Seven hours that’s how long it took for Kocourek service dept took to not fix the issue. A complete disservice to me as a customer. Service writer Lizz completely screwed up. A total lack of communication skills on her part. I will never ever return. I’m 67 years old and have taken my vehicles to dealers for years to get the best service and repairs. Never have I ever had a more incompetent service department drop the ball. It was not until entering the eighth hour that it was fixed.

The sales man Jose was very nice , but when I got to my appointment to view the vehicle I waited for 45 min for them to look for the vehicle and it wasn't their! I had to come back on a different date to view the vehicle and it was dirty both inside and out. Yes it was a used rav 4 with 100k miles but they need to atleast details the vehicles they sell!
