I’m very picky. First I submitted the finance application online, then compared it with my bank. Their finance person explained everything clearly, no scare tactics, and gave me time to think. I ended up financing with them but never felt pressured.

This is for service who kept my truck for 5 weeks and didn’t fit the issue. The second I drove out I could hear the front end clicking and the clunking in reverse. You’re a lier sir service was never complete. Never mind the steering issue on its forth visit still not fixed!! They also chipped the paint on the frame of my door. Didn’t fix that either. Major management changes and multiple employees no longer there, speaks volumes. Go somewhere else they are a hot mess.The one good person Bino is no longer there, the only one I trusted. Service manger rude, disrespectful, incompetent and lazy.

Service Dept. is a Travesty! Lying thieves! Stay away!!! I bought a used 2022 Terrain from them which seems Ok. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They talked me into a 30K maintenance, which included a wheel alignment. Since my "Check AWD System" light had come on I thought an alignment might be a good idea. In addition, They did a dirty cabin filter replacement, which was NOT included in the 30K listing (additional $140). When I went to check out the alignment was not listed on the bill. When I asked if it was done, I got a blank stare. They never checked the AWD. I feel I was lied to about the service being performed. A blank stare and a $775 bill. All prices were made up on the fly and were negotiable. They tried to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. My first and last time at that joke of a place. Never again.

Worst experience with a maintenance service. The owner Steve Cravotta lied to me and told me during 4 hours that my car would be ready in less than one hour. He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will never give them anymore business.

I gave this rating for my dad's dealer because the customer support was great and the car was in great condition when we bought it. Also,my uncle bought a car there and the car just completely stopped,so my uncle called Regan Pontiac Buick Gmc and they fixed the car for free and that was like 5-6 years ago. I bought a used Focus from Sholz in August '05. I had left a number of contact requests to dealers found via the internet's used car listings. Few of them answered at all. But Sholz did, and that's one of the reasons they got my business. Manager "Jack" was very helpful, and he was more than happy to let me take the car for a long test drive before buying it. Also the service department was very nice and helpful in trying to fix a noise problem I had discovered in the car.
