that it was fixed.

The sales man Jose was very nice , but when I got to my appointment to view the vehicle I waited for 45 min for them to look for the vehicle and it wasn't their! I had to come back on a different date to view the vehicle and it was dirty both inside and out. Yes it was a used rav 4 with 100k miles but they need to atleast details the vehicles they sell!
