Everything went fairly smoothly with the purchase of my vehicle. The sales associates were informative and professional. They addressed the questions & concerns that I had. The only issue was the tire pressure lights that were on when I took possession. They should have corrected this (reset the TPM). I had to go to Discount Tire twice to get it reset. They did tell me to bring the car back to check this, but DT was closer to where I lived. This was a minor issue, so I still gave 5 stars. Overall, the vehicle was in excellent condition and I love the car.

Marcel Price is a top notch salesman and person. He spent all the time needed to take care of us and give us exactly what we wanted and needed. We originally went in just to get my husband’s window fixed on his 2021 Explorer and had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. Luckily, we got connected with Jacob Lapolla—and when I say he gave us a great experience, I mean it! He was so helpful, transparent, and honest throughout the process. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a 2025 Ford F-150 and couldn’t be happier. Jacob went above and beyond by making sure the truck was filled with gas and freshly washed before we left. Our finance manager, Mia, was also wonderful. She was straightforward, kind, and worked hard to ensure we received the best deal possible. Left a review yesterday about the terrible customer service from Luxury Auto Works and a 1986 Mercedes classic car we bought recently and the problems we are having with it that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, and how the owner Thomas won’t even answer our emails or phone calls. Just ridiculous!! My friend Lyla, a retired schoolteacher bought the car and since that time we had a certified mechanic in San Antonio look it over and says it had numerous mechanical issues that were obviously not disclosed at purchase, and we were told that these are not recent issues. Anyway, we do not recommended Luxury Auto for anything!!!

I do trust this dealership to do the right thing. To be honest and not coerce me into getting more repair work done on than necessary. This visit went better than my previous one. I appreciated the service manager/director chatting with me and other costumers while providing snacks. This dealership is currently remodeling. There is a lot of dust and noise, but everyone is doing their best to keep us all comfortable. I was greeted promptly in the service carport when I arrived. I did have 2 issues with my service visit: 1. I wasn’t told how long my service would take. 2. I asked the person checking me in about any coupons they currently had to help me with the costs on my repair. I was told that he wasn’t allowed to help me with that. He did let me know if I found any online from Honda’s website, to send him a text and he would accept them that way. I just thought it would have been nicer for him to provide me to help me find the best savings. In the end, I did save around $70 and I was happy with saving money.

⭐ 1/5 – Misled, insulted, and kicked out Called ahead to confirm they took motorcycle trade-ins — they said yes. Drove out with my bike, only to be told they don’t. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive “sorry” and a manager who said I was “xxxxxxxx and complaining” when I calmly called out the lie. Then another guy — the manager’s dad, apparently — got in my face, telling me to “watch your mouth” after I said they were acting like goofballs. Totally unprofessional and borderline threatening. They don’t care about customers — only if they think they’re getting paid. Avoid this place.

Both the original and the replacement transactions were very easy and quick. I now know that I can trust this dealership and highly recommend them.
