My experience with this dealership has been very positive. I was in the market for a Subaru Forester and I found that the salesman that assisted me was very helpful in my search for the vehicle that I wanted. He helped me by answering any questions that I had and also gave me some guidance in getting the options that would be best for me. Thank you Nick Grippi! The only suggestion I would make overall is that the process in picking up the vehicle was slow. I should not have to be at the dealership more than a couple of hours. Instead I was there for four hours. I did not finance the car but paid cash. So I don't understand why it took so long except for the fact that I picked up on a Saturday which might have some impact overall.

Full Disclosure - I didn't buy a Subaru this time and decided to buy a car from another brand but if I ever decide to buy a Subaru, it would be from Jon.
