I had scheduled an oil change and a software update at - lbdb389

I had scheduled an oil change and a software update at NUCAR. It is a 45 minute drive for me so having a fast and reliable service provider is very important to me. When I dropped my car off I was met by the service manager and received a very friendly greeting. I was expecting to wait about an hour and a half for the service. To my surprise the software update and oil change was completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend NUCAR for all your service needs and your next car purchase. Great team to work with.. LB another satisfied customer.

Thanks to the keen eye of your maintenance tech. - robinson5

Thanks to the keen eye of your maintenance tech. He found an antifreeze leak in my water pump, which could’ve been much more costly if it wasn’t for his attention to detail

We stopped in to just look at offers but wound up - Dan

We stopped in to just look at offers but wound up purchasing a 26 Ascent! Sales person Alesha Bailey was professional sincere and interested in our needs as well as excellent in setting up our new Subaru. The financing office staff was marvelous as well. Extremely satisfied and first vehicle we have purchased in NY over the last 30 years. Della made it painless and affordable. Consider Della in any future vehicle purchase as will I.

Easy to work with. - gabe

Easy to work with. They actually take care of you . Even after the sale. Made the mistake of buying from another dealer. Back now to stay.

I handled financing weeks ahead. - liam

I handled financing weeks ahead. When I got into the office, they had change the offer based on incorrect information, and tried to give me *20%* loan. Incompetent and predatory. They swore up and down that this was a reliable car, and would pass inspection for at least a year, probably 2 or 3. It failed less than 6 months later, because of the tires, which I had specifically pointed out. They lied to my face about them being in good condition, and when I brought it up, they said that the *paperwork* said that it wouldn't pass inspection, despite their repeated verbal claims. I also negotiated the price ahead of time. The entire office was *xxxxxx.* When I got there, they clearly thought I was someone they could take advantage of. The woman handling the financing was freaking out, with her boss storming around behind her. They would not let me speak to the owner.

Chevy buying experience - Ed S

I found Jesse to be very knowledgeable. I was not pressured in any way. I liked the "family" atmosphere. I bought a 2017 and expect the service dept will be good as well.

I'm on my second car from Earthy Cars. Customer service was excellent and repair service has always been prompt. Very refreshing to shop for a car and not get hounded by a salesman. Next car will be purchased here too.

I am a former customer and contractor to the Company. ... - David Keenan

I am a former customer and contractor to the Company. After the former owner, passed away, the new owner's behavior on the phone has been repulsive. Today he told me in very specific terms where I should stick my phone(which would be an anatomically difficult feat). He is no candidate for Mr. Congeniality, and would hope that he is better with the general public than he was with me.

Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been - VTbuyer

Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been given the threat about tariffs making the cost go up soon, so I should buy now. They also used the tariff excuse as to why they couldn't negotiate the price with me. I did not appreciate it. Finally, when they emailed me about the car (threatening the tariffs again), they wrote my name wrong. I just didn't feel like I was respected. Also, the sales person did not know much about the different lines of vehicles. He had to look it up on the website, and I seemed to know more than him.

Paya’s had the car we were looking for in excellent condition. Peter was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the best way to purchase considering taxes. It is the first car I have bought there so I am hoping for a long life out of the purchase for my daughter.
