Bob went out of his way to meet all the conditions I had to purchase a lease in my current situation. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Bob explained things clearly and offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. When I picked up the car on the following Monday morning, Bob showed me all the features of the 2024 Equinox and connected my cell phone for me. I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. What can I say, my situation was very unique. I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. The Ceramic Coat was stunning !! That second key couldn't be programmed and was a large unexpected task due to the sophistication of the security and Theft Deterrent System . It took days to finally determine the cause . Dan W. was way ahead of it and set me up with a loaner (nice Silverado). Sean and his tech team zeroed in on the culprit and I couldn't have been more grateful. I picked up my Beautiful Trail Boss and not only did they solve that Technical Mystery, it looked as clean it was off of the Showroom Floor. WOW !!! There's nothing more to say than they've won and earned my respect and they will have me as a service customer for a long time. WELL DONE GUYS !!! Thank You, Dave Masci

Warsaw and Perry dealerships. Didn't budge on price. gave me $300. less on my trade in than quoted. I had to wait 4 days for the truck to pass inspection and was told it was due to the service department getting the wrong part. Once I received the truck I put it on my lift and realized the underside was in rougher shape than I had thought. My only complaint was I wanted a second key that I felt the dealer should have provided especially after the fact that I had been shafted on my trade in, and I was told that I would have to buy one. I contacted the owner and the manager, and was never contacted back. Don't waste your time people, buy somewhere else!!
