I purchased a Chevy Suburban 2024 on January 29. The buying process by itself was fine, but on the very same day I was told the registration sticker will follow soon. Five weeks later I haven't received it yet. Getting a registration from from a tax office takes less than an hour. I don't understand why it is taking this long. A terrible mistake....I should have gotten it myself.

Purchased a 2008 Corvette from the Corvette Warehouse in December of 2025 and initially the experience was great, that was before I paid for the car. So my salesman name was Adam Ramzanali. He was very helpful in the beginning and answered all my questions; however all the people I dealt with lied to me about the condition of the car and several items. I asked if the car had been gone over and everything checked that everything worked and was told yes. Ahhh.... but not so, the battery had a dead cell in it and when I removed it it had a loaner sticker on the side of it, the power top did not function, 1 of the to remote keys didn't work and didn't have a battery in it, the tires were original and needed replacement as they were below the tire gauge line to be safe and had been on the car for 17 years. Also they make you pay some sort of $1,600 fee to purchase the car which now I'm sure in bogus and just fluff. When I read the DOT code on the tires the salesman promised he would put on a new set before shipping the car to me. Guess what he didn't and blamed it on the tech in the back. A lie I'm now sure of, he never intended to replace the tires at all. When the car arrived the battery went dead immediately and locked me in the car. I had to pay $350 to replace the battery before I could even drive it. All 4 tires had 10 lbs or less of pressure in them. So the tires a different story I have tried since December 22 to get a set, 1st they were shipping them to me, then they were going to write me a check which neither ever happened. So after bugging Adam for a couple of months he had the sales manager call me who is Michael and he tells me that he is going to fedex me a check for the amount they will pay to replace the tires. $500, you can't replace the tires for that as a set of run flats go for $1,600. That was on February 9th. I still have not seen the check and it's February 21st and after multiple attempts to contact Michael he had ghosted me and will not answer my text messages nor will Adam. So the bottom line on this business is they are frauds, liers, and misrepresent themselves. I would suggest the you steer clear of them, don't do any business with them and if you have any friends looking steer them in a different direction. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE BAD NEWS.

Zero integrity. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. I arranged to fly in from out of state to purchase a car from this dealership. The deal was worked out, flights were booked, and the dealership itself had even arranged a ride for me from the airport. Everything was set. Then, two days before my trip, I received a one-line email from the salesman I'd been working with: "The Audi Q7 you where interested just sold." That's it. No phone call. No apology. No acknowledgment that I had spent money on flights and rearranged my schedule based on our agreement. Not even an offer to make it right — no alternative vehicles, no reimbursement for travel costs, nothing. Just a single throwaway sentence with a typo. This dealership had no problem rolling out the red carpet when they thought they were closing a sale — arranging airport pickups and all — but the moment someone else waved cash in their face, I ceased to exist. They will gladly waste your time, your money, and your trust if a better offer walks through the door. If you're considering buying from here, especially from out of state, think twice. A dealership that treats customers like this doesn't deserve your business.

My service advisor, Cody Garcia, was incredibly helpful—professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to every concern I had about the car and coordinated directly with the shop foreman, Brad, who even joined me on a test drive to better understand the issue. The service team treated my vehicle with great care: they covered the white seats and mats, washed the car, and returned it spotless. So far, this has been the best customer service experience I’ve had at any BMW dealership in the DFW area. Highly recommend their team.

I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

Worst repair service ever. Every time I go in they claim car needs alignment. (3times). Told them this time OK but I watch. Claimed service was done. Presented a printout. Never allowed me to watch. Don’t trust these guys. They are scam artists.
