Franklin Ford has provided ATROCIOUS service for the F150 I purchased from them in 2018. For instance, the last time I had them change the oil, the mechanic failed to twist the oil plug the final quarter turn, causing a leak. Another time my truck sat in the lot for 45 minutes without so much as a tire pressure check. Since I only had one hour to spare, I drove away WITHOUT ANY service. Franklin Ford's most recent failure to provide basic customer service was when I made an online appointment. Three days after I made the appointment, Franklin Ford called and canceled it with less than 24 hours notice, blaming the customer for not checking all appropriate boxes. UNBELIEVABLE.
Only inertia keeps Franklin Ford from folding. It sure as xxxx isn't their customer service.
