I have been a Boardman Subaru customer since 2009, just purchased my second Forester. My daughter drove up here from Columbus to purchase her first Forester last year because of the way they treat you - with kindness, respect, and no pressure. Feeling validated and respected when you are car buying is important and difficult to find when you are a single woman. The entire team is polite, easy to talk to, and very thorough in their jobs. Everyone greets you with a cheerful hello and a smile - even if they don't know you. Sales and service areas are are clean, bright, and they are all about making sure you are comfortable. My sales rep, Nate, was the BEST! A lot of changes in 16 years, so he did a lot of explaining. Nate listened to my wish list of colors and options, offered to search for the exact car I wanted, provided me with timelines of arrival, and then offered to show me a car they had on the lot with all of my choices except my top three colors. I am so glad he did! Had not considered a red car, didn't want one, but the Crimson was indeed a beautiful wine color and I was impressed with it. I like it more and more every day that I look at it - all thanks to Nate. Closing the deal could not have been easier. Overall, service before, during, and after the sale are critical - and Boardman Subaru delivers. I have referred many of my friends here, and will continue to do so. Kudos to Rob Fellman for creating and maintaining a top notch organization!
