He truly had my best interests in mind. What stood out most was how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. That’s a rare quality in the car buying world, where many dealerships seem to look out only for themselves. Park Place is different—they look out for their customers. We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation.

Sales person did push us into something we really didn’t need, but did try to give us all the options out there to help make our decision. We will be purchasing a third car soon for our son and already have Ralph keeping an eye out for what we may want to buy. Great experience!!
