I brought my 2013 Accord in for a routine maintenance service. This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealership, and I've had all of them serviced here. The results have been fantastic! No significant breakdowns or problems, other than those that are expected as a car ages. The service appointment went great! Ashley handled the check-in smoothly and efficiently, discussed what needed to be done, kept me informed, and notified me promptly when my car was ready to be picked up.

Kelly Honda has been my go-to dealership since I leased my first vehicle, and I am now on my 5th lease with them. During COVID, I unfortunately had to go through Herb Chambers Honda of Boston because Kelly did not have the vehicle I was looking for, and it was the worst experience I have ever had in the car and customer service industry. It left me with immense distrust in the industry (and I worked in insurance for over 8 years, so that says a lot). From that moment on, I knew that when my lease ended, returning to Kelly Honda was a must and they did not disappoint. In September 2025, the time came to change my lease, and although just thinking about stepping into a dealership brought anxiety after my previous experience, I walked into Kelly Honda confident they would take care of me as they had with my prior leases. I was greeted by Khalil McCarthy, who took the time to show me multiple models I had in mind with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. After some negotiation, I was introduced to sales manager Kyle Milan, who is truly one of the best managers I’ve worked with. He immediately recognized that I was experienced with leasing and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and valued throughout the process. I had my heart set on a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring, which had just been released at the time and was extremely limited in Massachusetts, especially in the Sand Dune Pearl color I wanted. Without hesitation, Kyle worked to locate the exact vehicle out of state and made sure it was secured. Then Kahlil personally drove to Maine to pick up my new car. Together, they made the entire experience smooth, timely, and completely stress-free. I also want to recognize Ryn Benson for his support throughout the signing process, as well as for handling the registration and ensuring that a previous agreement was fully honored. He kept his word regarding a special order of the Honda “H” emblem we had discussed with the team and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. His attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care- qualities that are rare in this industry. After a very negative experience elsewhere, Kelly Honda fully restored my trust. This is exactly how car leasing should feel: respectful, honest, and customer-focused. I will absolutely continue to return for future leases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts the customer first and have honesty at their core! I am beyond excited to pick up my fifth vehicle from Route 128 Honda. Yes, I work here — I proudly coordinate and manage many of our community events in Reading — but long before I became part of the team over two years ago, I was a loyal customer for seven years. That matters to me. I chose this dealership before I ever worked here, and I continue to choose it now. In casual conversation, I mentioned to my managers that I had less than a year left on my lease and that my 2024 HR-V EX-L only had 9,122 miles. They immediately said, “This might be the perfect time to explore your options,” and encouraged me to take a 2025 Prologue Touring out for a quick test drive during my lunch break. Let me just say — the panoramic sunroof alone had me smiling. Add in the incredibly comfortable seats and the smooth, quiet ride, and I was hooked. It truly rides like a dream. When I returned from lunch, I said, “Okay… see what you can do.” As many of you know, I help care for my 91-year-old mom and have had some recent home expenses, so I was very upfront and honest: I didn’t have the flexibility for a down payment right now. Without hesitation, my managers went above and beyond to work with me. They found a way to lower my lease payment by $100 per month and secured $750 in charging credits as well. To say I am grateful would be an understatement. A heartfelt thank you to our GM, Dan Loggins, Sales Manager Jesse Connors, and Finance Manager Tony Bayramli for truly going the extra mile. And to Bruno Caetano, my Sales Specialist — who owns a Prologue himself — thank you for your patience, expertise, and for answering every question I had. You genuinely put my mind at ease. I was especially nervous about qualifying on my own, as my previous three leases required my mom to co-sign. Being able to do this independently means more to me than I can express. I am incredibly happy with my experience and absolutely love my new Prologue. Route 128 Honda has taken care of me — first as a customer, and now as part of the team — and I couldn’t be more thankful. ❤️🙏

I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
