They went above and beyond to fix a problem on a used car I purchased. Although not legally responsible, they worked with me to make matters right. That is good old fashioned customer service at its best. I would look forward to purchasing from them again.

You cannot trust this dealership. They are unethical and dishonest. I traded a vehicle I had purchased from them to another dealer. I contacted them several times to cancel the extended warranty I purchased through them. Never got a return call. Finally after numerous attempts Mr Lawson answered the phone. I provided him with all the documentation he requested while on the phone and he said he had everything he needed. 2 1/2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I followed up. No response from the dealership. 2 months later I spoke with someone in the corporate ford offices and explained the situation. They contacted the dealership and I finally received a email from Mr Lawson asking me to sign a doywhich I returned immediately. I asked when I could expect my refund. Again no response. I contacted the general manager and asked for a response. He never contacted me. Corporate ford contacted me and told me I could expect my refund in two weeks then Mr Lawson responded with the same information. Had corporate ford not gotten involved I would never have received any refund (still waiting after 2months). They are a unethical dishonest dealership. I will never deal with ciocca dealership again. I’m sure this was not an isolated incident. Buyer beware!!! Not trustworthy

Keyser Miller is a wonderful dealership for servicing your used vehicle, they even send you a video of them checking out/going over your vehicle, telling you what it needs and why, while showing you. You can see into the service area from the office area. You can even talk to the service manager, if you need too. They are all great, caring people, and do a great job!

Mike, thank you for going over and above giving assistance in getting proper products my F150. However, parts and service were very slow providing us the installation of the bed liner and tonneau cover. They were all very friendly.

Being new to the area I used Haldeman because of it's close proximity to my home. Discovering they had a valet service changed the game! Discussed my issues with service in person and scheduled service. They actually came to my home picked up my car and delivered it for absolutely no charge and no hassle. I had my car detailed as part of my service and it was like getting a brand new car delivered to my driveway! I am over the top happy with this dealership and will be a forever customer.

I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer. I was not informed until all the sales paperwork was signed that there was only one FOB for the car. I was resigned to paying for a duplicate, but attempts by a locksmith and my local Honda dealer to make one were unsuccessful due to something interfering with access to the module that controls the FOB. Koch did offer to have their service staff try to pinpoint the problem, but after a feeble attempt, that indicated they couldn't find any issues. I returned to my Honda dealer, who after 3 hours of troubleshooting, and $600 of labor cost, discovered stereo wiring, installed by the previous owners, was interfering with the cars electrical system. This was on top of the $250 to buy a FOB and have it programed. Several attempts to have Koch reimburse me for the labor cost I incurred fell on deaf ears. Obviously, they don't stand behind their vehicles, or honor their 30 day warranty on used vehicles. Buyers beware!

I want to preface by saying, Brad seemed like a wonderful salesman. However, this dealership will never have my business. I had made an appointment to try out an explorer that had just come in. The price was reasonable, a little lower than the ones I had been looking at but still in the ball park. I tried it, liked it, went into the office to make a deal, when I was informed the price online was inaccurate. Okay, mistakes happen, that’s fine. The correct price was $13k MORE than the online price. Way out of my budget. They told me it was $41k but they’d give me a “deal” and it would be $39,900. Still not going to work for me. They tried to sell me on a lease which I wasn’t interested in, as well as sell me on another car that didn’t have the features I needed. I walked away frustrated at the fact I wasted my own time because of a clerical error that should’ve been checked when the appointment was made. The real kicker is, when I went to check on it again the following day, they had it priced at the “deal” they tried to give me. So, they tried to pretend it was $2,000 more than what they were actually pricing it at, and then try to sell it to me like I’m making out well on it. Disgusting and slimy behavior. Good luck to them trying to sell a car for $5,000 over the going rate. And only $6,000 less than a brand new, off the lot explorer. Stay far, far away. Do your research and know what the cars you’re looking at go for because they will try to rip you off. Lastly, women that go car shopping alone, don’t let these xxxxxxxx try to push you around.

Felt as is if they didn't do due dilagence on their part inspecting their used vehicle and just selling it off. Even left persnal paperwork of the previous driver in the vehicle when I was doing my own cleaning of it.

I was walking around while in Service and the Manager Dave Hetzel was very kind and professional. He talked to me for a little about a new F150 and I will be honest it piqued my interest. He got me with one of his team members and gave a thorough explanation of everything. They even appraised my car while it was in service, and gave me numbers that made sense enough to bring my wife back and see if she was good with it. All in all not what I was expecting from just a service appointment but I am very happy with the team at Fred Beans!
