Hillary was patient and clear, while explaining to me why my jeep needed the extra products when I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a road trip. It was her explanation that made me recognize her knowledge of cars and want to approve the recommended products. She is an excellent representative and I admire her skill, humor and ease working in a car dealership environment which seems to be predominantly male. I take that to mean that both she and the dealership are working well together and that Tasca is an establishment I can trust not just for the mechanical work but in terms of how I am treated as a customer. Hillary knows her stuff! And the mechanics always do a great job. Everyone seems friendly who works there even if you just walk past someone else on staff in the waiting area. And it’s an incredibly clean and welcoming waiting area with complimentary hot beverages, non-partisan television playing and great magazines to read while waiting. I was a customer for decades at the previous owners and my family has had four jeeps at what has now become Tasca. I am happy to continue on with Tasca.

This dealership was fully transparent!! We negotiated the sales price and out the door price all over the phone with the Sales Manager, Mike Maresca. He took the time to walk me through the numbers and was a complete professional. He set up an appointment for us to come in the next day. Once we arrived at the opening of the store, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already staged and up front for us to view and drive. Mike had the salesman, Carlos Scaloni already briefed and the process was seamless!! We test drove the vehicle, finalized the purchase and left the dealership in an hour!! Very professional staff and respectful of our time!! I highly recommend this dealership and if you get the chance to work with Carlos Scaloni and Mike Maresca you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a 2011 FORD F150 for Verdi Motors last week on the 25th of July. Being VERY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. First, they said this truck came with electric windows and door looks. I traveled 3 ½ hours to get to these guys from Massachusetts. I get there and its NOT electric windows. Its crank windows. Anyways, they knew I had traveled so it was buy it or leave it and we will sell it elsewhere. I had to fight with them to get a 30 days warranty on the drive train since I was from out of state. They tried to tell me because I was out of state I had to buy it as-is. They could have told me this over the phone! They knew I was stuck and I really needed this truck. I buy the truck and come home. They said it had been serviced and everything was done on the truck. The oil filter was RUSTED!!!! The Air clear was just as bad. And of course, the suspension starts squeeking. Come to find out the torsion bushings are gone in the front end. Someone mysteriously spray WD40 or some kind of oil on them to quiet them down. So they stayed quiet just long enough to get me home. I am NOT HAPPY at all with these guys. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT BY FROM THESE GUYS!

Horrible experience! AVOID!! - Terrified customer

VERBALLY ASSAULTED by owner. Absolutely terrified, such a horrendous experience. I am a single woman who spent 4 hours and $75 dollars to get an older, low mileage car checked out because Mr. Sarinsky told me they only sell quality cars and blah, blah, blah. My mechanic found numerous problems including evidence of a major engine malfunction. I was prepared to repair some things on my own dime but NOT an obvious cover-up of a major problem. When I showed the owner the list of problems he exploded, calling me a "CRAZY PIG" and that my mechanic is a liar. I was totally stunned, why on earth would I put so much time and money out if i wasn't a serious buyer??? HE IS TERRIFYING and no one should ever be treated like that, especially a single woman who he expected to be able to cheat because, you know, all women are crazy and stupid. He went on and on about being in business for 30 years but most of that time was before the internet exposes cheats and frauds. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, I wouldn't trust them to wash my car.
